Title: What an amazing Curiosity
Post by bogarde73 on Aug 5th, 2017 at 6:54am
Rocketing towards Mars at 21000 kph then lowered gently to, I was nearly going to say earth.
And now it's done 5 years wandering around the god forsaken place when they thought it might be weeks or a bit more at the best.

A staggering engineering & technology feat.
And coming up next . . .a safe airbag.

Melbourne is colder than Mars -

it would freeze the balls off a brass monkey.

I always say that MARS is there to remind us what all out Thermo-Nuclear WAR can do to our planet.
Just like VENUS can remind us what poisonous POLLUTION can do to our planet like an act of SUICIDE.

...at the moment, it seems we are turning EARTH into both of those, rather than them into something like Earth (as it used to be).

My money is on Pluto to either have LIFE or be able to sustain LIFE the best beyond earth.
Pluto: The God of the Underworld. Has been 'cast out' like Lucifer, Satan, etc - from the belonging of the other 'Planets', by the 'intellectuals' of Science.
Kinda 'ironic'.

Plus, if Humanity 'deserves' to find LIFE out there, I'm pretty sure it won't be as easy as finding it next door. But on the farthest entity - just to give us that challenge.

Why don't you move to the Gold Coast?
Warm weather,  no Sudanese gangs and cheap property.
