They rail against 'reservations' - evil, evil, evil... the government has 'backed away' from 'homelands'... evil, evil, evil... so what is this reservation cum homeland idea being pushed through without a vote?

Jeez - if mothra went bush do you reckon the government would hand over a title of any kind to a swathe of land?  Nah - 'she' would get the dole if lucky... equal treatment, innit...
