How can any American citizen be given an order that says they are immune from IRS prosecution? How can the IRS be allowed to reach a settlement when Trump is both the defendant and effectively the plaintiff as the head of the executive branch. That can't be legal because there has to be a genuine dispute with a genuine defendant and plaintiff.
