Also, do not assume I can read your mind. If you do not say exactly what someone did to upset you, I will assume it was nothing, or that it was an argument that got out of hand and both sides were equally at fault. So, collect examples which include a link and a short quote and give them to me. Do not give me pages of argument to read as this will indicate to me that the problem is on the interpretation side. As a guide, each quote should probably be less than ten words, and only include the 'worst' examples. This will allow me to give specific guidlines to the 'troll' as to what is acceptable, and in bad cases to build a justification for a ban.
