Theists don't have morality that is why they have religion.

On another hand it takes two to tango so a woman should not be the sole decider about having a child. Either that or a man should not be legally responsible for supporting a child at any stage other then voluntary.

but they don't have the right to boycott abortion clinics

Yes they do.

True. He can choose to refrain from sticking it in. But once he's stuck it in it doesn't give him any authority over the woman's body.

No they don't because in countries that have abortion clinics abortion is legal. The woman should be able to go about her business peacefully.

Yes I shouldn't have use that word, as it doesn't really fit. I think you know what I mean anyways...church/religious organizations rallying outside abortions clinics with placards that read "abortion is murder" etc. The word I was after is "protesting".

People have a right to protest also.

A woman has a right to kill her unborn child, but she doesn't have a right to be protected from feeling bad about it.

Not when its an attempt to prevent human rights, if it were to promote human rights it would be acceptable. Considering the fetus isn't a human its not in an effort to promote that fetus' life, its simply to prevent the woman from doing what she feels is right. Although some theists consider that life starts at contraception, this is false from the materialist point of view and if we accept the theist point of view on life starts at conception and put a stop to abortions where will religious law cease to interfere in daily life?

People have a right to protest, regardless of what side of human rights you think they are on.

Considering the fetus isn't a human

What is it, a sheep?

its not in an effort to promote that fetus' life

Of course it is.

Although some theists consider that life starts at contraception

Only the really stupid ones.

this is false from the materialist point of view

You have stopped making any sense.

Can the unborn fetus survive on its own? Its 100% reliant on the womans body and if the woman doesn't want it she has the right to abort it, thats what it comes down to...the womans right and regardless of what you or I may think women have a right to abortion and they aren't receiving that right worldwide.

We both have differing opinions on that so its pointless to go back and forth with that topic, lets stick to abortion.

In the early stages the embryo is nothing more than parasite like cells, its organic matter, and only latter it develops bodily organs but it is still 100% reliant on the woman, hence its the womans choice if she wants these parasitic cells and eventually a human being living in side of her.

So there is only a point in discussing something if we agree on it?

No of course not, I just don't want to try and convert you over to my ways because its pointless and I'm not going to change my ideas on it and your not going to change my ideas on it so why talk about it, it goes nowhere and solves nothing.

Obviously I'm not going to change your mind on something if you refuse to discuss it, but that is not a reason for not discussing it.

Why exactly are you here anyway?

Why do you think? Its obviously a forum isn't it.

You may change my mind on certain topics but not bodily autonomy.
