People will accept things from us that they wouldn’t accept from the Labor Party . . . . . It is a question of speed . . . .” Statement of Robert Gordon Menzies, Deceptive Prime Minister and high ranking Freemason, as quoted in the Melbourne Age, 3-3-1941. “I gladly acknowledge the debt of my own government to Fabianism. The Fabian Society acknowledges the principal tenet of Marxism, the abolition of private property, in this case to own land. An absolute legend who deserves a state funeral and a Farkn public holiday, hawke and Keating put us on the map and set us up for for a generation of growth despite libtards attempts to bugger it up, absolute Farkn legend Bob Hawke, any boss that sacks his worker is a mug, I'm having a sicky tommorow

He was Labor's longest serving PM. I met him several times, once at the urinal in old Parliament House back in the 1980s. He shook my hand (after he'd washed his) and wished me well in a job interview. He knew my father. He was a great man. Vale, Bob. :'(

An A-grade fornicator who espoused socialism while indulging in rolled-gold capitalism for himself.
Took the credit for Keating's hard work in government. Bill Hayden next I suppose? |

I think this will be a significant boost to Labor on election day.
People will be reminiscing about the glory days of Labor under Hawke / Keating. "Do it for Bob" may well become the catch-cry. |

The revered Labour figurehead who teamed with Keating to brilliantly destroy the union movement from within. The "modernisation" and resultant "casualisation" of Australias work-force to become more efficient and flexible was the single biggest destroyer of unionism and participation levels in the country.
I find it quite hilariously ironic :D |

Any boss that sacks a worker for not turning up to work on the day of Hawkie’s state funeral is a bum.

Bob Hawke Begins Arduous Task Of Deregulating Heaven’s Economy
Saying no-one else was going to make the tough choices required to bring Heaven into the 21st Century, Bob Hawke has immediately announced plans to deregulate the afterlife’s economy, starting with the floating of the currency next week. Hawke, who arrived in Heaven last night, said he was shocked to see the level of inefficiency on display and believed the afterlife was being held back from future prosperity. Following the floating of the currency, Hawke will begin work on dismantling the outdated tariff system and ending subsidies to loss-making enterprises within the Heaven network. He also announced plans to lift the living wage for angels, while at the same time increasing economic activity. He began by giving everyone a day off. http://www.theshovel.com.au/2019/05/17/bob-hawke-begins-arduous-task-of-deregulating-heavens-economy/?fbclid=IwAR3AOdnqH-vhNLMBna16nBlnoUYygwtrRNpovN1Yd1eR9KF3TelLF4jCPV8 |

Phew - that's a relief... By Infinity no angel will be living in poverty in Heaven.... damn - that reminds me of my short story - the angel character has to make ends meet down here by owning a speakeasy... it's tough at the coal face.... until God arrives ... then it gets interesting... |
