Wesak/Vesak (from the name of the second month in the Hindu calendar, Vaisakha) is the most holy time in the Buddhist calendar. The word Vesak itself is the Sinhalese language word for the Pali word "Visakha". Vesak is also known as Visakah Puja or Buddha Purnima in India and Nepal, Visakha Bucha in Thailand, Waisak in Indonesia, Vesak (Wesak) in Sri Lanka and Malaysia, and Saga Dawa in Tibet. The equivalent festival in Laos is called Vixakha Bouxa. Vesak is a public holiday in many Asian countries like Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and so on.

The decision to agree to celebrate Vesak as the Buddha¹s birthday was formalized at the first Conference of the World Fellowship of Buddhists (W.F.B.) held in Sri Lanka in 1950, although festivals at this time in the Buddhist world are a centuries-old tradition. The Resolution that was adopted at the World Conference reads as follows:

That this Conference of the World Fellowship of Buddhists, while recording its appreciation of the gracious act of His Majesty, the Maharaja of Nepal in making the full-moon day of Vesak a Public Holiday in Nepal, earnestly requests the Heads of Governments of all countries in which large or small number of Buddhists are to be found, to take steps to make the full-moon day in the month of May a Public Holiday in honour of the Buddha, who is universally acclaimed as one of the greatest benefactors of Humanity."

Hence on Vesak Day, Buddhists all over the world commemorate three great events: The Birth, Enlightenment and the Passing Away of Gautama Buddha. As Buddhism spread from India to all parts of the world, the teachings were readily assimilated with the cultures of the people who accepted the teachings. As a result, Buddhist art and culture took on a rich variety of forms with profound gentleness and kindness as the Buddha expressly forbade the use of force.

The practice of Buddhism was adapted in many ways to suit the nature of the various cultures that accepted it. As a result of this, Vesak is celebrated in many different ways all over the world. But in essence many practices have become universal. This sacred day is purely a religious festival, and not a festive occasion. On this day all Buddhists are expected to reaffirm their faith in the Buddha Dhamma and to lead a noble religious life. It is a day for meditation and for radiating Loving-Kindness.

The second of the three major spiritual planetary festivals is The Wesak Festival, The Buddha's Blessing, and is celebrated in the eastern hemisphere at the Taurus full moon. This is the festival of The Buddha, divine intermediary between the highest spiritual center, Shamballa, and the Hierarchy.

The Buddha is the expression of the Wisdom of God, the embodiment of light and the indicator of divine purpose.

On Vesak day, devout Buddhists are expected to assemble in various temples before dawn for the ceremonial hoisting of the Buddhist Flag and the singing of hymns in praise of the holy triple gem: The Buddha, The Dharma (His teachings), and The Sangha (His disciples). Devotees may bring simple offerings of flowers, candles and joss-sticks to lay at the feet of their teacher. These symbolic offerings are to remind followers that just as the beautiful flowers would wither away after a short while and the candles and joss-sticks would soon burn out, so too is life subject to decay and destruction. Devotees are enjoined to make a special effort to refrain from killing of any kind. They are encouraged to partake of vegetarian food for the day.

In some countries, notably Sri Lanka, two days are set aside for the celebration of Vesak and all liquor shops and slaughter houses are closed by government decree during the two days. Birds and animals are also released by the thousands in a symbolic act to liberation, of giving freedom to those who are in captivity. However, it is not recommended that birds be released in the heart of crowded cities, because by doing so we may cause harm to the poor bewildered birds which are unable to fly far after a long period of captivity. Unscrupulous bird dealers would recapture such birds for resale to well meaning devotees. If birds are to be released it is recommended that this be done in rural areas where the birds can achieve real freedom. Some devout Buddhists will wear a simple white dress and spend the whole day in temples with renewed determination to observe the observance of the Eight Precepts.

Wesak - the Sun in Taurus - Scorpio Full Moon - is the most powerful Full Moon of the year. The Sun's transit through Taurus exalts the Moon and Taurus is ruled by Venus, the spiritual ruler of Earth. Venus is identified with Mary, the World Mother. May, the month of Taurus, is the month of Mary. Venus appears in the west as the feathered serpent god Quetzalcoatl who brought enlightenment to the Mayans; in the east she is Maya, mother of the Buddha.

The lunar cycle is a wave of creation that comes to fruition when the Moon is full. Each Full Moon brings revelation and possibility for healing body, mind, and soul. The Moon is the Mother whence comes reflected Light of the spiritual Sun to nurture, support, protect, and bring to flower the seeds of creation.

The Full Moon is like a pitcher pouring out a healing elixir. The celestial dispensation continues for three days following the day of the Full Moon. Calm and balance, deep breathing, meditation, yoga, rhythmic music and dancing help for receiving the blessings of heaven.

Locally the Full Moon has strong effect in the hour following Sunset when the Moon is rising and at local Midnight when the Moon is directly overhead. This Sun in Taurus Full Moon is called Wesak (WE-sock). Mystics say that the Buddha returns now to help regenerate the Earth.

According to metaphysical tradition, the Buddha was born, attained enlightenment, and left Earthly incarnation under the Full Moon of Taurus. And the Buddha returns at this time each year to bring new light to the world. Spiritual leaders gather in Wesak Valley, a mythic place high in the Himalayas. Here initiates led by the Christ arrange themselves into a great pentagram (the Venusian emblem of world soul) while the Buddha hovers over those gathered radiating light. This cosmic alignment occurs during the eight minutes centered on the moment of the Wesak full moon.

Legend of The Wesak
According to tradition, at the time of the full moon in Taurus, the Buddha comes to the Wesak Valley of the Himalayas to bring the powerful spiritual energy of Shamballa to the assembled masters, initiaties and disciples of the Hierarchy, for the assimilation and eventual distribution of this Shamballa force throughout the world.

The Wesak Valley, lying at a rather high altitude in the foothills of the Himalayan-Tibet ranges. It is surrounded by high mountains on all sides except towards the northeast, where there is a narrow opening in the mountain ranges. The valley is bottle-shaped in contour, with the neck of the bottle to the northeast, and it widens very considerably towards the south. Up towards the northern end, close to the neck of the bottle, there a huge flat rock. There are no trees or shrubs in the valley, which is covered with a kind of coarse grass.

Approaching the time of the full moon of Taurus, pilgrims from the surrounding districts begin to gather. The holy men and the lamas find their way into the valley and fill the southern and the middle parts, leaving the northeastern end relatively free. There, so the legend runs, gathers a group of those great Beings Who are the Custodians on Earth of God's Plan for our planet and for humanity.

This group of knowers of divinity are the main participants in The Wesak Festival. They arrange Themselves in the northeastern end of the valley, in concentric circles, and prepare for a great act of service. In front of the rock, looking towards the northeast, stand Those Beings Who are called by Their disciples The Three Great Lords. These are The Christ, Who stands in the center; the Lord of living forms, The Manu, Who stands at His right; and The Lord of Civilization, who stands to His left. These three face the rock upon which rests a great crystal bowl, full of water.

Behind the grouped Masters, adepts, initiates and senior workers under God's Plan are to be found the world disciples and aspirants in their various grades and groups (either "in the body" or "out of the body"), who at this time constitute the New Group of World Servers. Those present in their physical bodies have found their way there by ordinary means. Others are present in their spiritual bodies, and in the dream state. The "dream," which they later relate, has been uniformly registered by people throughout the world, and bears the testimony to the recollection of an inner spiritual happening.

As the hour of the full moon approaches, a stillness settles down upon the crowd, and all look towards the northeast. Certain ritualistic movements take place, in which the grouped Masters and Their disciples of all ranks take up symbolic positions, and form on the floor of the valley such significant symbols as the five-pointed star, with The Christ standing at the highest point; of a triangle, with The Christ at the apex; or a cross, and other well known formations, all of which have a deep and potent meaning. This is all done to the sound of certain chanted words and esoteric phrases, called mantrams.

The expectancy in the waiting, onlooking crowd becomes very great, and the tension is real and increasing. Through the entire body of people there seems to be felt a stimulation or potent vibration which has the effect of awakening the souls of those present, fusing and blending the group into one united whole, and lifting all into a great act of spiritual demand, readiness, and expectancy. It is the climax of the world's aspiration focussed in this waiting group. These three words - demand, readiness and expectancy - best describe the atmosphere surrounding those present in this secret valley.

The chanting and the rhythmic weaving grows stronger, and all the participants and the watching crowd raise their eyes towards the sky in the direction of the narrow part of the valley. Just a few minutes before the exact time of the full moon, in the far distance, a tiny speck can be seen in the sky. It comes nearer and nearer, and grows in clarity and definiteness of outline, until the form of The Buddha can be seen, seated in the cross-legged Buddha position, clad in his saffron-colored robe, bathed in light and color, and with his hand extended in blessing.

When The Buddha arrives at a point exactly over the great rock, hovering there in the air over the heads of The Three Great Lords, a great mantram, used only once a year, at The Festival, is intoned by The Christ, and the entire group of people in the valley fall upon their faces. This Invocation sets up a great vibration or thought current which is of such potency that it reaches up from the group of aspirants, disciples and initiates who employ it, to the Being we know as God. It marks the supreme moment of intensive spiritual effort throughout the entire year, and the spiritual vitalization of humanity and the spiritual effects last throughout the succeeding months.

The effect of this great Invocation is universal or cosmic, and serves to link us up with that cosmic center of spiritual force from which all created beings have come. The blessing is poured forth, and The Christ, as the representative of humanity, receives it in trust, for distribution.

Thus, so the legend runs, The Buddha returns once a year to bless the world, transmitting renewed spiritual life, through The Christ. Slowly then The Buddha recedes into the distance, until again only a faint speck can be seen in the sky, and this eventually disappears. The whole ceremonial blessing, from the time of the first appearance in the distance until the moment The Buddha fades out of view, takes just eight minutes.

The Buddha's annual sacrifice for humanity (for He comes back only at great cost) is over, and He returns again to that high place where He works and waits. Year after year He comes back in blessing; year after year, He and His great brother, The Christ, work in the closest cooperation for the spiritual benefit of humanity. In these two great Sons of God have been focussed two aspects of divine life, and They act together as Custodians of the highest type of spiritual force to which our humanity can respond. Through The Buddha, the wisdom of God is poured forth. Through The Christ, the love of God is manifested in humanity, and it is this wisdom and love which pour forth upon humanity each Wesak full moon.

When The Buddha has again disappeared, the crowd rise to their feet; the water in the bowl is distributed in tiny portions to the Masters, initiates and disciples, and they then go their way to their place of service. The crowd, who have all brought their little cups and vessels of water, drink of them and share with others. In this beautiful "water ceremony of communion" is portrayed the symbol of the new age which is upon us, the Aquarian Age, the age of the Water Carrier.

In this ceremony is perpetuated for us the story of the universality of God's love, the need for our individual purification, and the opportunity to share with each other that which belongs to all. The water, which has been magnetized by the presence of The Buddha and of The Christ, carries certain properties and virtues of a healing and helpful nature.

Never let your chins drop as the plan for Ascension proceeds to its final conclusion. There are difficult periods to come but they will be followed by changes for the benefit of you all. The plan has been moving into your level for many years, and modified according to the different situations that have arisen. Part of this comes from a better understanding of your needs, and to cater for the changes in your circumstances. As strange as it may seem, we have to make allowances for the actions of the dark Ones as within certain boundaries, they also have freewill. However, their time has all but run out as they try to delay or stop our activities. They know what it is planned for you because we have informed them, and made it clear that we will not tolerate any level of interference with our allies. They are protected and guided by us to fulfill their part of bringing about the long awaited changes.

Different aspects of the intended changes are well advanced and as they are so far reaching and extending to the whole world, you will understand that the timing is critical. It is particularly relevant to financial changes, as they require acceptance and full support if they are to quickly be set in place. The net result will be that your money will be safe and not subject to so many changes in value. The speculators that can devalue it through their rogue trading will no longer have that option, and eventually investments will become secure. A new currency waits in the wings, and in future will hold its value as it is supported by precious metals. Printing money without such backing will no longer be allowed. Agreement to the changes is generally accepted, as it is seen as the only way out of the mess previously created by irresponsible banking. There have been many unlawful practices, and those who have lost out because of them will be compensated. Once all of that is straightened out you will find that monetary wealth will be apportioned fairly, so that all enjoy in the prosperity that will emerge.

The scene has to be set, so that as you approach Ascension you are already beginning to enjoy the benefits that are awaiting you. As we have often informed you, your life will become so different to what it is now. The happiness you seek and the comforts that are your entitlement will become yours quite quickly. They will bridge that gap that exists now, and take you from lack to abundance in every way. The most inviting aspect will be the realization that you will have more than adequate time for yourself, to follow your own pursuits. There will be no more class distinction such as the “have” and “have nots” as every person will be considered equal when it comes to sharing the results of your labors. Much of it will in any event become so automated and computers so advanced, that you will hardly be involved at all. Leisure time and creative interests will more than fulfill your desire to develop your personal skills. Even what you term as “work” will be satisfying and enjoyable, and in no way the chore or bore that you often experience now.

So Dear Ones keep you eyes on the future and do not worry about any loss you experience now. All will be made up to you, so that you come out of it far more happy and assured than previously. Young people will be nurtured and cared for in such a way, that they will be given exactly what is required for their advancement. The days of putting them all through the same system will change in favor of more personal tuition. In fact care will be taken to address it in accordance with their intended life plan. The trend will follow individual needs, and not compulsory education. Even the methods will change so that time is used sensibly, without the need for endless hours spent swotting or taking exams. Information will be “fed” into each student and retained by them for immediate recall. You must bear in mind that as time passes the levels of consciousness are rapidly expanding, so education must also change with it.

When you think that after hundreds and thousands of years living through many experiences on Earth, you are being released from the lower dimensions it is an occasion for much joy and happiness. Your fulfillment lies in the higher dimensions that are your true home. People speak of a Hell, but in reality it has partly been of your own making and has existed on Earth. Now you can put it behind you, as it cannot touch you once your vibrations have lifted up. Through the Law of Attraction you are being drawn to the New Earth and are also part of the creative energies that are bringing about its manifestation. When Ascension finally takes place in 2012, only those of you who are of the higher vibration can lift up with the new Earth. Those souls that for various reasons have decided to remain in the 3rd. dimension, will stay to continue their evolution. Some day in their future the opportunity to ascend will come up for them again, and so the cycles of life continue.

