He is the man who stood in front of the tank in Tiananmen Square. He stood his ground in peace, no weapon needed.

I've spoken of the shining city all my political life, but I don't know if I ever quite communicated what I saw when I said it.

He's one of a kind, that's for sure.

Cool...Uncanny how he has so much to say about all things noble and lucrative however...as though he were a type of mortal god?


I wouldn't go so far as suggest freemasonrys behind it...more like capitalist greed if anything.

Not all things bad are Freemasons wharfy, to my knowledge, evilness doesn't need to prescribe to any particular denomination in order to exist.

...It's the 'truly' secret societies that you don't know about you should be truly concerned with wharfy....really.

I don't know who she is, maybe she's done something worthwhile, though it looks like she's just a singer.  Ho Hum.

I just find it funny that to be good role model for women, you have to be fat and ugly....way to set your sights high ladies!

i love how women act like "unrealistic" depictions of women are women who dont weigh less than 150 pounds

omg all the supermodels are creating unrealistic images of women for our young girls because they dont have smacking lard hanging off every section of their bodies

i remember steve sailer's first law of female journalism was that female journalists are all attempting to transform society and the male conception of female beauty so they would actually be datable

I don't really care about her appearance it's her attitude that I like.

And as for Lazy? she is lead singer of the band *Gossip* they are at the top right now specially in the UK touring and working hard, they write their own songs and play their own instruments, they go to schools and talk about bullying and how important it is to accept yourself for how you are, and so on to the kids..  hardly lazy... imo.

looks have nothign to do with admiring someone, not for me anyways.I admire people for their good heart or contribution to society not how hot they are.. that is just me though. Smiley

Ok fair enough.   I don't judge a persons worth by how good looking they are, but as it's the first I'd heard of her, I assumed she was a 'good role model' for the sole reason that she doesn't conform to the standrad sof appearance that others in her industry do.

She'll probably claim to be 'expressing herself'.  Unfortunately, 'expressing yourself' is a euphemism for making yourself look as daft and/or ugly as possible.
