You tell us. I know Venezuela is one, although that moniker was self-applied. ;)

You forget Honduras, although they agreed to Juan Orlando's extradition to the US for drug trafficking.

Four years later, Trump pardoned and released him from a 40 year sentence.

Orlando is now back in Honduras, free to shove as many drugs as he wants up the Gringo's noses.

A direct quote on What's App, used in his trial.

Venezuela and Canada have heavy oil. The US light.

Obviously Trump thinks Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores are easier to propagandises against over Prime Minister Mark Carney, and partner Elizabeth Carney.

2026: Nicolás Maduro – Venezuela

2004: Jean-Bertrand Aristide – Haiti

2003: Saddam Hussein – Iraq

1990: Manuel Noriega – Panama

1901: Emilio Aguinaldo – Philippines