All through the Universe life in its various forms is evolving, and nothing stands still for long. As you have learnt, change is the only constant that exists including the breathing “In and Out” from the Source. The Creator has set up the rules and through you experiences all that manifests within all creation. The mysteries of life are too much to fully comprehend when you are in a limited state of consciousness. However, you will in course of time move up through the dimensions and reach a stage of full comprehension and understanding. You are given what is considered appropriate for each stage of your recovery, and return to the level you were prior to entering the lower dimensions.

So you are no strangers to the truth, and upon learning it you will find it will resonate with you. Clearly you need to have an open mind and be prepared to let go of some of your cherished beliefs. In most people’s lives there have been periods that are mostly in the “learning years”, when teachings are given that are accepted because you trust your superiors. In fact as a result you can easily develop a rigid mindset, which is difficult to penetrate. Be bold and be curious and if you have a trusted source, use it as a measure against anything that challenges it. These times are so important to you and your immediate future, so set your sights on what you want out of it and hopefully it will be your Ascension. Beloved Ones,

The dawn of a new era is upon us. The now moment is the most important moment you will ever live. It is the moment you have been awaiting for eons, and I tell you dear ones, that you are the ones you have been waiting for. You are the ones who will bring heaven to earth. You will create heaven once again on your beautiful planet earth. It is not a time for the faint of heart. This is the time for you each to step forward, to stand in your strength and courage and to know that you have each done this before. You are all masters; you have lived many past lives in great civilizations. You have brought forth your great gifts and the wisdom of God, as you have assisted to bring heaven to other planets. You have created great civilizations, through your dedication and determination.

You are the ones who have incarnated at this time, as you have within your memories, the remembrance of this great dedication and the creation of these civilizations. You have within your divine minds, all that you require to create heaven on earth in this now moment. Access it dear ones. Access it through your strength and courage, through your great desire, through your determination to excel, to succeed, to make this the greatest lifetime you have ever lived on planet earth. It was your intention before you incarnated, and we ask you to remember. Kindle the fires of your burning desire. Step out of the effluvia and rekindle your desire. As the effluvium dissipates through the dedication and the transmutation of the lightworkers around the world, the clarity is there to be accessed more easily. You must ask for the clarity in every now moment, you must rise above the effluvia and see the greater picture. If you allow yourselves to remain in the “what is” of the now moment, you continue to create more of the “what is”. Rise above the effluvia of the now moment. Within each of you, your Diamond Core God Cell is burning brightly, as is your Three Fold Flame. At this time, we ask you to consciously call in the Ascension Flame daily, to further assist you. We ask you to become a keeper of the Ascension Flame, even as you have risen to the occasion and become a keeper of the Violet Flame. Set forth your intention, as you draw in the Ascension Flame, to hold this light in every now moment, for yourselves and humanity, for all life forms and for mother earth. Reinforce the Flame in your field, on a daily basis. It burns brightly for each one of you, and you may harness it, as you ask for the assistance of the Ascension Flame. Within the Ascension Flame is the coding of the ascension of every soul on earth who has achieved mastery and ascended. See this Flame blazing out to all creation, as you create abundance for yourselves, as you assist all those who are creating heaven on earth. You are to share your abundance with others, joyfully. As you not only create your greatest desires for the highest good of all, you hold the thought form and the Flame for the abundance of all humanity, all creation, for the highest good of all. There is no limitation, no scarcity, no lack in the higher realms. Claim your abundance and strengthen and magnify this thought form for humanity, as you become a keeper for the Flame of Abundance. This Flame is burning brightly, ready to assist you, and you must reinforce it daily in your field, to keep it burning brightly in your reality.

Dear ones, the Sacred Flames will remain in your fields in every now moment, if you will take the time daily to sit quietly and reinforce the light of the Flames, through the assistance of your divine I Am Presence. You may hold the light of the Violet Flame in every now moment, and with your intention for the transmutation of all that no longer serves your highest good, the highest good of the earth, humanity, collective consciousness, the astral planes, and all creation, you will accelerate the ascension of your earth and all life forms. Sit quietly, as you meditate on the power of the Violet Flame as it lovingly transmutes in every now moment. For this great gift to be in motion at all times, you must reinforce it daily, invoking it through your mighty I Am Presence. If you will visualize and reinforce the Violet Flame for this blessed transmutation, as you arise each morning, and reinforce it again in the evening, you will hold the Violet Flame in your every now moment. Dear Ones, you may also set filters in place in every now moment, with your intention, so that you experience none of what is being released and transmuted. This will assist you in ease and grace, so that you do not draw any of it into your field, as it arises for transmutation. Ease and grace is accessible to you in every now moment. Beloved Ones, we delight in the joys of the human experience, as we are by your side. Yes, it truly is delightful. As you conclude this grand and glorious experience and return to the higher realms, you will be astounded and overjoyed at what you have accomplished. Through your dedication and determination you will have created a tapestry of life, a tapestry of new experiences, new thought forms, and you will have created a great library for all to enjoy and gain the wisdom from, as they visit the earth in the future.

In the coming times, earth will become a blazing star in the heavens as part of her natural evolution. You dear ones, have been, and are assisting her in this blessed process, even as you continue on your own path, rising to new heights, rising also to take your mantle of light and return to the great halls of wisdom, the great cities of light, and once again shine your light blazing with all the colors of the twelve rays, blazing with many colors that you do not yet remember at this time.

Step forth, beloved ones, hold the Flames which your Creator has given to you, to assist you in your every endeavor. These are but a few of the Sacred Cosmic Flames of all creation. Call them forth with your loving intention for the highest good of all creation and allow them to assist you and all humanity, the earth and all life forms, as you return to the higher dimensions. Call forth a Flame and ask for the ascended masters and the angels associated with the Flame, to assist you, as you hold the light of the Flame. You may call on Serapis Bey to assist as you to hold the Ascension Flame. You may call upon Saint Germain for assistance with the light of the Flame of Abundance, just as you call on his assistance as you use the Violet Flame. The Flame of Abundance represents freedom, just as the Violet Flame represents freedom. There are many beloved beings and angels of the higher realms, associated with each Flame. Call upon them and allow them to make themselves known to you, and to assist you, as you hold the light of the Flame.

Become a bearer of these Flames, dear ones. I am with you to assist you, as you remain in the love of your sacred heart, in the flow of the River of Life.

I think Buddhism is overrated. People  are glad to latch onto the absence of a god-figure and swallow the whole notion that whatever happens to you is your own doing. Suffering as ultimately your own fault doesn't make any more sense than suffering willed by god in Christianity. Jung is definitely overrated.

Now that you have grasped the fact that you wield immense power, we see the beginnings of many movements that will set you on course for changes in the way in which you are governed. The authorities have long been scared of your collective intent to get things done as you desire. That has been evident for many, many years, as even peaceful demonstrations have been stopped. Today you have finally concluded that unless you take action yourselves, you are unlikely to see the fulfillment of your demands. Peace has been high on your agenda for such a long time, but ignored by the dark Ones who use wars to hold you back. Now that your patience has reached the end, the levels of consciousness are such that the energy is stirring people who are reaching breaking point. Something must happen very soon, and our backing will be behind you as the end of all wars and hostilities must take place. There is no place in the future for such low energies, and certainly not in the higher vibrations, and the truth is that they cannot exist within them. With the monies and energy wasted upon wars, you could instead have had a happy and contented world full of people living in safety and sharing its wealth. That experience will soon become your reality, as the cleansing removes the lower energies that have fed the monster of war.



Humans are prone to emotional outbursts, but their natural state of being is one of peaceful co-existence. It is the dark Ones that have perpetuated a state of separateness and divided the people against each other. Now you are realizing how you have been fooled for eons of time, and have realized that enemies have been made where none have existed previously. At your levels you have taken the initiative and are “mending fences”, and worldwide travel has opened your eyes to how easy it is to get on with each other. Tolerance of your differences has overcome barriers created by cultural differences and religious beliefs. For many judgement has been set aside, particularly where they realize that through repeated incarnations they have experienced life in many different countries. Dear Ones, what is it but life’s opportunities to enable a coming together of all people, as they realize the Oneness of everything. As individuals you cannot take a quantum leap into the higher dimensions unless you have overcame prejudice and judgement, and can hold others in the Love and Light.



Ascension is not a give-away, but something that is earnt through your application of Universal Laws. With it comes a refining of your energies, and you are finally ready to leave vibrational levels that no longer fulfill your needs. It is a natural progression that comes to those who seek upliftment, sensing that the Earth is not their true home. Indeed, you might ask who’s home is it, as each of you originally came from the higher levels. In the 3rd. dimension Mother Earth is your temporary home for the duration of this cycle, which as you know is about to end. Many will stay with Mother Earth after Ascension, whilst others will meet their real families again. They come from many civilizations scattered throughout the Universe. You will find them within the Galactic Federation, and often they are the very same ones that have had a hand in your evolution. So you will see that we are far from being strangers to you.



Do you realize that you are influenced by your Space links, and that subconsciously for example you copy hair coloring like red and green that is not naturally found on Earth. The same applies to skin colors, fashion and even music. You are a real mix of various Space Beings, who have clearly influenced your taste. When we have reached the stage when you can accept different types of Beings, you will be quite intrigued by their appearance. Bear in mind that the different shapes and sizes are sometimes the direct result of factors such as gravity. As it happens, you are very similar indeed to many Space Beings, although there is a tendency for them to be somewhat taller. Some can be defined as male and female, but not in a truly physical sense as you understand it. In fact it is not unusual for the Higher Beings to be androgynous. It will be wonderful when you meet your Space Friends, and one of the most striking aspects for you will be the sense of love that they give out. It is very real and they are most likely those who have achieved Christ Consciousness.



Whatever sacrifices you feel you are making now, be assured that every little bit will be well worth it. You stand so near to ascending, and in but a blink of the eye it will suddenly be upon you. We would say it will be far better than you imagine, and the speed of the changes will be remarkable. We want to get the cleansing of Earth out of the way, and concentrate on getting you ready for Ascension. We know you tire of waiting but most of you are here especially for this particular time, and agreed to partake in Light work to help others to ascend. Many are healers, but you are required at all different levels so that you are in the right place at the right time to offer help. Why else would you come to Earth at such a memorable time, if not to be part of the exciting changes ahead. You have so much experience and talents to give others, and be sure you are known and will be used.

If you are not yet called to serve, bide your time as you will not miss your opportunity to do so. It really is reaching an “all hands on deck” situation. Every contribution helps, and remember each of you are unique and no one can do exactly what you do.



Keep on keeping on and do not let down your guard. The dark Ones may have lost the battle, but their influences still remain and will attach to any soul that is open and not quite of the Light. Anger is still a very harmful energy and you would do well not to damage your auric field, by allowing it to spiral out of control. Emotional control is not usually a human strong point, and needs taking into check. Think twice before you blow your top, and know that it harms you as well as anyone else. Walk away from confrontation and you are not being cowardly, but playing down any chance of it becoming serious. Better still pour your love out to suffuse any chance of negative energies turning nasty. The beauty of having such a sense of occasion is that your work is carried out without drawing attention to yourself.

Beloved Ones,

As the energies pour in with great intensity, you will find yourselves experiencing many multi-dimensional interludes that seem to occur simultaneously to your normal everyday activities. All of a sudden you will realize that you were ‘away’ and bring yourself back. This is an indication that you are processing the higher energies and bringing them into greater alignment within your physical vehicle. It is important to maintain equilibrium during these times and focusing upon alignment with the Ascended Earth timeline is of utmost importance. The more of you who do this each day, the stronger the energies to align to this reality for each of you, for your combined energies create the space for a greater number of Souls to awaken and seek the Light.

Each of you is now a continuous lightning rod for the higher Cosmic energies which pass through your physical body into the crystalline core of the Earth. There is a greater synergy flowing between you and the Earth energies and Mother Earth/Lady Gaia are in deep appreciation for the extra efforts that are being made during this auspicious time to intend and ask for the New Earth reality to come into being. Hold always the space of peace, love, joy and harmony within yourselves, for this is most important to keep anchored into the Earth at this time. Daily affirm, decree and ask for the shift into the higher dimensions of consciousness and Light to take place. This is most important for you to do.

The work of aligning yourselves with your Higher Selves is moving forward and much progress is being made at this time. It is important to keep the focus on bringing in your Higher Self and Great I AM Presence. Ask that your body be prepared to receive a greater portion of the Christ Love energy as it spirals down to the Earth. Open your hearts to this experience and feel the joy of wholeness, integration and well-being. Communicate with your Higher Self verbally, if possible, on a daily basis in order to establish communication at the Higher levels, for like anything else, you must cultivate and train your minds and body elementals to do your bidding.

We ask that you daily decree “The Great Invocation” during this week to the count of nine times each time. This will help anchor the new energies with greater ease and grace. Know that as you do this, your efforts are increased a thousandfold and we of the Ascended realms join with you, and the Angels sing the notes that will bring in the alignment to Galactic Center. Allow yourselves to feel and experience the bliss of these changing times and allow the clearing and transmuting to continue within yourselves. All is in Divine Order, Beloved Ones, the Great Work continues.

As you are finding out time is not constant, and according to what you are doing it will sometimes seem to speed up so that you convinced you have lost time. It shows how you have moved into a vibrational mode of a higher level of consciousness. Eventually time will no longer be experienced as linear and it will all be in the “Now”, as in reality the past, present and future are all One. It is why we can state quite positively that at our level of observation, Ascension has already taken place. The process of Ascension is gradually changing your body and whole outlook, as of course it is to be expected and is a quite natural occurrence. There are also those souls that are not responding to the higher energies, and in fact have little or no interest in that process. There is as a result a separation occurring between the two groups, and this will determine which of them ascend or leave the Earth for a different destination. It is all part of the Divine Plan and based on Universal Law, which ensures each soul proceeds correctly to the next stage of their evolution.

In the context of what is due to take place in the remaining period leading up to Ascension, your upliftment is really the most important issue. The preparations for a quantum leap into the future are necessary to introduce you to an almost entirely different life style. There is a gap that needs to be bridged resulting from the deliberate actions of the Illuminati to hold you back. It has left you in a perpetual state of need, and prevented you from experiencing the advantages that new technological advances would have given you. Consequently most of you have struggled to exist, and almost all Third World countries have lived in continual poverty. You are to experience abundance and peace before the end times arrive, and once you have ascended you will move into a most wondrous and fulfilling time. The Earth is beautiful in its present form, but once ascended it will be a showcase of perfection and truly a heavenly abode. Equally you will be its appointed guardians and will have reached an understanding, that allows for your full appreciation of Mother Earth’s place in your lives as a fully conscious Being.

