so i guess you would stand in support of the German court ruling that also laid judgement in support of Multiculturalism over Women's Rights?

What I always found interesting in regards to court rulings are that in the United States - when the people voted that gay marriage should not be allowed - the gay lobby tried to get a Court to overrule the will of the people.....

Well it was a question a German court had to rule on. In a case where a woman pressed charges of being assaulted by her husband, the court ruled in favor of the husband because they both are Muslim and the judge then recited lines from the Koran where as a man is allowed to beat his wife.
