cods, there was an attempt (all via PM) made by Setanta to cease the cross forum argy bargy.  I co-operated but then AiA (and to a much lesser extent, yourself) constantly breached the proposed deal, and each time he did, I recorded it by referring it to Setanta.

This is a very negative thread and it's no surprise that FD moved it here.

I suggested years ago that Ozpolitic should have a $5 membership fee, but so far nothing has been demanded off us.

How about we all be positive? It won't go into receivership, because I doubt it's a company, however it is a community which relies on volunteers. If we contribute posts regularly and behave ourselves I believe FD will keep it open. If he was going to close it down - he would have done it a long time ago.

I've seen the way Red has spoken to you, AG and other members in the past Cods. He can be very rude. I doubt anyone would have illusions that he was gentlemanly. It didn't bother me. I couldn't be bothered bothering about insults lately.

mantra doesnt take offence  she has more important things to worry about   but thats not the point mantra  your opinion is just as worthy as anyone elses....we tend to forget that in this environment it is just an opinion    we are not making laws for the country after all .. :)

Ha,... I don't really think so: Thinking about it I just suppose there is no business model worth creating that does that en masse because en masse were all dodgy,... So it's a trust issue and an exploitability issue.

Possibly: but ads have to meet that supply cost and so server costs would have to acknowledge that!

To be losing money you would need personal gain to make it worthwhile!

That's possible, of course, so a comparison with the obvious wealth creation platforms would seem in order to draw conclusions.
