Trump was suspected of having taken possession of classified documents that he had no right to take when he left the Oval Office. His home was raided with a search warrant and numerous boxes of classified documents were found in his bathroom and closet, unsecured. Turns out the suspicion was correct. He should've gone to jail for it.

That's right. Ilhan does not have naturalisation records. Her father is reported to have applied for citizenship. The DHS have no official records in their database and have issued a certificate to state this.

Who knows? He may not have applied at all. Ilhan couldn't possibly know this - not even DHS does. No evidence of citizenship is required to run for Congress and she never required it.

Much like Australia before our own foreign citizenship fiasco: many of our politicians were born overseas too. JuLiar and Tony Abbott are but two notable examples.

Ilhan is a US resident, was granted asylum, and can't be deported. She hasn't committed immigration fraud, she was a minor when she arrived and never applied for a visa.

There is no specific law to compel candidates to to prove citizenship. Ilhan claims she corrected her birthdate when a rival candidate, A.J. Kern, pointed out the error. Presumably, A.J feels a tad butthurt, hence his claim.

If she knowingly lied about her birth year her naturalization is fraudulent.

3) To derive naturalization from her father, it is also required that Ilhan Omar’s father was in fact a naturalized citizen. But DHS has no record of Ilhan Omar’s father’s naturalization paperwork. Probable cause means the possibility that a crime - or civil wrong - occurred. We don't know on what grounds the warrant was issued, but that's okay.

The Office of Congressional Conduct (OCC) “delivered an overwhelming vote to dismiss any allegations against the Congresswoman,” an Omar spokesperson said Wednesday in a statement.

“From day one, we have been clear: the Congresswoman is not a millionaire,” the spokesperson said.

The OCC, an independent bipartisan panel, had launched an investigation into Omar after she submitted financial disclosures last year claiming that assets she owned jointly with her husband were worth between $6 million and $30 million.

The figures marked a sharp increase above those Omar claimed just a year earlier, and they sparked an outcry from Republicans on Capitol Hill who demanded an investigation into the source of Omar’s wealth.

President Trump piled on, accusing Omar of profiting illegally from a multibillion-dollar fraud scheme plaguing Minnesota’s social services programs — allegations Omar strongly denied.

In April, Omar amended her financial disclosures, sharply reducing the value of her claimed assets. She blamed the inflated figures in the initial disclosure on an accounting error.

The filings caught the eye of top Republicans in the Capitol, including Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), who chairs the House Oversight Committee and sought records from Omar’s husband earlier in the year.

Omar, a former Somali refugee and one of the first Muslims to serve in Congress, has long been a target of Republicans. She says the controversy surrounding her finances has been manufactured by Trump and other GOP lawmakers as part of that longer feud.
