Beloved Ones,

Let us have discourse on the quality of love known as excitement.

Having this quality is most helpful for living the life of one’s dreams and living it to the fullest.

Feeling excitement allows one to be truly grateful for the wonderful things they have in this very moment, and for being happy. Happiness depends on one’s ability to be grateful for the things one has in their life.

Happy people live with excitement, enthusiasm, and amazement. They are always curious to discover their deepest depths through their daily and ever-changing, adventure of life.

They have taken control of their life and are the creator of it. They know that they alone are responsible for their actions and their thoughts, and have found the secret to living life to the maximum.

They define what it means to them to live a happy life and participate in it each moment instead of just watching it pass them by. They enjoy each and every moment of life.

Every day is a new challenge and an opportunity to discover something new. They have learned to trust themselves and their own strengths. Excitement in one’s life reveals a persons true love of living.

They have learned how to keep their spirit free, to be flexible, and to let go of the unhappy things of the past. They are excited to step through new doors and discover something wonderful and fantastic on the other side of it, at the same time learning a multitude of valuable life lessons.

They have the courage and the conviction to try something they have never tried before. They live a meaningful, exciting, and passionate life. They decide what’s important to them and do what makes them happy.

They make responsible choices so that they always can look at themselves in the mirror with love and no regrets. They make the practice of mindfulness a habit in order to help them be an active participant in their daily life.

They spend time on enjoyable activities, which encourage them to be more creative and to think positively. They go beyond their personal boundaries with excitement, and this enables them to be a more productive, adaptable, expansive, and creative person.

By making a habit of learning something new each day, they increase their own knowledge and wisdom. They become more adaptable to change, are more independent, and feel more satisfied with their role in their community.

By giving of their time and resources to assist others, they feel more fulfilled in their own life, are happier and healthier, and are more grateful for their own life and the things that they have.

They cultivate a positive attitude which improves their outlook on life. They follow their feelings of happiness and act upon this exciting and joyous state.

They choose to live with less distraction by eliminating the things that drain their energy. They start doing the things that excite, awaken, and nourish their soul.

They indulge in the beauty of nature and concentrate on engaging in activities around it. They laugh, play, dance, sing, connect to others and have fun along the way. By embracing the beauty of life in its simplicity, they gain a better appreciation for the simpler things in life.

When one courageously opens their heart and is ready to receive love and to give love unconditionally, the world around them rushes in to fill that space with love in return.

They awaken early and get excited about the work ahead of them; they always have something to look forward to and are excited to make it happen. Their motto is simple: “accomplish and complete”.

They feel that what they are doing has a real purpose and meaning which makes a huge difference in their life. Each time they work on something they love, it creates excitement and passion inside them like nothing else can.

Finding a way to use their passions to give back to the world gives their life ultimate meaning. They stop and take the time to observe all of the little things and try new things.

They routinely get out of their comfort zone and try to experience as many different environments and sensations as possible.

The world has so much to offer and they strive to take advantage by experiencing it. By doing these things which are not part of their routine, they keep being surprised, energized, and excited. They are aware that the feeling of excitement is an important part of being human.

They look for people with a good sense of humour and who have a positive outlook on life because they find that their positive attitude is contagious.

These people are likely to be the ones seeking out exciting and new things to do and are more in tune with life around them. They are the kind of person who genuinely enjoys and appreciates being with other people.

They know that living an exceptional life is a life of doing what excites and fulfills them. By doing work that one is proud to share with the world, they have the freedom to enjoy life on their own terms.

Saul: Peace And Happiness Are Found By Being Your True Self - May 23, 2015

Humanity’s journey through the illusion has been long and arduous.  You have all spent many lifetimes trying to find your way Home.  As you know from personal experience much suffering is undergone as you search for love and are betrayed or abandoned by those who you would relate to with love.  It often seems that life is not meant to be either happy or enjoyable, but more likely a path that involves much pain and suffering.  And those who lead so-called “good lives” are just as likely to suffer as anyone else.  There appears to be little point in behaving well for it seems to make absolutely no difference, as the rewards available within the illusion often seem to be awarded to those least worthy to receive them.

The illusion is an insane environment.  It was built collectively to enable you to separate yourselves from your divine Source, and to access that unreal state, Love, your true nature, had to be excluded.  But of course you all desperately want to love and to be loved, and so you seek love from one another . . . endlessly.

The illusion is truly a most confusing place in which you can never find that which you are endlessly seeking – Love – because It has been excluded, shut out.  What passes for love is often behavior driven by guilt, fear, or low self-esteem.  So please know that you were created perfect, that nothing can change that, and that your apparent abilities and competences, or lack of them, as experienced as you live life in the illusion are just illusory limitations.  They are but tools that you can use to demonstrate to yourselves that the illusion is illusory, unreal.

