Title: Malaysian vessels allowed to pass hormuz

Malaysia's Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said on Thursday he had spoken to the leaders of Iran, Egypt, Turkey ‌and other regional countries and said Malaysian vessels were now being allowed to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.
Anwar in a televised address thanked Iran's president for allowing the passage of Malaysian ships.

"We are now in the process of releasing the Malaysian oil tankers and the workers involved so that they may continue their journey home," he said.

Anwar said he talked with Iran and other countries as part of efforts to facilitate peace in the Middle East.
"But it is not easy, as Iran feels it has been deceived repeatedly and ‌finds it difficult to accept steps toward peace without a clear and binding security guarantee for their nation," he said.
Malaysia's government would maintain oil price subsidies but is taking steps to weaken the impact of supply disruptions, he said, including reductions in the monthly allocations of subsidised fuel.
"For us now, we are compelled to manage the situation because the effects of the blockade at the Strait of Hormuz, the war, and the halted supply of oil and gas all have an impact on us," he said.

Then for now, Iran has not mined the Strait. It probably won't go back on allowing ships to China etc. It would be risky for a blockaded ship to double-up next to a free passage tanker.

Imagine screaming "Death to America" for 47 years and then when no one hopefully notices, send your children to be educated by the Great Satan.

'US Secretary of State Marco Rubio warned Friday that one of the immediate challenges following the war would be Tehran’s attempts to establish a tolling system at Hormuz.

“Not only is this illegal, it’s unacceptable, it’s dangerous to the world, and it’s important that the world have a plan to confront it,” Rubio said'.

The US piracy of Venezuela oil is different as it's in the Gulf of America and near Mar a Lago, the bedrock of world democracy. The US takes 100% of Venezuela's Trump oil which is less than 14,000% tariff and worth more than Biden's protection racket.
Iran's oil is also America's as US Paratroopers are on the way.

No, Australia currently has virtually no Australian-owned or registered oil tankers.

So we only buy crude oil and fuel out of Singapore and Hong Kong?

Fellow Mussos - poor old Malaysia ...

Will they hang together out Bankistan way in the next set of elections when they field Muslim candidates?  Is Albo in for a shock?  the bribes and appeasement aren't working, and the NDIS scandal out there should rock the boat...

breaking faking news ...........................  Source within government says that any in-depth review of NDIS funding will impact adversely more on Muslims in Greater Bankistan Province.......

Well - I hope Malaysia can now sell us some spare fuel if they have it?

Bad news for the president of Iran, if he has the power to open the strait for Malaysia then he is the one closing the strait to everyone else and it could soon blow up in his face.

Gee Bobby you are sounding like a little panicky about fuel. Tough times make tough people.