We of the Galactic Federation are also part of your destiny, and not simply here to guide you onwards. We are part of you and together we will re-unite again and become as One, as we move on to the next stage of evolution. You are at last returning to the levels of consciousness you were at previously. The veils of separation are lifting, and it will not be long before you realize who you truly are and reclaim your sovereignty. In spite of what some of you feel, you are worthy of the opportunity that is before you and should take it with two hands. It will be thousands of years before one again comes along again. It is of course entirely your choice, and be assured you would have been well informed of it before you came to Earth for this lifetime. If you feel drawn to the idea of Ascension, then most certainly you will be one who has decided to be part of it. Do not be concerned as to whether you are ready for it, as already your consciousness levels will be rising. This may well be apparent from the subtle changes you are experiencing within yourself. You will find a greater control over yourself where thoughts and emotions are involved, and more able to centre yourself so that you remain calm and peaceful regardless as to what goes on around you. Indeed, you can bring a measure of calmness to others by simply being around them.

We realize you are tired and frustrated at the long wait for an obvious sign of positive changes. Yet within the turmoil and chaos presently taking place, are the first signs of a major cleansing occurring. Understand that the Earth is polluted with negative energies, which must be cleared away before peace can be established. It is sad that certain souls who are directly involved in such issues are in the thick of it, but it is often their choice to atone for actions taken that have led to it. It releases karma and ultimately will enable a new positive energy to be grounded in those areas. There are of course physical changes that must also take place, and it is these that we monitor to keep any damage and loss of life to a minimum. We stress that it is not our right to interfere with your life plans, which for some of you means you will be in places where the most activity occurs. It does not in any way deny you the same opportunity to ascend as every other soul, as even following the death of the physical body it can still take place.

We are more active than ever, as the Earth reels once again because of the upsurge of negative events. However, Mother Earth is aware that it is all part of the vital cleansing that must be completed before all can ascend. You can expect outbreaks of violent changes, as the energies of Earth are subject to the effects of the powerful Light energies coming in. The lower energies are being transmuted quicker than ever, and it is bringing a more peaceful outcome. As Beings of Light they are also lifting you up, and we recommend that you take the necessary time needed to allow them to be absorbed into your body. It is after all gradually changing, and will continue to do so until its cells become crystalline and able to contain a greater degree of consciousness. You are heading for a great upliftment that leads to full consciousness and your elevation to become a Galactic Being.

Go about your daily routines with a positive attitude, and do not let fear enter into your thoughts. You must know by now that your future is assured, and that the Divine Plan for your civilization and Mother Earth cannot fail. So do not succumb to the attempts of the dark Ones to distract you from your path. They are in fact torn apart by the sudden rise in consciousness, and the growing awareness of how they have controlled and enslaved you. You are seeking the truth in all matters, and indeed it shall set you free. Your trust has been badly abused by those who should have worked for your best interests instead of their own. They have been found out for what they really are, and their days are numbered. Soon there will be dramatic changes that will allow for extensive changes where major governments are concerned. Very little will advance until you have the right people leading you into the final period before Ascension.

Dear Ones, all of the time your war games continue, the world is never going to be a safe place. It can only come about when real peace is established and the war machine dismantled. On many occasions going back a very long way, the Galactic Federation has tried unsuccessfully to broker peace, but the dark Ones have refused to give up their power. Having exercised their freewill and ignored yours, they have continued with their plan to totally enslave you. That has failed because you have awakened just in time, and now you have another alternative path to follow. This time your future is in your own hands, and you have chosen to create a new paradigm that embraces all that will bring a Golden Age into being. Knowing that it is indeed your destiny to rise up, you have set your sights upon a peaceful co-existence where every thought and action is in the best interest of all souls. No more shall selfishness and greed deny you what is yours, and in the immediate future you shall experience a great time of Abundance. It will be just one happening of many that will lift you into the Light.

Do not settle for anything less than absolute sharing, as that is your entitlement. Forget the dark Ones who will leave the Earth to go their own way, where they can continue to learn their lessons so that they too may one day also return to the Light. The Creator loves all creations and welcomes every soul that seeks to rise up out the darkness they have created. There is not a single soul that is lost forever, no matter how far they slip into the dark abyss that is almost devoid of the Light. As long as there is a glimmer of Light they can still overcome all obstacles, and as with any soul that desires to do so, immense help is given. The greater glory comes from saving a soul so that it can eventually return to the Source. Time has no place and plays no part in such circumstances, as each soul has the whole of eternity to lift up.

You will leave duality behind having allowed yourselves to experience it in its entirety. There is not one of you that have not played your part for both sides. It will of course have followed a trend that you yourself created, as no one is forced to experience the dark side. Some of you have dropped to deeper depths than others, and are applauded when you discover your true self and return to the Light. It is what duality is all about, and it is a challenge that tests you to the limits. As you rise up so you realize that All Is One, and it becomes easier to find compassion in your hearts for those who have gone astray. You have a saying that “but for the Grace of God go I” and it applies to all of you, so please lift yourselves up beyond the point of judgment and criticism. Make allowances for each soul to find its own pathway, and know that for some it will be extremely difficult. It is not given for you to know another souls life plan, so you cannot know what has prompted their actions, anymore than they know yours.

From our vantage point we see your Light, and we know that it has risen exponentially since the Millennium. It has taken you beyond the point of no return, and consequently your Ascension is assured. Encourage others to search with an open mind as too many are reluctant to seek another path. If they refuse and cling to the old ways it is accepted as their freewill choice. It means that they will continue in the same dimension, until they too may one day open up to the truth. The expression “Let go and Let God” comes to mind, as no soul is without help or guidance. Be inspired by your Godself or as some may prefer your Higher Self, that has remained in the higher dimensions while you have moved down into the lower vibrations. Remember also that you have several Guides that would be delighted if you shared your thoughts with them. Not least of all there are certain to be Angelic Beings with you, so you are never alone even in your darkest moment.

We are busier now than of recent times, because as Mother Earth proceeds with her cleansing it will inevitably affect some of you. We cannot interfere with your karma, but if circumstances permit we will save you from death or injury if it would go against your life plan. So-called miracles are often due to our presence and actions, which are not recognized for what they are. We seek no glory from it but delight in helping you, as part of our service to humankind. You too may well join us in the future, and it will be a time when you have risen up to full consciousness. Your levels are increasing so quickly now that you should become self aware of such an expansion. It will enable you to handle the chaotic conditions that may impinge upon you, because your understanding will be so much more in tune with what is happening.

Our craft continue to reveal themselves, and the sightings are so positive that the old explanations for them are no longer accepted. It is time for disclosure and our allies are working hard to bring it about. Once it takes place it will allow information to be revealed that has been hidden. It will also put an end to the disinformation about us, and confirm our contact with high officials for many years. Most importantly we will get the opportunity to address you, and prepare you for the remaining months that lead to Ascension.

By then there should be changes in your world policies that will agree to withdraw military personnel from foreign countries. It will be a prelude to worldwide peace and allow your resources to be used for positive changes that will be of benefit to all.

Each week that goes by we are moving towards the final events that shall change people’s perception of why they are here and the future that lies in store for them. It will enable them to make a final informed choice as to whether they desire to ascend, and what is necessary for them to embark upon Ascension if that is their choice. Time is short, yet it is possible to achieve upliftment with the right approach and dedication. In some ways it will never be more easier than it is now, as such immense help is being given to all those who have placed their feet on the Ascension path. Most likely you are feeling the intensity and chaos of this period. You know deep within your bones that something very different is unfolding on the planet and within each person you meet. The uniqueness of these times makes this year's Wesak season a pivotal juncture.

The time is now for action and for creating the positive changes you want. Things you had on the back burner need to be reconsidered, energized, and contemplated to determine the divine right action. Some of them may not yet be ripe for full manifestation but you can energize them nonetheless. Below you will have tips for doing that in the highest possible way.

First, to understand why it is so vital to take needed actions, the following is some background on the meaning of Wesak and its relation to today's unique time in history. Over the centuries, numerous people have attained enlightenment, demonstrating that humans can realize their true Buddha nature while in human form. You are familiar with some these enlightened masters because world religions were formed based on their teachings; examples are the Buddha and Jesus.

The purpose of these beings incarnating was not to establish religions. Buddha did not seek to initiate the religion Buddhism any more than Jesus sought to establish Christianity. Beings such as these came to set the template for enlightenment, showing you and others the way to achieve full realization.

The Ripening of Now

During earlier cycles of humanity's history, these enlightened ones were unable to have the beneficial impact possible today - people were not ready and the time was not ripe. Today is radically different with the juxtaposition of an accelerated planetary awakening and the world's multitude of crises. If there was ever a time for the seeds these great ones planted to ripen within people it is now.

What are those seeds? Throughout history enlightened beings gave numerous teachings, each one with the basic message of love. They left you signposts and doorways that could lead to your own enlightenment.

Common themes included reminders of these four universal principles:

(1) Life is a continuum of cyclic energy. The cycle you are in now is your current life but your existence is eternal.

(2) There is only one constant and this is change. Everything is in constant motion and always changing.

(3) The energies that you express in a given lifetime determine your future. This means that you are at the helm of your life's ship into the unknown.

(4) Love is the greatest power, purpose, and healing tool. This is the energy that transforms everything of lower vibrations.

With humanity and the Earth at a tipping point, there is no time for complacency. Wisdom from Ascended Masters like the Buddha must be understood and acted upon in ways that make a tangible difference.

During Wesak season in particular - with a thinning of the veils and more access to the blessings of the great ones who came before - you can accelerate your progress by leaps and bounds. Each time you have a spiritual insight and take constructive action on it, you help yourself, your birth family, and your human family. Do not underestimate the power of this.

Three Tips for Constructive Action

The following are three tips for constructive action during Wesak season.

(1) You don't have to be the best at something to start doing it. Don't let doubt, perfectionism, or inertia stop you from expressing powerfully. Let go of comparisons. You may not be as expert as another person, but how will you become skilled if you don't take action? Expertise is developed, one step at a time.

(2) When you say to yourself: "I'm not ready," stop right there and ask within: "What part of me is saying this?" Chances are, it's your ego and voice of self-doubt. If you're absolutely sure something else is blocking your readiness, explore to find out what it is. Sometimes all you really need is to get help with a piece that you couldn't yet manage on your own; don't hesitate, then, to ask for help. Accept the help, learn from it, and then take needed actions. Remind yourself daily that the universe is a friendly place, filled with people who want to help you.

(3) Feeling exhausted or stressed - the tiredness causing you to feel blocked? Go gently with yourself. You are living in tumultuous times and each day you process unimaginable amounts of energy. The speed and magnitude of change is enough to make anyone a bit dizzy at times. A part of being gentle with yourself is making sure you replenish your energy in an ongoing way and that you do ongoing inner transformational work to stay balanced. Remember, too, that exhaustion is often an emotional or mental response to feelings of lack. Don't let those feelings block you now - you are a divine changemaker after all. Remind yourself each day of how much you are loved by spirit. Invite your inner wisdom to connect you with this love and support. Let yourself receive what truly is there for you, knowing that you deserve it. Then utilize what you receive to move forward in a light-filled way.

It is becoming very obvious that the Human Race is at a key point in its evolution. The collapse of the old ways confirms that they are no longer suitable for the new Human that is emerging. However many only see an uncertain future offering more chaos and catastrophes. It is therefore important for our mission to commence upon Earth without delay. Our acknowledged presence will allay many fears and give hope, whereas often at present only despair and desperation exist. You do have a wonderful future waiting to unfold that is only held back by the last gasp antics of the dark Ones. We shall therefore exalt our allies to forge ahead and start a sequence of events that will end in Ascension. If we do not get the response we desire, we shall be allowed to force the issue in the interests of all of you.


As you will know by now, when we refer to using force it is by way of persuasion or through the application of Universal Laws. We wish that your civilization had taken the opportunity offered many years ago, to bring peace to your world. However, it was not to be and you were lured into thinking that you were free citizens and that your lives were normal. Yet you were gradually having your freedom taken away from you, and it was done by such subtle means you were unaware as to what was happening. To your credit many souls started to understand what was taking place, and movements grew that sought the changes that would lift you up and bring peace.


That was a signal duly noted by the Spiritual Hierarchy, who extended the time period to enable more souls to awaken to the truth. That decision has proved to be successful, as a great surge in your consciousness levels has been recorded. It is a sad fact that many are called, but some souls are too set in their ways and beliefs to respond. We still interact with them as with any other soul, as we see the true potential of all of you. Great care and love is given unconditionally, as we know that it is only a matter of time before a group of souls is ready to ascend. By your reckoning it will be a long, long time, but it will come with the cyclic nature of all that exists.


If you hold onto your faith in us, you will deflect the negative energies that are inevitably leveled at us by those who do not understand the Light. We represent change and it does not come easily to those who are beholden to the material world. Their fascination with it will often only last whilst they are successful, but it cannot bring true fulfillment and the inner peace that brings joy and happiness. Many already enjoy such peaceful levels of existence, and they are able to walk tall through any discord or confusion because they are no longer affected. Such Beings are the beacons of Light that bring calmness wherever it is needed. Their high energies also have a healing affect on people around them. This level can be achieved by anyone who lives their life in Love and Light and gives no place to the lower vibrations.


Whatever effort you need to put in to achieve Ascension, will be more than worth it and should not be looked upon as having been a sacrifice on your part. To live in the Love and Light is your natural demeanor, as you return to levels that were once your home. Have we not told you that you are gods in the making, in which case you have a natural urge to return to them. Duality is a game that upon completion you leave behind, having gained immense experience that you take with you. No experience is without some value, and you will forever evolve until you again return to the Source. Perhaps you can now understand why you need to release attachments to the lower vibrations. Think into the future and hold that image, and know it is vastly superior to anything that you presently experience.


Things are building up to the grand finale, and as you know it will come good. There is no other ending this time round, and the Divine Plan will ensure a happy ending. It was different in bygone times when you yourselves created your future. Now however the line has been drawn and this cycle of duality must come to an end. Ultimately every soul will find itself exactly where it should be, and there is no place for error. Be glad and look forward to a heavenly existence knowing that you will never again enter the duality cycle. From hereon life will be idyllic and fulfilling while you enjoy the beauty and comforts of the higher dimensions. You will need for nothing at all, and have everything that makes life an absolute pleasure. Words cannot describe the bliss you will experience and the Light that permeates all that exists.