As you have so often been told God is Love, and God contains within Himself all that exists, all of his divine creation.  That concept makes absolutely no sense when you are confined within the illusion and therefore severely limited by the restrictions it places upon your intelligence and upon your ability to understand what God is in any meaningful way.

The idea in building it was to construct something extremely limited because that was the only way that apparent separation from God, from your divine Source could be achieved.  Separation from God is impossible, but an imaginary or unreal place of separation was possible, and that is what you built.  It is indeed a terrifying and nightmarish place or situation.  Fortunately you will awaken from it!  God’s Love for you is utterly beyond your ability to imagine or conceive of, consequently when you chose “to leave Home” He instantly provided the means for your return, for your awakening.

All that you need do is to stop trying to find your own way because there isn’t one.  The only way Home is God’s way, and you find that by releasing your hold on fear, anger, resentment, and judgment, and by embracing forgiveness.  Forgiveness is the antidote to the illusion, the solvent in which it is dissolved, and it has been available to you ever since you entered into the illusion.  In Heaven, In Love, in God, there is no need for forgiveness as there is nothing to forgive, there nothing exists that is not in perfect harmony and alignment with Love, your natural state, the state that in truth you have never left because there is nowhere else.

The fact that you exist proves that you are One with God, and therefore with each other.  But the state of separation you appear to inhabit insists that this not the case, it insists that the opposite is true, that you are separate, alone, and insignificant.  And so you have spent eons in confusion looking for something that cannot be found outside yourselves.

God is in you as you are in God.  However, the nightmare that you conceived of and built, due to the limitations that you made an essential part of it, has effectively placed a veil, a curtain, or a shield between you and You, between you and God, between you and Reality.  It is made of your choice to see separation as real, dangerous, and constantly threatening your lives, and in an environment like that there is no room for trust, for honesty, for integrity, or for Love.

The more deeply you attempt to engage with the illusion the more real it appears to be and the more suffering and betrayal you experience.  You engage with it by judging it, and either trying to improve it by changing it, or taking advantage of it and seeking power over others.  It does seem to offer enormous possibilities to those who choose to be sufficiently savage and unrestrained to attempt to control and run it as they see fit by fear and force of arms.  While those of you who pray for world peace are constantly being reminded of the intense and unjustifiable suffering that so many are undergoing all across the world.

However, no one is in the “wrong place!”  Everyone on Earth is a dearly beloved child of God, everyone has already received everything from God, and that includes free will and the freedom to choose which path they will follow when they incarnate as a human in the illusion.  No one has been “short-changed.”  This does not mean that the suffering that someone undergoes during an earth life is in any way justified, or is a well-deserved punishment for misbehavior in a previous incarnation.

A Thief of Peace, June 10, 2015


God said:

Peace is possible. It is not only possible, it is close at hand. There need be no enemies in your heart. Enemies do not exist except in your heart. And if you exist as a possible enemy in another’s heart, it is an affliction of the other’s heart. Enemies are a predicated illusion built on hot air balloons.

Someone you see as an enemy is a friend you have had a divide with. There is a misunderstanding and then a fall-out. Now your friend has hurt your feelings, and you block your heart. Now, your friend feels wounded by you. Each of you justifies your hurt with reason upon reason. You build an armory of offenses.

It’s a funny thing with friendships that have gone wrong. Blame arises. Blame arises when what you need is honesty between two or more parties and no blame. Honesty without blame is a beautiful thing. Blame is the enemy of friendship. With blame, one or both parties hasn’t heard what the other means to say and goes off on a wild-goose chase.

War is a wild-goose chase. War doesn’t give you peace in your heart. War exacerbates animosity. War is a schoolboy game where one country or one or another person is going to outdo the other. One country or one person will be defeated, and another will win nothing. The winner wins nothing but a sniff of pride of victory for a moment and the smashing of the other side. Who made two sides?

Nip wars in the bud. Where is the misunderstanding? Whose pride is hurt?

Pride of this kind is always small. It is never great, this kind of ego-pride that gets wounded. It was wounded before, and now it insists upon victory over another. You have more than pride to take care of and bolster. Pride is always small. Pride says:

“Look at me. I’m here. Pay attention to me. Don’t take your eyes off me. I am important. In this, bow down to me. When my pride is hurt, you must be my enemy. You are just like someone who hurt me before you entered the picture. Oh, yes, I see my past in you, and I will fight you to the end. Your offense to me must be squashed, and I will squash it and you along the way.”

And so a puddle becomes a pond or a river or even as big as an ocean, yet a true ocean knows better. A true ocean is mighty and doesn’t resort to squabbling. War is serious business, yet it amounts to squabbling over something in the past pulled up to the present. War is a thief of peace. The situation isn’t the predicament. The predicament is you. You see what you see, and you compound your basic poor eyesight again and again.

