Hi Anne,
That is a terrible scenario.
I am a divorced dad with 2 kids. Mums have the sway of power , esp when the child is young.
The local cops may be his best ... avenue. They know "how things work."

No child should live with any adult who has a DVO or similar on them.

Your brother HAS to keep his cool. Make "friends" with the local coppers.
The only way us men get justice in family law courts is to be VERY calm. No matter what happens.
ANY ... passionate action from him will count entirely against him.
