There most definitely are Shi'a, and nowhere have I even remotely indicated there is not.
What I stated is that there's not really a group called the "sunni", this is more a term made up to cover the 90% of mainstream Muslims. So there's the normal mainstream Muslims (often called "sunni") and then there's a sect or split off group called shi'a (actually the word shi'a itself means sectarians)