There will continue to be terrorists all of the time there is inequality in the world, and a country’s sovereignty is interfered with. They will however withdraw from their activities in the near future, when it is understood that a peaceful conclusion can be achieved. It will be backed by our presence and assurance that peace will be restored everywhere in the world.


Peace is the answer to almost all of your problems. At a stroke it will remove fear and replace it with hope, joy and peaceful co-operation between all people. We are therefore laying down the plans for a great leap forward, and await the opportunity to first clear the decks. Much preparation has already been made and you will find that once we achieve our first objective, the rest will follow quite rapidly.

The changes on many different levels are becoming powerful, and suddenly many aspects of normal daily life are not as comfortable as they used to be. There is a feeling of insecurity and uncertainty, unless you are the ones who see that they are a means to an end of the old ways. However, although it is not yet obvious, the changes herald the beginning of a new era that will reflect the wishes of the people. No longer will power be held by the privileged few who dictate the way of the world. The Dictators and Tyrants who resist change will not be able to carry on in the face of the demands of the people, and in some instances may have to be physically removed. Long before Ascension new appointments will have to be made in all areas of politics, so that the right people of spiritual understanding can lead you onwards. It has happened in the past, but at no time to the extent that you are about to experience. Your leaders must be beyond reproach and stand for freedom, honesty and a desire to be a servant of the Love and Light.

The Spiritual Hierarchy is well aware of your needs and has planned for the souls that are required to see you through to Ascension, to be there when you need them. They in turn know their destiny is to step forward when the occasion arrives, and that time is approaching very rapidly. Be assured nothing has been left to chance, but methodically planned for the greatest day you will experience in this lifetime. Ascension is a great event within the ever-ongoing process, which will be a giant step forward into the higher dimensions. It is beautiful and most encouraging to see the Light building up upon Earth. It is increasing all of the time and brings together those souls of a like desire, that wish to create a new Earth where there are no dark energies, and instead a heavenly like existence of beauty and harmony. By holding their vision they help it manifest and it will more than fulfil everyone’s dreams. You can have a foot in both worlds, but sooner or later you will make a permanent transition to the new one.

The pressure that our allies have been exerting to bring disclosure out is paying off, and once the facts begin to come out it will soon become an avalanche. After all of this time the people are ready to learn the truth about us, although the more extreme incidents and events surrounding some disclosures will cause considerable shock. It will come from learning that ET’s have been in touch with your governments for some 80 years, and are known to have bases inside the Earth, and on the Moon and Mars. Whereas you have been led to believe otherwise, NASA has removed traces of their existence from photographs and film. By all means possible you have been kept ignorant of our presence, and any other civilisation that has attempted to communicate with you. Of course there have been individual contacts that have taken place, but it was hoped by the dark Ones that they would largely be ignored. The time has never been better for the truth to come out, and we are working with our allies to restore freedom of expression amongst your journalists and the news media.

Everything we talk of now is with regard to preparing the way for our arrival on Earth. It will be the next step in moving you all forward so that working together; we can begin to restore the Earth. There is clearly much work to be done but with our technologies it can be made a simple task. However, our principle responsibility is towards you, and to ensure that those who are on the path to Ascension arrive there safely. We have no doubt that you will be fully prepared and that your consciousness levels will have reached the required level. You are gradually experiencing new levels and by now some of you will be able to acknowledge such changes within you. It comes with a greater understanding of the purpose of life, and the intelligence that you call the Creator that exists in All That Is.

The Galactic Federation comprises of civilisations that have long ascended, and are now part of the Love and Light. To you they would appear as Gods, which in one sense they are, but not in the traditional way they are often depicted by you. Many are of human appearance but perhaps that is where the similarity ends, inasmuch that they carry the higher energies that can be strongly felt when you are in their presence. Their touch can be healing and their words so loving and re-assuring, although words are seldom used but instead telepathic communication. It is something you too will eventually master and use for its clarity of expression, unlike words that can sometimes be inadequate. Indeed, as you continue to rise up in consciousness, you will find that you will experience telepathic contact as a normal development. You already participate in it without actually realising so, and for example you take it for granted where your pets are concerned. They usually understand far more than you would give them credit for, and you can easily put it to the test.

Be aware, and be awake as much is happening now that pertains to Ascension, and filter out that which has no bearing on the future. For example those who do not go along with it will in some cases spread doubt if not deliberate disinformation. You need to stick to your understanding of what you expect in the coming months. By now there should be expectations that fulfil the requirements for Ascension to take place, and these will come to pass. The plan has been active for a long time, but it is only now that the numerous occurrences begin to make sense. Look for the positive moves that will see new governments taking shape, and note those individuals who speak out with the truth. Anything less will not “ feel” right and should be set aside.

Dear Ones, the end times are really under way, and as you lift your vibrations you will find that you are able to more easily discern between the truth and untruth. You will be untouched by the negativity that still abounds upon Earth, and move more steadily upon you own path to Ascension. You need not look back, as little of what exists now has a place in your future. What does will be uplifted in a form that is in harmony with the higher vibrational levels.

I AM ASHTAR.

I come to you today with this message from the Christ Consciousness, which exists beyond all individuated beings, beyond even your culture’s accepted image of who Christ is. Christ Consciousness is not a Who, it is a Divine Breath, which is open to all.

Christ Consciousness says this:

I AM THE CHRIST.

I AM returning now. Rather, I never left at all. I am within you all. If you look deep within yourself, you will find a point of light, shining forever. That light I AM.

That light is now humming. That light is now vibrating even brighter, which previously, you wouldn’t have known to be possible. Your light is humming an evolved vibration which calls you to live in deeper resonance with the Truth.

This is why so many of you are no longer satisfied with your trite experiences of life, with your “daily grind”. Who would be satisfied with that? In truth, no one was. Your ancestors just settled.

As I, Christ, return to you even more, you all will awaken to your Truth. You will begin to remember Who You Are in ways and numbers never before experienced on this Earth. I will shine from within you in a smile, a look, the sharing of a meal or loving touch.

Feel me grow within you, until you, yourself, realize that you are the Christ, as Yeshua (Sananda, Jesus) was. Until you surpass even that individual’s Earthly experience of the Christ. You, as individuated Divinity, and as a Collective, will be Christed. That is to say, I will shine from within you all. From within the core of your Earth, who is also alive, who is also on her personal journey into Christ Consciousness.

Spontaneous evolution has occurred in history at specific increments in time.  What causes these changes?    How do these changes affect us on a cellular level? What is happening to our DNA right NOW?

Keep this in mind when reading this article.  Edgar Cayce stated, "(Earth) is slowly receding or gathering closer to the sun, from which it receives its impetus for the awakening of the elements from that which it receives from the sun. - elements that give life itself, by radiation of like elements."

Scientific Evidence

David Sereda has been working diligently in this area of science.  According to Sereda, since 2006, scientists have been noticing a difference in the decay rates in nuclear particles, which had been consistently reliable in previous years.

What does this mean?  It isn’t typical to see such a drastic change in these decay rates.  Scientists are seeing a change of 1/10th of 1% in these particles, which was previously unheard of and is unexplainable at this moment.  When a particle speeds up, it means it’s radiating more energy.   This includes the energy and particles within our own bodies.  Studies on DNA have indicated that even very weak changes in the energy field can cause profound changes in our DNA.

Sereda went on to state that because our children are in a rapid growth stage, they are going to receive more of this change than the adults.

There is a drastic climate change event happening on every planet in our solar system.  Planets are becoming more luminous, have higher energy fields and have thicker atmospheres.

What is causing these dramatic changes?

Our Sun will reach a solar maximum in 2013.  In the meanwhile, it is emitting high energy photons that can literally affect our consciousness, as evidenced by the global awakening that’s going on right now.  It’s certainly not a coincidence that these energies are bringing in a wave of spiritual consciousness that demands truth and desires the best for humanity.

There is some evidence that points to the photon belt as being a prime catalyst for cellular change, but this is more speculation than factual science.



We are exiting the Age of Pisces and are entering the Age of Aquarius.  As I noted in a previous article, each age has an energy signature associated with it.  The energy signature of Aquarius is one that promotes Divine Order, truthfulness and all that is in the best interests of humanity.  This is why the current, worldwide political corruption will come to an end soon, so it’s important not to focus too much of your own energy on their issues, because that’s the only energy that’s feeding them at this point in time.

All of the planets in our galaxy are undergoing dramatic climate changes.  For example, there is a newly discovered ice cap on Mars, chemical changes on Jupiter, new weather patterns on Venus, a vortex on the south pole of Saturn, etc…

There is an energy field at the edge of the Milky Way Galaxy that’s described as a ribbon.  "This is a shocking new result for us and one that is not entirely understood," said David McComas, the lead scientist on a NASA mission called IBEX.

This “ribbon” is a long band of high-energy particle emissions that could feasibly alter our DNA.

Is it possible that these changes are related to our location to the center of the Milky Way Galaxy as we near the galactic alignment?  Do the changes in our Sun have any relevance to the changes in our solar system?   How do these changes affect us on a cellular level?



It’s so true:  As above, so below!

Here on Earth, we have witnessed many changes, including massive land cracks, volcanoes, tsunamis, earthquakes, mass animal die offs, etc…  Something is causing these changes to occur.  While we can point our fingers at chemtrails and H.A.A.R.P. as the reasons for some of these occurrences, most of these changes would have happened anyways.  Why?  Because other planets aren’t affected by chemtrails and HAARP, yet they’re still going through dramatic climate changes.

Don’t stare at the sun!

There is a gentleman who goes by the initials, HRM, who has existed solely on sunlight and water since 1996.  That’s right, he has not eaten solid food in 12 years. He has been studied by various researchers, such as the Thomas Jefferson University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Not only have they found his claims to be true, but medical evidence suggests this man is healthier than a normal person of his age. He is approaching 80 years old.

HRM practices sungazing daily.  Doctors stated that his neurons were active, and not dying. His pineal gland is actually growing, not shrinking, which is very unusual in someone over the age of fifty. The greatest average in someone over fifty, is a pineal size of 6×6 mm, HRM’s is 8×11 mm.

The reason I bring this up is because we’ve been taught that it’s harmful to directly stare into the sun.  While I’m not advocating sun gazing (although I do it, myself), if one decides to do it, then please research this topic thoroughly.

You stand at the door of opportunity, as Ascension draws closer

The Galactic Federation is becoming more active all around your world, but even if you were aware of it you would not necessarily know the reasons for it. There are certain issues that concern your safety, but we are not at liberty to give you much in the way of details. For a long time we have so to say, cleared up the mess left by the dark Forces, who set out to disrupt and cause the maximum amount of trouble. This has been particularly evident in the last few years when they stepped up their activities. The bigger problems are such that we have relied upon our allies to help tackle them, and they have centred around the money markets and the Petroleum Industry. We have had to break down the controls that have brought about exactly what the Illuminati have desired, to give them absolute command of the key markets. Through their manipulation and dictates over oil prices, they have grown immensely wealthy whilst what you often call the “ordinary people” have had to foot the bill. It has not been easy in response to refrain from overstepping our authority, but there have always been boundaries that we have had to maintain. It comes back to karma and experiencing your creations so that you learn the consequence of your actions. We cannot just step in and prevent them but we can often lessen the impact upon you.

We find that the world is dividing into groups that have common interests, and in some ways that is the best approach to bring some degree of stability. Ultimately, when it is seen that you are One, there will be then be a strong desire to work as One having realised that it is the way forward. Competition such as you have now will be replaced by cooperation, and people’s energy will go towards positive functions in the interests of all people. On a spiritual level there will also be a coming together in understanding, as where strong beliefs were held these will be opened up to sensible discussion and changes if necessary. Eventually only that which is of the truth will remain, and by then Mankind will have learnt the lessons resulting from separateness. Your objective all along was to rise up out of it, and create harmony and balance through being able to adopt the principle of Unconditional Love. The sooner you can begin to live your life that way, the quicker you will reach the higher dimensions.

After many lives and countless experiences you have grown in stature and spiritual awareness. So now you stand at the door of opportunity, as Ascension draws closer offering you the chance to leave duality behind. As the purpose of life becomes clear, you will find it much easier to cut your ties to the material world. In the higher levels there is nothing that you will want for, and your needs will be nowhere as big as when on Earth. Yet you will enjoy all of the comforts you could possibly think of, surrounded by absolute beauty and spectacular colours some of which are presently unseen on Earth. Your creative power will enable you to create for your own pleasure and also for the general benefit of all souls. Nothing is owned in the sense of ownership as you have now, and all is shared without exception.

Time on Earth continues to fly by and you will be entering the final year of duality very soon. It promises to be most interesting and exciting as you will be working for a future that is assured, and one that can no longer be interfered with by the dark Ones. Yes, they will still be around, but exiled so that you can go speeding towards Ascension. We will have shown ourselves and all become involved in the need to prepare both yourselves and Mother Earth for it. To add to your joy and excitement your ancient ancestors will surface from the Inner Earth, as they too have a part to play in the end times. It will be hard to keep up with the rapid developments, but you will be well informed by our allies and us. The nightmare is ending and the dream is manifesting that will finally take you into the Golden Age.

Keep a positive outlook and remain centred at all times, and you will be untouched by the outer events. Walk through them knowing that you are already a Starseed, and a strong Being of power and purpose working in the Light. You will help others by doing so and your own levels of consciousness will increase exponentially. Each of you is unique and together you are a formidable power for good. Allow others to follow their specific beliefs and if they are not in alignment with the truth, they will soon find their answers. We ourselves will be making sure that the truth is revealed regarding any matter that is important to your evolution. It should bring people together more quickly who can then help each other to understand it.

The end of the cycle of duality must take place, and providing the Earth is protected and ascends it is not too important as to how it is achieved. However, there are many aspects that must reach a conclusion, and be cleared away to accommodate the new paradigm. The biggest change must fulfil the call for world peace, and removal of the Illuminati’s power and influence can only be established with our help. It shall happen and is not too far away from taking place. Already their removal is being negotiated and eventually there will be no other way out for them. They remain defiant but circumstances will seriously deplete their resources, including access to the enormous wealth they have acquired. They are like past dictators who have inevitably believed that they were invincible, and that is their Achilles Heel. They have fallen at the last hurdle and can no longer control matters as they would like. The people have for example awoken to what has been taking place, and their resistance to the dark Ones is helping stop their progress.

