It is not about wages, nothing to do with wages at all, we have a serious skills shortage... in case you have missed the headlines for the past several years...

But it is about wages. That is how a skills shortage manifests itself. A skills shortage means higher wages. I didn't miss the headlines, I just understood them correctly.
