Title: JaSin - the Man, the Legend of OzPol
Post by .JaSin. on Jul 10th, 2018 at 11:54pm
(This was commenced in the General Section and moved here by Setanta on the morning of the 12th July, 2018.  Mod.)

What can I say?!

I must admit, its taken a few years.

But I can now officially claim the Title of actually successfully kicking the butts of the two PA Forum groups: The Over-Achievers from Monk's side of the fence and the Under-Achievers from Black Orchid's side of the fence.
(The Bad Smarties and the Good Idiots)

I've taken out two birds with one 'stone'.  ;)

I would like to thank some endearing OzPolians
like
Gordy, Ye Grapplar, Hammer, Karnal, Mantra,
Brian, Barnacle, Mechanic, Ajax, Aqua, Augustus, Valkie,
WhiteKnight, Perceptions Now, Mozzaok, Sprinty, Herbie,
Muso, Amadd, Grendel, FuzzBall, Yadda, Annie, Bojack,
Longweekend, BigOl64, Gizmo, Last Nail, Buzz, Dnarever,
Phil, the Salad, Bogarde, the Baron, Bias, The Raven, Barnaby, the Armchair, Juliar, Gandalf, Setanta, VIC,
Alinta, Miketrees, Unsubrocky, Capitosonara, Gnads,
Lee, tickle, Leftwinger, stunspore, issuevoter, Wolseley, Marla, Mortdooley, secretwars, Hoss, Mistress Nicole, AJBTrain, Xeej, Sad Kangaroo, Francis, capt Caveman, DonDeeHippy, Imrah and of course It_is_the_Light (official mascot of OzPol).

All of whom, neither over or under - achieved here. All of whom were vastly different in their opinions, wit and knowledge (and advice). All of whom I humbly respect (yep - even you Longy  ;)) and enjoyed 'for & against'.

I love you all - you've all been ...'friends'.

But now I must finally go. My duty here is done.

But before I go. I must say.
"Keep your legs together FreeDiver."
(unless they are PA Forums  :D)

Mostly though.

I wish to thank MELLIE.
Your insanity was an inspiration.

...bye.
(The End) :'(

JaSin - a legend in his own mind.

Seek psychiatric help.

JaSin.

heres what i think about writing posts on forums.

when you "write something down" it helps to clarify it in your mind.

so there is nothing wrong with writing stuff down and posting it.

you are doing it for your own advancement

i dont really mind what people write back in response

the odds that you can change someones mind is virtually zero.

but, by writing stuff down, you can change your "own" mind.

you can expand the envelope and become a bigger bag of tricks

so by all means keep writing

writing is action and expansive

reading is passive and reactive.

always try to be the guy who is penetrating the world , not the guy who is the sponge being penetrated

I haven't interacted a great deal with JaSin but I enjoyed his thread about living on the road and travelling to different parts of Australia for work...

he's like a modern day swagman...

he'd have made a great early settler/battler ...

either way.. go/stay...

keep on punching..

He probably expects people to talk about him and how nice he was whilst he was still around. I wonder what username he will conjure for his next identity?

[Epilogue]

Thanks Mechanic.
At least 'one' person had something nice to say on this Forum.
Hell, the fact that this was flushed to another sub-Forum, just goes to show (another reason) - why I'm 'retiring'.

Yes - I've progressed from living in the bush, no money, no job ...to now having x3 jobs (so much for some members thinking I'm 'one of those' because I go through so many jobs  ::)). I work hard and long hours.
I live in a Caravan now and might soon have a 4th job.
But one of my jobs makes me $100+ an hour (though I can't divulge more - but its very 'legal')

As you can see, I'm just too busy to commit 'recreational' time to this here Forum much anymore.
Kinda frustrating coming into a discussion x10 pages behind.
So my apologies for having to 'fold'.
I'm sure a 'few' will miss me, others (Like FD) will be glad I'm gone.

Don't worry FD - we all know you're like Agamemnon of TROY and I've always been that 'thorn' Achilles.  ;)
...afterall, I get paid a lot of money 'to be in the water'  ;)

So best of luck everyone, in life 'out there'.
It's been a pleasure and you've all felt very 'real' to me over the years.

Will you please leave my meaty appendage alone and go and find yourself a woman Jasin. It's not that hard(ooops) :-/.

Oh well,

I guess my time here over the years has been nothing to 'write' home about after all.

WELL BOGARDE HAS GONE

AND NOW I'M GONE TOO.

hopefully, unlike Bogarde - I won't be missed.

Why?
I've got better things to do besides attend a Forum that is nothing more than the 'Aussie & Agnes' show.

Don't get up,
I'll let myself out.

JaSin is nothing more than an attention seeker

Back by POPULAR demand !!!
:D
So there I was, sitting upon some steps of a building with my client (I was being paid $3000 to be in Melbourne for 3 days/nights) - I think it was King St. Been so many years since I was in Melbourne (where I lived for 7 years) and it has changed much. Yep - it's turned into a massive QUANTITY of TURD ...just like Sydney. :P

Anyway. So who do you think should walk past? :o
None other than BOBBY BUTTERCUP - of Ozpol and other sordid Forums.  ;D
Yep - he was unmistakably 'BOBBY'. With his 'inner-city' spirituality of fashion and that dark troubled look of despisement for everyone around him to create the aura of aloofness and inner-city cool-dom. 8-) Tall, slender man with a very hurried step and a glance of 'SNOBBY - BOBBY' in my direction as though I was an impediment to his progress in life.  ::)

Did you know it was me Bobby? :-?
As I sat there with my complimentary 'Geelong Cats' beanie to blend in with the locals ( Vast majority of 'street' population doesn't give a hoot about AFL, except the odd 300,000 'minority' of whites :P).
You seemed to become somewhat 'disturbed' by my presence. Did you feel a 'tremor' in the Force? ;D
You couldn't put you finger on it for want of the subconscious desire to give me the bird. ;D

JaSin
*jumps back into his TARDIS (looks inconspicuously like a H.G.Wells 'time machine' to blend in with local surroundings) and vanishes back out into the real world.
