This is a violation of freedom of expression laws and considering that I am related to one of Australias top Q.C.s i suggest the restriction be removed immediately

I had some pictures of some naked prisoners in Abu Graib being tortured - which I had downloaded from the online news, yet Photobucket deleted them. Someone has seen your pic and complained. This forum is very liberal with member's avatars.

There need not be a violation of free speech here at all. This website is subject to the rules set by its administrators, who ultimately must themselves adhere to the protocols of those who design and distribute the software this forum operates on. If said administrators don't like an avatar it's perfectly within their bounds to change it. At least in theory anyway.

I think you are half right I beleive photo bucket has deleted them but my profile on the forum wont allow me to upload an image, yet when i created a new profile the new profile was able to! so is it just photo bucket or is oz politic imposing some restriction.

So if I wrote to the moderators expressing my offence at ever stupid thing said on this forum and had it all deleted the pages would be empty, besides it is my legal right to be treated equal to all others under our law, if a complaint has no justification as set out in the forum rules then it should be disreguarded or should the complaint have validity then the right course of appeal should be given. I expect this is how it should work in future as we do not wish to deny any person their legal rights now would we.

And its not the P.C i created a new profile and it has no problems.