Our presence in your skies continues to increase, but what is not so readily apparent is the progress we are making upon the Earth. We have controlled the outcome of the earthquake in Japan, and radiation from the damaged Reactors has been kept to lower levels that do not pose a major threat. We also continue to avoid confrontation with the dark Forces, who seek to cause an incident that can place us in a bad light. You have reached a turning point, yet another blessed shift, in your quest for mastery. You have reached the point of light, the point where the light indeed is more powerful upon your planet than the darkness. It may not seem so, yet it is an illusion, as is this lifetime you are living. It is a very powerful illusion, one which you have each chosen so that you may experience the great gifts which you will receive, as you learn and incorporate your life lessons and tests.

Darkness is simply the absence of light, yet darkness brings fear and paralyzes you into inaction, a condition which is not conducive to your growth, it is not beneficial to you, to those around you and to all life and the earth. Fear feeds on fear and continues to add to the illusion of chaos and destruction, which you are all rising above. And indeed you are rising above it, dear ones. Know that this is so, within the very core of your beings. You are each a great divine being of light, how can it be any other than so? You are pure light, you are the light of God and there is no darkness within this light. This light is pure; it is teeming with adamantine particles. It is the light of all creation, just waiting for you to let it in. Let it flow dear ones, let it flow unimpeded, in your reality. Let it flow in through your crown chakra; let it flow to and through you, filling your field and every aspect and facet of you. Let it flow into mother earth, let it flow out to the planet and let it flow to all creation. Let this light shine as the bright and blessed being, this great divine being of light which you are.

Step forth into your mastery, dear ones, Greatness is but a heartbeat away. Greatness lies in your determination, your dedication, your perseverance, your great and burning desire to live God, to be God, to know and experience the light in every moment of your Now. This is greatness, this is who you are, each and every one of you. It is not for a chosen few, it is for every soul on this planet and every soul who is in the cycle of reincarnation for this planet. It is now that the ascension is near, that you are needed more than ever, to flow, be, and live this God Light, to be and shine your magnificent light in every now moment.

We, upon the shining light called Sirius, have been with you, since the inception of your incarnations upon your blessed planet earth. We have nurtured those who would hold the light even as your planet fell into darkness. We have assisted and been a way station for those who have continued in their dedication and determination to lift your planet up from the effluvia of the third dimension. We have been here with you, and hosted your blessed souls, assisting them in their learning process on the inner planes, as they have raised their consciousness to return to the fold of the family of light.

Sirius has been a way station in your universe, for those of the light, to visit, to incorporate their wisdom into the tapestry of life for those of you who are ready to have new wisdom, new teachings, which will assist your technology and your growth in all ways. It is wondrous, the assistance which has been offered by those of the Christed light, those who are so ready and willing to lend their assistance, to you and your beloved planet, as you ascend into the light.

Reach out to us, your brothers and sisters on Sirius. Go into meditation with the intention to connect with me, to connect with the blessed Christed beings of Sirius. Set your intention to connect with the blessed group vibration of the ascended masters. Sirius has been a gathering point, a way station for these blessed beings, who have delayed their progression and growth in the light, to assist you in yours. As you move more fully into the light, these blessed beings, will begin to make their focal point the planet earth. It is already happening, beloved ones. More and more, the ascended masters, the Council of Light, are gathering on your planet, as they once again, fully make Mt. Shasta, Shambhala, and other sacred sites their home. As crystalline activations are completed in the fullness of the diamond light, the Council of Light will once more take up residence in many sacred locations which have received the full light of the diamond crystalline vibration.

Go into meditation, allow yourselves to be open to receiving the vibration of a sacred site which will resonate with you. With this resonation, you will also feel the vibrations and resonation of the ascended masters associated with this sacred site. Add your light to the whole, dear ones; add your light to the fullness of the vibrations of the diamond light to assist the sacred sites into full consciousness. They too, are conscious, make no mistake. Just as your mother earth has consciousness, so do the sacred sites and nodes of power, through the added influence and continuity of the formation of particular grids and leylines which are most significant to each sacred site. Flow your light to the sacred site which resonates with you, dear ones. Flow your light and assist the coming into full consciousness and power of the diamond light, for this sacred site.

You are needed, each and every one of you. As you assist your beloved mother earth, embrace her in joy. You are each earth keepers, each and every one of you, as you agreed to be a steward and keeper of your earth and all life forms. Step into the impeccability of this position which you so lovingly and joyfully agreed to. Be with it, quietly, and ask for validation. Ask to feel the love of your earth, of these sacred sites you are to assist. Ask for the validation within your sacred heart; ask for the validation however it may come to you. And then let it be, dear ones, step into the fullness of your position as an earth keeper as you honor and nurture, and love and cherish your earth and all life forms.

Step into this impeccability dear ones, and you will find that you no longer desire to support those who would desecrate your beloved mother earth, in the pillaging of her resources. Your beloved planet will share her resources willingly with you, if you will only open your consciousness to the technology which is being offered to you. It is placed in the ethers for you to tap into. Do so now, beloved ones, do so and lift yourselves up and your planet, into the flow and synchronicity of abundance, which will begin to flow through you, as you make use of the new technology available to you. This technology will set you free, and it will honor your earth in gentle use of her resources.

We are with you in great love and assistance. We are a way station, a great center of learning for you, as you travel the inner planes. Visit us, visit our ascension seats, call on us. We are Christed beings, with you through eternity, celebrating with you, this blessed time of ascension.

Dear Ones, understand that the dark Ones are answerable to Universal Law exactly as you are, and like you when in duality are allowed to experience through their freewill choice. Of course they are also subject to your laws, but by the very nature of their rejection of them and the power they hold, they feel above the law. However, as you will know by now every soul is answerable at some stage for every action and even thought that intended to harm or cause the death of another soul. It is why we ask you to bear this in mind when the dark Ones are called to justice, and stand for their crimes against Humanity. If it is within your ability and your mindset allows for compassion, it is the best response you can have. Better still if you can acknowledge that the dark Ones are Beings of Light that retain their godspark, you would help them by sending Love and Light. Naturally that is not easy particularly if you have a relative or friend that has been a victim of theirs. How you respond depends on your level of consciousness, but you will eventually reach one of Christ Consciousness and act from that level of understanding. Therefore if it needs a “deal” to remove the dark Ones and they are allowed refuge somewhere, it is only a temporary respite as ultimately they will not escape justice.




Meantime, all progresses well and our allies are pushing for the disclosure announcement. The facts have been coming out for many years now, but what we need is an official recognition of our presence so that we can introduce the Galactic Federation to you. There are numerous websites on your Internet where you can indulge yourselves in facts about our craft, and these are supported by photographs and even videos. Whether we exist is no longer the question as we have made contact with every major government. We want to open up the whole subject, and thus allow debate and discussion as to what has been taking place over the last century. Governments will have to come clean with regard to their own part in suppressing information about us. They will also have to admit to their activities under the guise of allowing their craft to be taken as ours, or groups such as the Greys.




It is obvious to any intelligent person that our Mothercraft have not originated from Earth. They are in some cases of such massive size, being several miles long it is common sense that they are coming from other civilizations. There is also the question of the sheer numbers of craft that have been seen on some occasions. When you can count around a hundred or more as per the sighting recently in Mexico, you will know for certain that their origin is not from the Earth. The evidence of our presence is so obvious; yet generally speaking your media still hides the truth. We are pleased to say that this situation will not remain the same for much longer. There are many aspects before our appearance that need to come out to prepare people for it.




Remember that we are Spiritual Beings exactly as you are, and all from the Source. We are not different just because we come from other civilizations, beyond the fact that we are more evolved. That applies to all members of the Galactic Federation and we act out of service to you as our brothers and sisters. Everything that exists is moving back to the Source, so we join hands and help each other. You are not in anyway less than we are; it is just that you allowed your higher levels of consciousness to be veiled. It was inevitable once you slipped into the lower vibrations, and set the scene for your challenge to find your true selves again. You knew this was to be the greatest one that you would face, but also the most magnificent opportunity to evolve once again and merge with your Higher Self. You were inspired by knowing that there would always help for you, and you would not be fighting your battles alone. Perhaps more importantly, you were aware that the cycle would end with an equal opportunity for each soul to ascend. That time is of course now, and Ascension is just a short step away from taking place.

We are certain that once we can walk amongst you, the doubts and hesitation about accepting us will soon disappear. Your governments will announce their support for us, as they too will be briefed as to the full implications as to what is to happen. Together we can make sure that the changes and cleansing of Earth are efficiently and quickly carried out. We can as far as possible safeguard the population from earthquakes or their consequences, but there will still be fatalities as some souls have chosen to leave Earth in this manner. Once you understand the reasons for what is occurring, the outcome will be your focus rather than the manner in which it is achieved. There are many views as to how it will be, and with our coming much will be explained to avoid misunderstanding.







You are becoming more aware of Mother Earth need to push on with her own program of changes. We also know what is needed and that gives us the opportunity to help alleviate any affects upon you. If need be we can transport people from one point to another instantaneously, and will use our technologies to carry out such missions. We know where every person is, and it does not matter where they are at any given time we can locate them. Again this is by using our highly advanced computers that you could say, “have a mind of their own” as you will find out. There are signs all around you that are indicating the nearness of Disclosure, and when the latest information is meant to make the public domain ways are going to be found to achieve it. Even your dark Ones deliberately leak secrets when they feel it is in their interests, but that is sometimes purely for the purpose of preparing you in advance for one of their false flag attacks. Needless to say, they also as a matter of course spread disinformation to confuse those who seek the truth. Trust your intuition as by now you should be aware of their tactics, and if you are well informed you will have a good idea of what should be set aside. Currently the scene is set for Disclosure to come out, and our allies are ready to push for the first ideal opportunity to go ahead. So after all of the waiting the event that will “launch the boat” of revelations about us, is set to sail. Much is already known about us, but for the majority of people our story will cause much astonishment and disbelief. However, the truth must come out and cannot be held back any longer, the secrecy and denial about us has gone on for far too long. The more that is known about us, the easier it will be to obtain a general acceptance of our presence. We can then organize the many changes that must take place without further delay.

The energies continue to reach you from many sources outside of Earth, and they are helping both you and Mother Earth to rise up much quicker than ever before. Always the object of whatever happens is to focus you upon Ascension, and ensure that the preparations are in line with your needs. In that respect we are more than happy, as in spite of the delaying tactics of the dark Ones everything is on course for completion as planned. The Light is in control and allows matters to find their own pathway forward, but always with the end time in mind. Our activities are directed towards achieving success without the necessity to enter into any form of confrontation with the dark Ones. By our standards and with our far advanced technologies it is unnecessary. We can be firm and use our divine authority when the occasion calls for it. So please accept that no matter what scenario is presented to you, we are fully aware of what is happening and in control.

Your civilization continues to see how ineffective the efforts are that have been made to prevent Earth changes. The cleansing cannot be stopped as it is vitally necessary, but as we have informed you on many occasions we are allowed to lessen the affects upon you. In recent times we have been active where the Gulf Oil spill was concerned, and also the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. The only souls to leave as a result of any such events, will have arranged it as part of their life plan. We know that idea seems almost unbelievable, but the transition is quick and any fear experienced at the time is removed as soon as they arrive in Nirvana. Death is not as many envisage and you are quickly reunited with your loved ones.

So what should you be doing as you anticipate and await the inevitable changes. We would suggest you try to keep your mind on the coming benefits and certainly focus on Ascension. There will be distractions for a time, but when we appear before you, your attention will be directed towards positive changes and you will be able to participate in some ways. Those of you with knowledge about us will be able to assist others in coming to terms with what is happening. Indeed, there is no reason why you should not do that now, as we value your help and therefore encourage you to be open about matters. Even although there is a time coming when we will speak to the masses, that personal touch will mean so much more. It is helpful if all people begin to keep an open mind about what they hear or see, and do not jump to conclusions. There are still those who have strong beliefs that do not allow for our presence, and will refuse to believe in our reasons for coming to you. It will clearly take time to soften their approach, and create acceptable answers that will help them feel at ease about us.

You will no doubt understand why your freewill choice is so carefully honored. Even God does not force Gods will upon you, but there are laws that are applied should it cause harm to others, or interfere with their freewill. Yet as you evolve and set your sights on returning to the higher dimensions, you learn that there comes a stage where you gladly accept the Will of God. It becomes the most natural and desirable advancement, as you become a Being of Light. However, your present concern is to take the golden opportunity that beckons to leave duality for good. It is but a small step upward in the context of time as you understand it, but a vastly important experience that will bring benefit to many souls in the future. Here you are today so near to a quantum leap forward, that you have been preparing for since you commenced the long journey from out of the darkness. It is perhaps as well that you do not remember the details of every life experienced since that time. All that matters now are your immediate efforts to hold your focus upon Ascension, as it is going to change you beyond your expectations.

We of the Galactic Federation are helping you close the gap between what you are now, and will be when you acquire full consciousness. The sooner we can invite you to join us as equal partners, the quicker we can move onto the next journey that will take us into other Galaxies and Universes. They seem to be never ending, as there is no end to creation as we see it. Can you imagine the numberless opportunities that lie before you, as there is certainly no limit to the adventures that you can take? Life is everywhere around you at different stages of evolution, and it is our role to serve others who like you are now are making their way through the different dimensions. It is exciting and rewarding and in no way imposed upon you. We are after all not the only organization that exists at our level. Yet we are of a size that you would find unimaginable, comprising many millions of personnel. Yes, they are all ascended Beings and would not otherwise be allowed to join us.

Throughout the world the shift in consciousness continues to grow, and it is galvanizing more and more people into action. There is a realization that you are able to have a say in how your lives are led. Hitherto you have given virtually all of your authority to your leaders, and it is clear that their decisions are rarely in line with your real needs. In fact it is often the opposite, and you are ignored whilst they fulfill their own political agendas. However, you are beginning to see the way you have been misled and manipulated, and there is a growing dissatisfaction with them. Now it is becoming clear to you that you have your own divine rights that you can take back. As a result that energy is pushing for change and it cannot be ignored for much longer. The Law of Attraction allows for your pleas to be answered, and you can be sure that additional energies will be added to yours. Along with the requirements of Mother Earth, it is causing a shift that strengthens those that are on the verge of taking place. The Earth is alive with activity that is leading to a finale that will take you rapidly to Ascension. Whether small groups or large it makes no difference, as eventually it becomes a collective effort that carries great potential. So keep up your good work, as it is helping hasten the end of the ability of the dark Ones to carry on as before.