You become strong in your conviction that you must not be defeated, and so you gear for war and ask for your ire to be appeased. How little a thing is your ire and your demand for appeasement. Do you want to bully someone into submission? What can be so wonderful about putting another under your thumb?

If you want peace, you can have it. First comes understanding. With understanding, you come out of the fray. You get into a bigger arena. Peace is leaps ahead of fighting. Peace is a different kind of action from war. It is not aggression. Peace sees something much more powerful than war. Peace sees the release of misunderstanding. Understanding clears the board. There is a field where understanding is realized.

Understanding is a powerful tool in your arsenal. Peace beats misunderstanding any day. Peace puts you ahead. We are speaking of peace as love that arises from within you. Peace lets go of false notions and opens hearts.

Be cautious about pride’s consuming you. Be careful about taking an unshakeable position. Be careful of nourishing the fuel of war. Do not feel you are put upon, and do not put upon others your past. Get animosity out of your heart, and you will not see it outside you any longer. Now you can declare the Truth of Peace.

The Sharing of Love

A great way to lift your own spirit is by lifting the spirits of another by your compassion and kindness in action. Precious Hearts, we know that you try and have the best intentions as you begin each day to treat everyone with compassion, kindness and mercy, but then you meet chaos, you become busy and often stressed and before you know it you snap at someone, and you respond in an unkind manner.

Overcoming your emotional, reactive emotions requires great awareness of what is going on around you, especially what is happening inside of you. The more practice you give at being kind even when you are trying to get through a hectic day, the better you will feel at the end of your day. The amazing thing Precious Hearts is that the smallest, tiniest gesture of compassion can brighten another person’s day and each compassionate action opens your heart a little bit more too.

The effects of treating others with kindness and compassion is your own spirits are lifted and you find yourself feeling much more connected, you become more mindful and you will feel less hopeless towards any situation you may be facing. When compassion and kindness is given unconditionally, no one loses, everybody wins.

O’ Precious Hearts there are many ways that you can increase compassionate action in your life every day. A great way is simply providing your unwavering attention to someone. When another dear soul is sharing something with you, the best thing to do is to listen attentively, being fully present from beginning to end. The person that is doing the sharing will swell up with warmth with the knowing you are truly listening and your listening attentively demonstrates not only compassion, but respect and appreciation.

To the people you care about, that are a part of your family, even your friends that are close enough for you to feel kin with, when you extend sincere gratitude towards them, appreciating their presence and the relationship you have with them, you bring a smile to their face and help to expand their own heart with the warmth of love.

When you are going through your day and you see a pretty flower, don’t pick it, let it be beautiful for everyone else to see and admire, but you can photograph it and its beauty can always be with you as a quick, pick-me-up when you need something to remind you that life is beautiful. And this photograph that you take with your high-tech gadgets can be shared with your friends and family. When you share something out of kindness, you are not just sharing the picture, you are sharing your love.

Being kind in a chaotic world does not require someone to have an extensive education or a high-paying job. Being kind and compassionate is a love-filled action. When you open the door for someone, or let an elderly or handicapped person have your seat on the bus, of if you help guide someone across the road; whatever your kind actions are, they help to broaden your sense of awareness where you are and help to make another person’s day a little brighter.

Spreading kindness and compassion is not difficult. If you notice someone is sad, get them a beverage, instead of giving money to someone that lives on the street, buy them a sandwich;  purchase flowers, not to give just to yourself but to give a flower from the bouquet to someone special or even to a stranger for no reason other than to see them smile. Smiles are beautiful, they are contagious and a great indicator of joy and hope that is still alive in people’s lives. Compassion Precious Hearts does that, it brings out the best in people.

Before everything went electronic, messages to and from each other went through your mail service. It felt nice didn’t it to receive a hand-written letter from a dear friend or family member? Instead of sending a quick abbreviated message that requires deciphering just to read it, take the time with pen and paper and write a letter to a friend that you haven’t communicated much with for a while. Your thoughtful action will give them something to smile about when the letter is delivered.

Compassion in Action should not just be reserved to people. Treat every living thing with kindness and appreciation. The more you treat kindly, the more you recognize your connectedness and feel less alone. When you practice compassion on yourself, you help heal from your own suffering. Truth-be-told Precious Hearts, any compassion you extend to someone else, you must extend equal amounts towards yourself as well. Give yourself quality time to empty your mind, not just for meditation, but to let yourself go…let all the worries of the day to fade away and allow the breeze, the chirping of the birds, the gentle ebb of the waves to lull your whole self into a serene state of being and just stay there for as long as necessary—until your shoulders no longer ache from trying to carry the weight of the world. When you place your hand over your heart, pray that it will always be filled with peace and love.
