Prices at the pump now the highest since 2022.

1 US gallon = 3.8 litres.

US$4 a gallon = $4 for 3.8 litres = 1.05 cents per litre.

$A to $US = 0.69

US$ 1.05 cents per litre = $A 1.52

So they pay A$1.52 for one litre of petrol -
we pay nearly A$3 per litre now.
We are already paying nearly double what they do. :o