The Galactic Federation is continuing to work hard to ensure that our allies are well supported, so that they will soon achieve a major breakthrough. The opposition to us is enormous, as we carry the authority to introduce changes that will remodel the way business is done. It must be seen to operate with the people’s interest at heart, and be open in its dealings. Small is going to be beautiful and more easily managed and controlled. Bear in mind that with the new technologies much of what you find necessary now, will no longer be required. Do not worry about personal fortunes as after the changes have taken place, everyone will be cared for and wealth will have been spread more fairly. You will become self-sufficient, and bartering will come back as the money systems will eventually be no longer required.

Everything that you tend to rely on will change for the better, and it will largely come about as a result of the worldwide distribution of technologies to provide all the essentials you need. Also, as you progress so the whole quality of life will improve, and it will give you your first taste of what it will be like once you ascend. It will be a remarkably quick change from your present day-to-day life, and it will release you from the draconian controls that you are presently placed under. Bear in mind that we will have joined you to participate in such events, and we shall help guide you along the spiritual path that was intended for you all. Ascension is of course the main focus, and we will make sure that you are in a position to go along with it. That is our mission and sworn duty to see that you and Mother Earth safely reach your goal, and it shall come to pass.

Although your victory is assured, it is just as essential that you keep focused upon Ascension. By doing that you can help make the way forward somewhat smoother and with less chaos. You have the collective power to make such a difference, and simply need to act in unison and continue bringing the Light to Earth. You have already been doing so, and you can take great credit for having overcome the attempts of the dark Ones to take control over you to prevent Ascension. So do not let up in your endeavors to work with the Light, as it is your weapon of love that knows no equal to the power that it carries. Each day there are almost certain to be opportunities to help your fellow travelers, even if it is only a smile or a kind word. You would be surprised to know how much it can light up another’s world.

These are also the times that as the consciousness levels rise you can speak your truth about Ascension, as many have heard of 2012 but have little understanding of what it means. They will not need chapter and verse but knowing of the promise of peace and a Golden Age, will uplift their hopes and place their focus where fear for the future can be overcome. We are thankful that the Internet is still relatively free from controls, allowing people the opportunity of free speech. It is a minefield of choice and different opinions including deliberate misinformation, so it calls for discretion and good sense, as no sources of Light will be involved in creating fear. If something does not sound right to you, leave it alone until you can make a firm decision.

When you become aware of yourself as a Spiritual Being life on Earth can become a beautiful experience, even allowing for the negative aspects and the continual battle to survive. Each challenge successfully dealt with hones your spiritual abilities and places them on a higher level. It then becomes easier to face even sterner challenges and rise above them. Your evolution is the whole purpose of your incarnations in duality, and there is little that can compare with the value of such experiences. Do not doubt for one moment that you volunteered for life on Earth for such reasons.

Your reward is to experience the end of the final cycle of duality, and a lifting up to realms that can only be described as absolute heaven.

The fact that some souls can leave their bodies at will and visit the higher dimensions means that they can relate their findings to you. Sometimes they glimpse the levels of Light that you will rise to, and you will find that they describe perfect beauty, harmony and peace. Naturally there are closer levels to Earth such as the astral regions that are not on such a high vibration. Even so what you call the Summerland is an indication of what to expect. The 3rd dimension is not your real home, and that is why deep down you yearn to return to the higher dimensions. You instinctively know that there is more to life than what you are experiencing now.

It is time to throw yourself fully into your efforts to bring Light to the Earth. There is clearly not far to go now, and you face the most exciting times as duality closes down. It will depend on how you see the end-times taking place, as they bring you to the point of Ascension. There has never been a better opportunity to really rise up into the higher vibrations, and move with the beneficial changes that are occurring. The distractions will still there that could take your focus away from your goal, but know that they will be short lived. Whatever is placed in front of you for the purpose of creating fear and confusion, will have no affect on you unless you empower them. It is no longer possible for anything that Man can do, to prevent the envisaged end of this cycle and Ascension.

Your immediate concern should be about Self by ensuring that you are approaching Ascension in the right way. That does not mean ignoring help to those around you, as indeed it is expected that those who are awakened help to spread the Light. It can be done in many different ways, and the more evolved you are the better equipped you are to be a mentor to your Brothers and Sisters. You are at the hub of all activity and who but you can appreciate what others are experiencing. You are the ones who in all likelihood came to Earth at this special time to offer your love and services to your fellow travelers. Outside of your family links are friends and acquaintances that may well have been closer to you in previous lives. They too may come to you for advice sensing that you are at One with all else around you. There is not only safety in numbers, but coming together exponentially increases the Light between you.

The final months before the end time will add so much more to your consciousness levels, and it is certainly a period in which an open mind is essential. Many beliefs will be exposed so that the truth can be understood, and many revelations will take people’s breath away. Some will be shocking and others absolutely uplifting, but all in all they will clear the way for the final changes. Almost every soul carries some baggage that has accumulated over many, many lives. It will be thrown up at you for cleansing, and you will know what exactly needs your attention. What was normal or acceptable hundreds of years ago may be seen entirely different today. The basis for change centers on your thoughts and actions that are harmful to others. Control of your emotions is a major player in such circumstances, and being non-judgmental is also extremely important. Test yourself and see if you remain calm and peaceful, when you in the centre of fear and aggression. If you can you will know you are winning the battle to lift yourself up. At the same time as setting a good example to others, you will find that where you lead they will follow.

The confidence that you will gain in lifting yourself up will give you even greater power that will put you firmly on the path to Ascension. You will find that possessions will become less important and transient, as you realize that materialism is largely a symptom of greed rather than necessity. Of course you are all entitled to live comfortably, but that line is often crossed by those who see the acquisition of wealth as a sign of success. With Ascension comes a completely different mindset, which focuses on everything that is for the good of all. There is no lack experienced in the higher dimensions, and there is much more sharing than ownership. You can have whatever you want, and change it whenever you want, so possessions are not seen as necessary. Nothing is valued in monetary terms as you do now, and in fact money does not change hands at all. Doors do not have locks and land is not owned but shared. Dear Ones you will have a number of new concepts to get used to in due course. Bear in mind that in your new bodies you will not experience the frailties you do on Earth, and if ever in need of healing will receive sound, light and color. Therefore, medicines and drugs that are used now will have no place or indeed be necessary.

When you can start to project your thoughts and live in the future as understood from the various messages you read, you will be cutting your links with the past and creating your new paradigm. Of course it will not only just be you but also include all those souls who have started to stand with one foot in the higher dimensions. There is nothing like the present time to firmly establish where you are going, and be co-creators in manifesting the New Age. It will not stop there, as you will acquire greater powers of creation and eventually become a Galactic Being. With that also comes an even higher degree of responsibility, but you will be pleased to learn that it presents no problems at that level of evolution.

Unlike Man we do not have the impetus to rush into things, as you will have noticed. This is why we are quite prepared to wait for the right time before we implement the first stage of First Contact. Our goal is perfection in whatever we do on behalf of other civilizations, and our plans are accordingly carried out with it in mind. We allow for delays but even so have our deadlines to meet. So you can be sure that you will experience what we have promised you, and you could say that it will be all the better for having waited. Consciousness levels are speeding ahead and that will make our arrival much more easy. There is truly a phenomenal difference to what existed a mere 50 years ago. Minds have been opening and the awakening has accelerated, particularly since the Millennium.

Together we are the forces Light that use nothing more than the weapon of love to defeat our adversaries. They have no answer to it which is why they try to confuse you and instill fear. Of course the dark energies cannot be eliminated overnight, but your positive energies weaken their power to continue and transmute the lower vibrations.

"Your Body Is Your Temple"

Beloved Ones,

This month of June is a full and challenging month for you. It is a time of much cleansing and clearing, a time to step forth and take the path of highest light. Many of you are experiencing extreme physical challenges. We ask you to take more care of your physical vessels. If you strain your physical vessel, and push it to much, you will not be able to maintain the integrity of ascension. By this we mean, integrated ascension, ascension with ease and grace, and well being. When you abuse your bodies through the substances you put into it, the liquids you drink, and the foods that you eat, you only make the path more difficult for yourselves.

When you reach a certain plateau, a certain light quotient, you will have absorbed as much light as you are able to contain. Your God Self is limitless, expansive, all encompassing, and eternal divine light, yet it is the game you chose to play in which you encased yourselves in a physical body. To move forth with ease and grace, once you have reached a certain light quotient, you will find that you must begin to come into physical alighment more fully, if you have not already. Your inner guidance will let you know that you are in a sense, being held back in raising your consciousness, until your physical body has come more into alignment.

Beloved ones, we ask you to practice moderation in all things. Moderation in the foods that you eat, the liquids you drink, and all that you put into your body. Your body is a Temple for your God Self, and this is you. Take care of your blessed temple. Love it honor it, nurture it and it will love you and respond to you.

You may meditate and speak to your body elemental, as we have asked you to do, and you may assist your body greatly, in staying in alignment. Be attuned to your inner wisdom, it will never lead you astray. Many of you would benefit through the releasing of habits such as cigarettes and alcohol. Many of you would do well to consider eating more raw vegetables, more raw foods, which
are the living light of God. These foods contain the life force needed to sustain your body through ascension. These foods are filled with the building blocks which sustain, and create new tissue, and build your healthy body. Yes, you are building your light body, but please do not neglect your physical body. It will respond to you with vibrant health, but you must go the distance through these challenging times. You are meant to enjoy the pleasures of earthly life, in a physical body, which is vibrantly healthy, a body of eternal youth. When one has the choice, most choose a body with a physical structure and age of about thirty five years. You are returning to this, dear ones, it is available much sooner than any of you are expecting.

Dear Ones, remember to savor the journey, remember to enjoy this journey living each now moment. It is why you are here, to savor the pleasure of having a physical body, to savor your pleasure in the highest emotions of unconditional love, joy, peace, harmony, and beauty, and to enjoy the eternal abundance which is your divine birthright. The more choices you make which are aligned with God's will within you, the more quickly you will be able to enjoy these bounteous gifts. You will enjoy ease and grace and synchronicity in your lives, and miracles will occur. When you savor the journey, you are also living in the now moment. This is the moment where all your power is, dear ones. This is the moment when you are creating. The past is complete, and you must plan for the future, but live in the Now. The Now is your creative power. The Now is your divine connection with the All That Is. The Now is everlasting, never ending, and it is bliss, if you choose to stay on the straight and narrow path and make it so.

The straight and narrow path is also the path of impeccability, and yes dear ones, it seems so much to do, but the higher you raise your consciousness, how much better do you feel? Do you not find these moments where life is joyous and glorious, and more and more these moments are occurring and they become days, as you learn to live in the love of your sacred heart? We know so many of you have reached this level and we know that once you have, you will never stop reaching for self mastery. The love, the joy, the peace, the harmony, and the abundance is free flowing in your lives and you now have a sample of what your earthly journey will be. Dear Ones, keep your focus on what is good around you, and see the good in all others around you. As you do this, you will encourage them to live their highest truth and there will be a highest outcome for all. Your world expands to an even greater brightness.

Good Evening,

This is Lord Sananda speaking; I come to you in this moment, with Great Pleasure.
Thank you, once again, for coming together for this call, this creation of
the Christ Consciousness, and the Essence of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God
are bringing forth the frequencies to assist, and allowing you to fully integrate your I AM Presence.

This evening, is more of a, not quite sure what word to use, it’s not Grounding or Balancing,
it is all of those. Its bringing in your essence in a different capability than you have
acquired previously. We are very proud of each of you, and what you are acquiring, and what you are
bringing through; your Integration, and the Powers and Energies that are happening for you on so many
different levels of frequency.

As we bring forth these levels of Integration of a Remembrance, this evening we want each of
you to Embrace, Accept, Acknowledge, and Introduce a New part of yourself that you haven’t quite
Actualized previously. You have felt it, the Sparks of Light that have been brought forth into your
Being, the Essence of the Continuity that you are going through. This evening we are preparing you for
the Solistice this week, and yes, we have been preparing you for all of these Elements as we have been
doing this call for several weeks, weeks upon weeks.

Tonight is an Actualization, it is a Movement of ‘Yes! I have finally made it!’.

This is what we want to bring forth for you to prepare you for the solstice. Not all of you are
going to feel it in the same manner, but to bring forth these Frequencies in your Entire Being,
in these moments, is an accomplishment beyond any thought process that you may be having.
We are honored that you are walking this path, because as you are bringing forth these frequencies
into your own being to assist the divinity to be created upon this earth. As we see each of you
acquiring the Light Within, you to allow the Essence of your Being to be fully actualized in human form.

As this actualization starts occurring, you start to realize that you are becoming multi-dimensional.
Within those muli-dimensional facets, you are being able to see the different levels of existence.
I am sure each of you are going through these different processes; as you go through the processes
you start to see an accumulation of layers of increasing the light within you. With each week and
with each meditation you do, you see a difference happening within you. Within those the differences
of each of those times that you bring that energy forth, your also seeing elements coming up that
surprise you. The core of healing is a continuation of allowing those frequencies to assist you in
the totality of your Beingness. You must understand that doing this in human form, is something that
has never been acquired before to the availability that will be coming to each of you. What you do
with it, is your own personal choice, and each of you will acquire it in a different way. You may get
to a certain level and decide that you’re not quite ready to get to the Higher Levels yet, and that is
just fine! Because, what we are are assisting you, our main goal, is that 5th dimensional body.

Within that 5th dimensional body we want you to acquire that light frequency, to hold that fully
physically. This is our Divine goal for each of you to acquire this. As you acquire this, then
the frequency upon the Earth is going to get more intensified as Gaia works with you within this
process. As this process occurs, you will see a change in your life. Avenues will open up to you
that were not there before. There will be synchronistic events that are occurring and some of you
may choose to go even further with the frequencies. As the Earth changes into that 5th dimensional
level of intensity, of Dimensional Activation, the Possibilities are Limitless. What you do with it
within your own body, will definitely assist you into aspiring to the Highest Levels. You will find
that as you move into these higher levels, you will not be able to live in certain environmental
conditions.

Doorways will open up to you to relocate. When those doorways open up, it is time for you to walk
through those doorways. Do not hesitate when you see synchronistic events occurring for you that
are wide and beyond the scope of your comprehension. What I want to relate to you, is that the
Solstice is very important for each of you, and each of you are on different frequencies to bring
that into your body, but the potential is there.

