What’s worse is that they’re getting confirmed because Republicans hold the majority. Can you imagine the howls from Republicans if this had happened when Democrats had the majority?

I wish it was possible for the Democrat President in 2029 to fire every single one of those people who refused to give a straight answer on this question. It is incontrovertible proof, not up for debate, that their loyalty lies with Trump, not the Constitution.

Sleepy Joe Biden got the most electoral votes. This doesn't necessarily make him prez, no. There's a high degree of contention on this point, it's most controversial. It's a bit of a Constitutional grey area, as you'd expect. A lot of people have said this.

So disrespectful of Mark Kelly to grandstand and chuck a tizz like this. It's most unhinged. Some would suggest it renders him unfit for office, and do you know?

I do feel a criminal indictment is not off the table.
