Title: Democrats call for impeachment
Post by Leroy on May 16th, 2026 at 12:04pm
Xi gave Trump some rose seeds, we all know that is a bribe and Trump has sold America for some rose seeds. Democrats move to impeach Trump and to have the rose seeds sent back to China after due process where the seeds can seek refugee status which entitles them to free hotel rooms (one each), free health care, free sex change operations, a mobile phone, thousands in cash, free transport and the right to vote. They might identify as rose seeds but they are entitled to all the freedoms of any American screeched a democrat source.

Faux Pas: Trump Gifts President Xi With Pot Of Honey From White House Beehive

Beijing, after Trump expressed admiration for the roses at Zhongnanhai, the Chinese leadership compound.  The gesture was framed as a symbolic diplomatic gift, with Xi stating the seeds were offered because Trump wanted to plant roses at the White House.

However, many observers interpreted the gift as a subtle diplomatic insult rather than a bribe.  This is because Trump had previously paved over the historic White House Rose Garden to create a concrete patio, leading critics to view the seed gift as a pointed, ironic comment on the destruction of a cultural landmark.  Multiple sources suggest the act was a form of "diplomatic shade," highlighting Trump’s perceived lack of refinement or awareness, rather than an attempt to influence him improperly.

The seeds came from Rosa chinensis in Zhongnanhai’s historic gardens, which carry cultural and political significance.
Trump responded positively, saying, “I love that. That’s great,” indicating he did not perceive any insult.
Analysts noted that propagating roses from seeds is difficult and uncommon, further fuelling interpretations of the gift as a symbolic jab.

Maga supporters don't realise an insult, even when it's so obvious.