This is only the beginning, so if you find that you are feeling the desire to make certain changes
in your life, but the fear is stopping you from doing so, BE CAREFUL, because the doorways may close
if you do not do it. DO NOT ALLOW the fear to stop you, but move through that fear. You can still
feel the fear, which you probably will in the process, but the power of your strength is so great,
that the fear will dissipate. There may be anxiety, and uncertainty about what the next step is,
but the whole process is to LET GO of the human conditioning that’s been fully within your focus of
the physical

physical existence. There is no element that we can base this on.

You are the Pioneers!

You are the ones that are creating this Foundation for others. During this time, you will see that
you are creating ways to teach others in ways to do this. So we give to you these energies,
through Dearest Meleriessee to assist with this process, making it easier for you. Tonight,
we are embodying within you, is the Essence to Accept what you’ve been going through.

It is now time to LET GO of the anxiety, and any lower energies that make you feel uncertain.
The process that you have been going through in the last couple of weeks has been extreme.
The most important facet is knowing what you need to do in each moment. Feel the Essence that
is all around you that is your Highest Self, of your I AM presence, guiding you into the
Next Wave of Frequency. Allow yourself to move through these doorways. Once you move through these
doorways, than you can Fully Acknowledge yourself in a New Existence. So I Embrace with you the
Power Within You of Mastership, of finally Acquiring a status upon the initiation phase, that allows
you to take a deep breath, and say “WOW, I’m arriving, I may not be quite there yet, the
Pathway is continuing”.

Each of us that are aspiring to the Mastership Level in their Awakening State is going to
acknowledge themselves in a completely different manner than they have ever before.
This is the Beauty of Everything! This evening is an Actualization, allowing the frequencies
you have been embodying previously to be fully activated within you. Then when you bring in those
activations, you will see within you the Accessibility of the Circumference of your Pathway around you.
That will fully be acknowledge in the frequency within.

Let’s all take a deep breath, and in that deep breath, just allow ourselves to embody these
frequencies. You’ve been embodying them, you’ve been recharging yourself, and you probably have
been going through periods of uncertainty, your unsure of what is happening to you. You may have
periods of feeling you are not fully in your body, because the body is changing to those other levels.
You may have periods of activity and then non-activity, periods of sadness. The sadness occurs because
you are bringing in a frequency that is quite different and within that releasement needs to happen of
the old. There is a process of the excitability of the newness that is coming
in , and there is the process of grief that needs to occur within you. It may not be anything specific,
sometimes you may not be able to pinpoint the energy or where that is coming from, and that is okay.
Just flow with it, and allow this fluidness to flow throughout your body.

As we breathe deeply, allow that Thymus area to be fully opened. Within the Heart, concentrate on the
Crystalline Light, allowing you to embody the peacefulness that is necessary to occur. Breathe deeply as
it comes down into your Crown, and blends in a clockwise manner into your chakra column, hitting the
Third Eye, moving down into the Throat, the Thymus, the Heart, the Solar Plexus, the Sacral, and the Root.
Allow it to flow through you, allow it go down your limbs, into your feet and allow it to flow into your
Earth Star. Allow your Earth Star and Soul Star to cycle together in a clockwise motion with the
Crystalline Light. There is a Spinning Funnel of Energy that is going through your whole body now.
Feel the Balance as we bring in the Crystalline Light, as we bring in the Balance of the Harmony.
Allow those Crystalline Colors to blend with All Colors, and Speckles of Light in the Frequency.

Now you are ready to receive and embrace the part of you that you’ve been working with.

We embrace you in this moment, with this frequency of light, to assist you in the Essence that you
already are embodying. We want to open up the channels so you may receive it deeper. Allow these
frequencies to run through you. As now your Central Canal is fully open, allow the light that you
are to be fully embraced within you.

As you feel the Essence of your Soul’s presence in your Thymus, and your Heart, allow him/her
to blend deeper than you have ever before, allow it to go deeper into your lower body, allow self
to feel the Essence of your chakras spinning wheels together, spinning essences of frequency.
Allow the colors of the rainbows to be fully within all of the chakras of the Reds, the Greens,
the Blues, the Yellows, the Lavenders, the Goldens, the Platinum’s, the Pearlescent, the Silvers,
and the multi-colors, and colors within colors. As all your chakras blend together, let us allow
the integration of all 50 chakras to be activated within you in this moment.

Allow your light body to be within your physical body, feel the tingling sensation, feel the
frequency that you are, feel this essence fully being embodied. Allow yourself to embrace the
Essence that you are!! Allow this frequency of light, it is you, it represents what you are, and the
highest sense of your embodiment.
Feel NOW in your Solar Plexus, let Strength come down deep inside your self, allow your self to
embrace the love that you are, fully accept the deepness of your soul.

Feel HIM! Feel HER!

Allow that essence to blend with who you are NOW in the physical! Let us think about the cellular
level, and any physical problems or ailments that you may have: Is it in the joints? Is it in the
muscle? Is it in the intestinal tract? Is it in any of the organs? Is it in the fluidness? Is it in
your spinal column? Is it in any areas that feel uncomfortable?

Allow your soul’s essence to bring in the Essence of your Healing that is necessary, have this
frequency as you bring this in! Allow the divinity that you are fully embraced within you!
Allow yourself to see those doorways! Allow yourself to see the pathway in front of you of the
Illumination moving outside of you! The circumference is becoming wider and wider, and it goes
out beyond miles and miles of energy. This fluidness that is walking, feel yourself walking down
the pathway of the Crystalline Light with Platinums, Silvers, Pearlescent, and Golden Flames coming
around you. Feel the Essence of the Beauty that is part of your Soul’s Essence to be in your
physical life. See it wrapping it around you, allow yourself to see a circular motion at the top of
your crown, allow it to go outside of your body, so you’re in the Midst of the Spiralling Energies!

As you are doing that, you start to feel the essence of your continuity of life in a different form
and a different manner than you ever have before. As we come upon the Solstice this week, allow
yourself to see you at the top of the mountain, allow yourself to see the beaming of the sun and the
wind around you, feel the warmth and feel the coldness, feel the Essence of Elements around you as
you come out life desire it to be! There is no other way, it is as it shall BE! Feel that essence
within you as you bring forth the remembrance of your Soul’s Essence and the Purity of your Light!

Breathe it down into your Heart! Breathe it down into your Solar Plexus! Breathe it deep into
those Lower Chakra, allow it to Expand! Allow it to go into your limbs, your knees the flexibility!
Allow your ankles to support you! Allow your feet to walk forward to your Destiny of Light that you
are! See it now, See it now coming to you! See what you desire, you are now in the space, in the
frequency allowing you to accept these energies in a different manner than you ever have before!
Breathe that in! Breathe in!

Feel your commands of your life, being accepted within your Being fully integrates the I AM presence.
Feel the Essence of your I AM of the connection of your Soul Family being activated within your body.
As you are not just you, you are many, you are One! As we come together as one family of light,
now you work for yourself, but you work for the many, and you feel the frequency that is necessary
for you to do the work. Your worries have been dissipated, there are no lower frequencies. You are
living in that 5th dimensional body and feel that Frequency come through you as you accept the
Divinity of your Light, as you accept the Divinity of your Essence, to bring that fully into your
being!

We are ONE in this moment ~ WE ARE ONE in this moment! We bring forth the frequency to you, to
ACCEPT! ACCEPT! See the desire that you need help you to get to the Mountain! See that frequency
come through to you in that moment! See your Being embodied of the Light that you are!

Breathe it in, it is yours to accept! Breathe it deeply within you! Allow yourself to breathe
deeply, as you breathe deeply into your diaphragm, you feel your Solar Plexus vibrating with the
frequency that you are! Allow yourself to Embrace the Light! Allow your Divinity to be your
Acceptance and your desire of all that is in the moment of this Frequency of Light! Breathe!
Breathe and Accept! Breathe and Accept your light, your light, your light and the divinity
that you are!

WE Are the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God . We are here to embrace you with this
acceptance within your being.

Allow yourself to feel as you have been brought forth a beam of energy that you have been
trying to accept, and NOW it is YOURS!!!!!! It is Yours! It is Yours! It is Yours to Embrace!
Embrace it in this moment! Feel it all around you, it is within you, it is around you, it is in
your Lightbody. Allow yourself to acknowledge the light that you are as you bring forth these
frequencies within you.

We are One! We are One! We are One in this moment of Light!

We are the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the Great Cosmic Central Sun are in honor
in this moment to bring forth this! You brought it to yourself! We are allowing the actualization
of it to be! Feel it deep in your core! Go deep in your Root! Feel it as you are able to walk
the Mountain! See the debris leaving you, it is all behind you! You no longer have to worry,
the only thing you have to do is to aspire to the Light!

See the people who are coming with you! See the friends, see the loved ones, see the soul
connections you have been striving towards! See the Frequency of All Energies coming together as
one with the Galactics, and the Spiritual Hierarchy, and the Inner Earth people as we all come
together in the Oneness that We Are!

Breathe in this Light! Breathe in this Essence! As We Are The Oneness Together!

We are the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun!

We are fully within each of you in this moment as we bring forth this element of your
acceptance. Be at peace with what is about to occur for you. There are many activations within
activations with what we have just given to you. Allow your wishes, your commands to be very
forthright and strong, as you shall receive exactly what you are intending to receive. So be strong!
Be Strong with your thoughts! Be Strong with your Emotions! Be Strong with your Elements occurring
within your being! Allow yourself to be cleansed by the waters of purity in the morning and the night
to assist you in this process! This is a very powerful week for each and every one of you. Take time
to connect to the Essence of your Being, for the newness that is about to be born.

We are one, more than we ever have been in any human condition before! The humanity is shifting into
the Light Frequency! There shall be events upon events that shall occur within your life, personally
and globally, that will assist you in the preparations that each of you are making. Allow these
frequencies to suround you, and ground into your Earth Star. It is yours, it is your Divinity!
All you need to do is Embrace it! As the human condition is shifting, into the purest light form
possible!

Beloved Ones,

Our hearts are full as we see each one of you valiantly go about your daily lives, striving to transcend the energies that swirl around you everywhere you turn. It requires a continued focus on the remembrance of who you really are and why you have come to this exact location in order to be in place for the anchoring of greater Light in the coming days. Much has transpired on the etheric energetic levels and we are pleased with the progress that is being made by our joint efforts.

There will be a greater influx of Cosmic energies flowing through the Earth’s atmosphere and it behooves each of you to continue in your daily practices to maintain your frequency levels and seek out Nature in all its forms in order to keep grounded in your energy fields. This is very important at this time. Give yourselves radical self love, for it is in doing so that you then enable the expansion of the field of human consciousness to ever increasing levels of Light and balance.

Many encodements are coming through now and making it your intent to receive this God sanctioned assistance will help anchor them into your Being. This is why it is important to ground these incoming energies into the crystalline core of Mother Earth, for these energies are of a greater frequency than ever before and it is important to stay balanced within your own energy field. As you ask for these new encodements, also ask that they be downloaded into your Being with ease, grace and protection. Each of you have scores of Angels surrounding you now and they ensure all is well with you as you continue to transmute all lower energies from your four lower bodies, as the increasing refinement of your dense physical bodies continues.

You have chosen to be a part of this process and the only way to go is forward. Open your hearts more fully to the realms of the Angels and the Ascended Ones and daily ask for our guidance and support. We are ever at the ready to give you our assistance and love. There is more support now than has ever been given before, to each and every one of you. In the days to come, we are ever hopeful that your growing awareness and qualities of understanding, empathy and compassion can be passed on to your sisters and brothers in their time of need, as we have done with you. It is the way of the higher realms and Cosmic law.

We are also suggesting that you daily immerse yourselves in the Violet transmuting flame by your decreeing or visualizing methods, as this is a most important tool at this time. Each of you have established a toolkit within you of the most effective methods of transmutation, clearing and transformation and using these in your daily disciplines will bring greater ease as the days go forth.

There is a higher purpose to all that you have been going through and you have been creating the space for your Holy Christ Self to anchor within you and begin to manifest through you. How glorious is that? That which was begun more than 2000 years ago is now ready to be taken to the next level. Know that our love and appreciation is always with you Dear Ones, for the incredible work that you have been doing on behalf of the Creator of All That Is and the Divine Plan.

As the time of Easter enters your consciousness, realize that you will energetically experience and walk through aspects of the same Biblical Times, and your own past  selves that existed during those times. You will walk through extensions of your parallel and multi-dimensional selves that are overlying and underlying your sacred path. You will part the seas of existence as you look between the past and the present.

At the time of the Easter Celebration you will connect fully with the dimensional aspects of your soul. Not only are you running dimensional sequences within simultaneous time, but you are also running dimensional sequences with Higher Selves, Soul Selves, Angelic Selves, and Oversoul Selves. You are the intersection of the Light meeting the Light. You stand at the crossroad of time. Everything cavorts upon you, surrounding you in the vastness and knowledge throughout time and space.

You will see as you stand in the center of your multi-dimensional being that the present is the point of manifestation and creation. You house internally and externally, spiritually and physically, all possibilities. You can and will resurrect through time and space, you will release linear conjunctions of self and linear expectations of self as you mount your full potential to receive the 144 Commandments of Light.

I the higher aspect of the Christ speak to you from the intersection of humanness, Soul, and Over Soul.  I speak to you at the point that you and I intersect and we form a Star of David, the Star Tetrahedron, and the Cosmic Mercaba. I ask you to turn your eyes inward – NOW—to the focus point of your 3rd eye. To place your consciousness there on the screen of all possibilities and see the light that I AM, the Light that you are, and the Light that we can become together.

When Jesus the man left the earth as his Christed self, and crowned his humanness in glory and Ascension, his disciples hid behind his event of transformation and transmutation. They focused upon this awe-inspiring event with fear, and doubt. They felt deserted, abandoned, and not empowered.

As your humanness has the opportunity to fully walk into its Christed garments of Light, will you feel as though you have abandoned your humanness? Will you feel as though you have abandoned the pleasures of earth, and those you love? Do not allow your garment of Christed Light to be something that you only wear on Sundays or holidays. Wear it continually with the knowledge that you can be divine, holy, and human simultaneously.  For Jesus the man said that the future generations of light walkers would do greater deeds than he, which was a promise he made to the future children of light that would walk earth.

You shift the future by your thought, by your actions, by your awareness’, and by your declarations. You have changed the molecular structure of the mind; the past will not enter your future. The instructions are as such. As you celebrate Easter – celebrate the Cosmic Christ, the Over Soul,  and the Human Being who lovingly moves toward Christed awareness. Do not get caught up in the trappings of what happened in Biblical Times, move past it.

