You realise that DNA breaks down over time, right? Ivana's rape kit would turn up nothing about Donald after 4 years. If she went to the police at the time, she would have a case against him -- regardless of his money and power. All that Donald could do would be to get rid of Ivana 26 years earlier. And then we would not be seeing him as president.
