What distinction does Islam make between morals and laws?

Verily, let the holy qur'an be your guide. If you allow such a thing to happen you will have no need to ask such questions.

Go in peace.

OBSERVATION;

Where moslems are not bound by ISLAMIC law, OR, where ISLAMIC law has no authority over moslems, many moslems seem to act lawlessly.

The word, 'outlaw' comes to mind.

EXAMPLE #1,

Described, the ISLAMIC punishment for sedition against Allah's law, within a Sharia jurisdiction;

"Truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the City....whenever they are found, they shall be seized and slain (without mercy)."
Koran 33.60, 61

EXAMPLE #2,

How moslems often behave, where ISLAMIC law has no authority over them;

Speaking against the lawful state and its people?

Moslems are not bound by ISLAMIC law, where ISLAMIC law has no authority over them.
As the 'moslem impersonator' in the image, clearly demonstrates.

EXAMPLE #3,

How moslems often behave, where ISLAMIC law has no authority over them;

Incitement to murder?

Moslems are not bound by ISLAMIC law, where ISLAMIC law has no authority over them.
As the 'moslem impersonators' in the image, clearly demonstrate.
/sarc off