Don’t  camp out too long in the Spiritual Stigmata of your old selves. Yes, there were injustices. and  pain. But it is not your job to own it.  Your heart is a Christ Heart. Yes you take everything to heart. yes you feel the injustices, yes you feel for what fell a minute ago, a week ago, a day ago. But how do those feelings serve you? You cannot move when you are drenched in pity, in sadness, in anger, or in fear. The mobility comes only when you love, in certainness, in faith, in peace. Whenever your life is not moving, it is because you have cemented your feet in the past. I represent the Trinity of all the incarnations of Christ I am all of it– as are you. You have worn every religion, every faith, and every conviction. You have worn every magical, alchemical thought through time and space. You still wear them.

Your past does not serve you but as a reminder of what failed. Look to the future with a heart that is Light. I AM the essence of the Cosmic Christ.  I am in you as you are in me. For we are cut from the same wheat and mixed in the same bowl and kneaded into a loaf of bread that is to shared with all. We are the same. I am not mightier than you are. I am not grander than you are. I am you.  I ask you to lovingly lift the memory of my time on earth out of the pain and crucifixion and see it fly as the Phoenix it became.

Your potential is unlimited. It goes beyond words or expectations. I ask you at this time of Easter to receive my body in communion – but not through a wafer or a glass of wine – but through a vibration. When the sun rises on the morn of Easter – breathe me into you.  Sup upon my knowledge of all time – and I will sup upon your humanness. You are the pride and the joy of this universe. Message from Buddha on Wesak Full Moon

Greetings I am Buddha. I bring a message as millions celebrate my birth this weekend. Much of what is written about my birth is not true.

I was born in Nepal about 400 years earlier than reported. I never taught religion. I taught Oneness with All That Is. The Prophet Jesus was brought to study with me during his lifetime and was my student. He became a Boddhisatva. This means he was an Enlightened Being walking on Earth.  He went back after many years as my student to teach beliefs of Oneness to the Jews in their terms, speaking of the Father-God which was their religious belief. During that time there were many in the Middle East who desired riches over truth, which is the case again today. Back then it was not only those who lived in the Middle East, but also those who colonized the Middle East, specifically Cesar. The impure laws and taxation designed to make rich a few, from Jesus’ time, still linger today.

The truth is hidden by changing my birth date by hundreds of years. Two hundred years before my falsely reported birth, murderers came into the caves in Nepal and burned all texts which had been written with the Universal Laws of Oneness I taught. All of my teachings were destroyed because of the limited success of Jesus. Those wishing to remain in control felt it necessary to wipe out the Teachings which set every Soul Free from their Mind and also make religion irrelevant. It is by controlling your Mind those in power stay in power. Muhammad the Prophet of God also born in the Middle East. Muhammad’s forefathers were Adam and Abraham. Muhammad did not create any religion. He taught Oneness with God. As in the case of Jesus and the Buddha mankind re-wrote history and put words in their mouths. Buddha, Jesus and Muhammad all taught the same teachings and all had no religion. Religion is the creation of man to control the mind of man. All three taught aesthetic care of the human body as the Temple of God.  It was the Archangel Gabriel, well known in Jewish Faith, who told Mary, Jesus' Mother that she carried a Light pregnancy which was sanctified by Spirit, not man. It was the Archangel Gabriel who channeled to Muhammad the Universal Laws governing all Planets in the Cosmos which was written and became today’s Quran. It is like the Bible and the Buddhist teachings now, all three were re-written by murderers who wished to keep all of mankind in a prison inside their Mind. These wrong teachings which are not from these Prophets have been handed down from generation to generation as a vibrational field which omits love. Love is what these Prophets taught. It is falsely believed by the programed Mind that these Prophet's birthed these religions: Buddhism, Christianity and Islam. All of these religions were created by men wishing to control the masses and they wrote whatever they wanted to accomplish that goal and keep Humankind divided from their own Supreme Truth, Love.

I am incarnate now, as is Jesus and Muhammad. We are working in different roles in human bodies on Earth today. We do not identify ourselves as such and we all have public roles. The second coming has come and gone. The Prophecy has been fulfilled. We are here to Guide. We are influencing Earth’s Ascension from inside the Collective Consciousness. Many of you question: 'What is taking so long?' We work to restore the Souls through releasing the Mind. Everyday each one of you scour the internet for truth. It is laughable to think you look for truth in your newspapers. It is time to stop looking for truth. In doing so you cling to what is wrong. You cling to the programming from inside the Matrix. You hold yourself slave to whatever is written there. Murderers write what you read and block the truth. You perpetuate and grow hatred by focusing on searching for truth. You compare and criticize the deeds of the murderers which reinforces in the controlled Mind, the slave Mind, the inevitability of murder, rape, torture, disease, war and nuclear destruction. Demanding change also reinforces fears of the controlled Mind by making it continue to exist. It cause the vibration to persist. Thoughts are Things.

I have come here today with this message with one request for my Birthday. Stop! Stop looking for Truth. Become a true Boddhisatva in Thought, Word and Deed. You do this by ungripping from your Views. Stop Believing what you Believe. Know that there is no religion, no religious wars. Release yourself from the Matrix. In your popular terms, take the red pill. Just Be Love. Period. Blog Love. Forget the News.

Be Love. Practice Love. Release false contracts, be fair in money dealings. Stop lying to your family. Take time away from dishonest actions and turn your focus on doing good for others. Stop gossiping. Drop any extraneous activity which focuses your time away from improving yourself. Work on Yourself. Stop eating rotten foods, dead foods, tortured foods and chemical foods. Exercise. The frequency jumps in May are assisting the acceleration of the Shift as well as the deeper aspects of the Ascension process. A goal for many on the path is the embodiment of the Christed state of consciousness; the activation of the Solar Heart Center, the Cosmic Christ beingness.

A few details on this video: the diamond shape I mention is a octahedron at the center of a vesica piscis. The Vesica Piscis is a creator structure – a birthing place for creation. The octahedron is what many consider to be the building block structure of consciousness. The vesica piscis – tube torus – octahedron – flower of life – Fibonacci/golden ratio/phi spiral relationship has been prominent in my experiences of gateways, energy fields and the Solar Heart Center.

Dratzo! We return with more to tell you. The coming changes in your reality are vital because they acknowledge the grand shift in consciousness that you are going through. Every single aspect of you is subtly changing, beginning with the shifting configuration of your RNA/DNA. Some of you are being exposed to a very accelerated amount of change while others are undergoing gentler shifts which require a minimum of bodily discomfort. In short, all of you are being altered at the pace and types of change specified in your individual life contracts. However, the general level of discomfort is programmed by Heaven to increase during the course of the summer months. This summer marks a very special moment in your history: disclosure is central to our overall planning and we dearly desire to have this requisite formally announced. It allows us to address you directly and to begin planning the next steps in your return to full consciousness.

   As we have mentioned before, formal disclosure is an immense watershed for humanity. It divides your recent history into pre- and post-contact periods. In one giant leap, disclosure ends your society's belief in your biological supremacy and uniqueness, and you become linked with the legions of others who reside throughout this vast galaxy and indeed physicality. This moment of revelation also shows you who you once were and who you will become again. It is quite  a while since I spoke to this channel. I observed her following her own heart to communicate what her soul wanted to express and I Am  pleased that she gave herself permission to do this!

Likewise I encourage each one of you to find your own way to express your heart and to allow your soul to come forward  - if you haven't done so yet - because each one of you is bearing a unique precious gift to share with others.

Each one of you is equal in this and is part of the totality of all souls of humankind Who exists as the One Great Soul and Consciousness of humanity.

Each one of you is an individual and specific vibration in the united song of humanity. And if only one of  all these vibrations is missing, humanity’s Grand Song is not complete.

The wisdom of each soul is flowing from the Eternal Source in Which it exists, and each soul has its own color or unique combination of colors. But together all colors are transcended into the One Great White Light.

However none of you is separated from this One Great White Light! A soul that seeks to Unite with its Origin Is very much blessed, as this soul is starting  to surrender to the Greater Existence in Which it is arising.



With It the tone of the soul starts to vibrate on a greater scale and a volume, that is not louder but is increasingly expanding multidimensionally until it Unites with Source.

It is due to the Blessings of this time that is is now possible, that a soul is able to participate in the expanded Field of Divine Consciousness, - simultaneously while being the individual soul. This is a new Divine Creation That was unknown to humanity as a whole. In the past only very few extraordinary souls could do this. This is one of the important aspects of this evolutionary quantum leap in the  Heart of the Divine: to be conscious as an individual and as the Ultimate at the same time.

Before this new creation a soul who entered the Ultimate lost its existence in the Vast Ocean of Divine Love-Bliss-Consciousness.

How can an individual soul be both? Understand that this is a matter of a kind of “channeling”. The soul “channels” the Infinite Source and opens itself to Its Vastness, but can switch in the blink of an eye  back to the more limited state of its individuality at will.

So that this could happen, the Divine Creator Forces have changed the structure of the soul in a way that it is more translucent and less solid in its geometry as it has been before. Meaning that the soul of the human being has now more scope to change from a particle to a waveform, to use this analogy!  And this can be done by will, as soon as the Absolute has become conscious to the experience of the soul.

It has been your observation that as soon you integrated a new scientific insight into the nature of creation, that this always coincided with expanded consciousness. Expanded awareness and new insights in your scientific endeavours signified therefore also the evolutionary expansion of your spiritual growth.

I suggest that you all use your understanding of quantum physics, which is in the Knowing of your heart, to expand the awareness of your soul. The symbolism that is expressed in your advanced science of physics is a doorway to understand yourself and the Nature of Consciousness better.

Ultimately you will find, that many observations in the  field of physics which are depictions of reality, point to the same Truth. And soon you will be able to interchange them, recognizing that they describe the same what your soul increasingly is able to feel, intuit and Know as Divine Reality.

However, this applies only to the world of phenomena. As soon as structure is released there is no science and no spirituality. Both are transcended in the Gigantic, Infinite and Undivided  Source of Ultimate Reality, in which no structure exists, but from which all structures are arising.

This is important to understand, because without this understanding you cannot recognize what is beyond your soul and you cannot surrender to What is Greater than  your soul. Although your soul is a beautiful Emanation of the Divine, it is still in some sense separated from its own Source. You can comprehend this, because you know that there are many souls, not just yours.

And this tells you that the soul is not the Ultimate, in and of itself. But Source is Only One, and not many. It cannot be divided, It cannot be diminished. It Is Pure Radiance,  Infinite Consciousness in Which and from Which Everything arises.

What arises can be given a name and can be objectified. Source cannot be objectified. It Is forever Subjective Substance of all objects. When you Realize Source, you transcend any object-subject relation, and objects are recognized from a Subjective “Point of View”. However this is not something we can speak or think 'about', it must be Realized, you must become It.

It is dear to My Heart to show you your Infinite Perspective, to inspire your soul to growth and expansion.

Greetings all. I come to greet you again and to discuss with you more “food for thought” as you embark further on your journey of ascension and complete enlightenment.

Your return to your True Selves has been an arduous journey at times, pray tell, but my gifted ones – my lighted ones, you are thoroughly prepared and “wired” for this illustrious journey all the way to fruition.

Be prepared for more refinement of your purpose and your destiny. As you enrich yourselves with the energies building and building as we speak, you may notice a lot of quivering in your Light Bodies. They are taking on greater amounts of light and so, must adjust. More pockets and packets of information will thus be opened for your awareness, and it is important that you relax and allow them to “come to light” so to speak.

Your refinement may leave you feeling “lost” and “empty” at times, but it is merely the adjustment and the intake of greater energies. I beseech you to take it in stride and not to “try“ to figure it out too much, but just allow and surrender and BE. This is still a little foreign to many of you, as you often get the “call” back to what you think is your true reality and so you must “attend” to things which may or may not bring you into a lower vibration.

However, this is all part of the refinement, this choosing of what you will put your attention to, and the richness of being that can result from just letting go and BE-ing with the new, strange and unknown senses - just a little while longer each time - can lift you higher and will allow you to experience the reality of the higher dimensions in a deeper and more fulfilling way, and in a more sustaining way.

It is all a gradation of up-liftments and you are all doing very well. Leaving the old behind will feel strange at times, but allowing yourself to soar into unknown territory, of a greater Lightness of Being, will prove very rewarding to you and also fortify your experience and “Be-ingness” there.

Take it at your own pace, dear ones, but keep lifting; keep viewing things through the lens of these glimpses of the higher dimensions you are becoming more and more privy to. For it is acclimating you to reside forever in that milieu, your rightful place.

As you lift and linger in those pockets of lighter energy and view everything from that perspective, you will find that the “pulls” into the lower dimensions of needs and wants and “have-tos” will begin to slip away more and more and become much less present and “charged” for you.

And so it is, as you ascend and expand and ascend into your “Lighter Truth and Being”. Nothing is looking the same, and this is appropriate, for as you change within, everything is morphed and altered; but in experiencing the sweetness of it, you will not want to go back.

Look for the “Lightness” in everything, for that is where your creation is fueled, where your transformation is fueled, dear ones. It is “written in the stars”, so to speak, that you shall inherit the earth, a New Earth, and you have achieved much already to that end.

Go at your own pace, but stay with your intent to absorb as much Light as you can, and to allow it to build to a crescendo within to allow an explosion of color and purity to envelop everything.

Feel and “See” yourself walking always in the Golden Light and consider it your new home. It will thus start to spread to others and envelop the world much more quickly.

For all intents and purposes, much is changed and much has shifted. Move aside the veil of your lingering illusion and see your world clearly for the first time. It is your norm now. It just remains for you to embrace it, dear ones.

The Glory of Creator is at your fingertips and you only have to allow it to grow in evidence for you. Sketch your intentions and dreams into the mist of this great Light that you are allowing to come forth from within, unleashed for your own betterment as well as for others.

The result is not always definitive, or concrete, but that is your old way of measuring things. The glory and change is in the breath of your newly felt  Lightness of Being as you lift yourselves higher with thoughts and actions of Unconditional Love for yourselves and for others, as you bathe in that Light and Love as your natural habitat from here on out.

You are the peacemakers of the world and it is seeping out from every one of your “pores” of your lighted presence and Being.  Enjoy the view and enjoy the scenery and get used to it. It is becoming your True Reality, dear ones.
