How about Queen Victoria?

I watched a program on Foxtel the other night entitled "Queen Victoria's Men".  It seems that she wasn't the prude that the Victorian Era depicted.  Roll Eyes

Hey, QV may have been a whore, but at least it's believable.

And possible!

Cool.....A genius with MND for how many years now?

I'm surprised he hasn't walked on the moon.

Did you know he confessed to having farted space-matter into his adult diaper recently?

....and when asked by journalists why his computer generated voice had a slight American accent even though he's British Hawkins computer refused to comment.

Martin Luther King

Quote:
If any of you are around

when I have to...

meet my day,
I don't want a long funeral.

And if you get somebody
to deliver the eulogy,
tell them not to talk too long.

And every now and then I wonder
what I want them to say

Tell them NOT to MENTION
that I have a Nobel Peace Prize
that isn't important.

Tell them not to mention
that I have
three or four hundred other awards

THAT’S not important
tell them not to mention
where I went to school.

I'd like somebody to mention

that day

that Martin Luther King, Jr.
TRIED to give his life
serving others.

I'd like for somebody to say

that day

that Martin Luther King, Jr.,

tried to LOVE somebody.

I want you to say that day
that I tried to be

RIGHT
and to walk with them.

I want you to be able to say THAT DAY
that I DID TRY
to feed the hungry.

And I want you to be able to SAY that day
that I

DID TRY in my LIFE

to CLOTHE those who were naked.

I want you to say on that day
that I DID TRY
in my life

to VISIT those who were in prison.

I want you to say
that I tried to

LOVE

and SERVE humanity.

Yes, if you want to say
that I was a drum major,

SAY THAT I WAS A DRUM MAJOR

for JUSTICE.

Say that I was a drum major
for PEACE.

I was a DRUM MAJOR
for righteousness.

And all of the other SHALLOW THINGS
will not matter.

I won't HAVE any MONEY
to leave behind.

I won't have the FINE and LUXURIOUS
things of life to leave behind.

But I just want to LEAVE a COMMITTED LIFE behind.

And that's all I want to say...

If I can HELP somebody
as I pass along,

If I can cheer somebody
with a WORD or song,

If I can show somebody
he's travelling wrong,

THEN my LIVING
will NOT be in vain.

If I can do my duty
as a Christian ought,

If I can bring salvation
to a WORLD once wrought,

If I can spread the message
as the master taught,

Then my living
will not be in vain.

Can you direct me to youtube pictures of Jesus and Buddha? Shocked Maybe you have a picture of a Freemason to share? Undecided

Admiring those who have lived on this earth and made an imprint on your psychological experience is a quite different to your learned affection for religious figureheads, don't you think? Tongue

RU confused yet Mellie?

QV wasn't a "whore" she just, apparently, loved Albert from the time they met and they had a great sexual experience together.  Pity all experiences with married partners weren't that memorable?

Oh, what is an MND? Roll Eyes

MND...Motor neuron disease, though it's politically incorrect to question those with a disability isn't it White dove, far better to question the morality of a deceased person who can no longer defend themselves?

Cool Hawkins is special, considering the average life expectancy for someone diagnosed with MND is between 3 and 5 years.

Next, he'll be walking on water ...either that or the moon perhaps?

Sorry, but I prefer my idols to walk on the planet earth, with the rest of us mere mortals.

Wink... Each to their own I guess.

Americans sure to have their marvels, don't they...lest we forget a celebrated welfare sapping Octamum.i

QV was a gutless wonder who sent hundreds of thousands to their deaths from her safe ivory tower.

Stephen William Hawking, CH, CBE, FRS, FRSA (born 8 January 1942) is a British theoretical physicist and cosmologist come suddenly climatologist.

...  Though has a slightly American computer accent, you may have noticed.
Wink

He's a bit of a Rupert Murdoch...
