Yep, she's as fake as they come.

Fake hair, fake nose, fake chin, fake teeth, fake boobs (a 21st birthday present from the rapist), fake lips, fake personality, etc.

Ivanka deals with a lot of trauma. Seeing her dad when not molesting her was beating the ever living snot out of her mother before her eyes. Then her teen years of having to change his diapers right up to his Presidency.
