The whole world knows now that Trump isn't fit to serve, so what's JD waiting for?

Is he waiting until it gets closer to the mid-terms?

He is waiting for a donor for his spine graft.

They are not sure if one of the 4 worms on standby would be ok of if it is best to wait for a soon to be available turtle shell.

It's a little bit complicated, Greggery. The 25th is meant for presidents on their death beds. DL's just mentally deranged.
