Sometimes your browser will stop loading this site because there is no SSL certificate. This is the new standard that changes the URL from http:// to https://. Sometimes the server can't keep up and fails to include the SSL certificate, which means you go back to browsing via http://. This does not mean your browser has detected any threats, it just means that the extra layer of security is not there. This should not be a problem (IMO), as you should not be putting banking information, passwords, personal information etc on here. So hackers ought to have no motivation to hack your account in the first place, other than to spam with it, and the downside for you is negligible.

Your browser should include an option to proceed anyway. It is typically down the bottom, in the fine grey print. Or just refresh and it will probably load properly.
