Hi sprint. Trump is worth studying. He has surrendered the strait of hamuz. How much Saudi oil flows east to China now. None. Can it flow west to the USA. yep. How much Chinese oil imports ( the biggest in the world) flow through the straight now. China imports 80 % of its fuel via this route. They would appear outplayed. Which country did Trump just colonise. Venezuela the biggest untapped reserve in the world. Energy security is economic security. As Australia tinkers on a recession , you will soon realise this. Ah the big fella. Outsmarting the smarty pants chodes. Iraq went on for a decade , same with Afghanistan. This Trump war has been going for a fortnight. And the loony left are calling it a forever war. By the way, wall Street went up last night. Other global markets did not ;) |

Horseboy doing what he always does, making up numbers to suit his narrative, China gets around 1/3rd of its oil through the straits. Just like his idol trump, always lying, but always gets caught out, too dumb to learn. ;D ;D ;D The strait has been effectively blocked by Iran, except for a handful of vessels carrying Iranian oil to countries such as India and China, since Israel and the US attacked Iran on 28 February. |

China IS Iran's biggest customer. It buys 90% of Iran's oil exports:

Ah. Moving the goal posts. What a surprise. The claim was: "China imports 80 % of its fuel via this route." That's incorrect - they only import 13% of their fuel via that route. |

Whatever. The point is the China-Iran ties. If the Iran oil is not sold to someone then Iran becomes impotent. A bigger blow to Uran than China. Which is the primary aim. |

Then stopping Iran is the aim is it? That would explain trumps easing of sanctions on Russia then, to put more money in putins pocket, at the expense of American servicemen. A real class act that trump. |

Did you miss this bit frank? The strait has been effectively blocked by Iran, except for a handful of vessels carrying Iranian oil to countries such as India and China, since Israel and the US attacked Iran on 28 February. How exactly is that shutting down Iran, when China is still getting its oil? |

They don't need to park these carriers in the SOH the planes can still reach anywhere in Iran where they are. If they parked them in SOH everyone would whinge Trump is making them a target. Iran has shot down zero zip zilch US or Israeli fighter jets. |

The US market's down 1.7% today already. Analysts are predicting a recession. Job growth record low, stagflation record high, gasoline prices through the roof. In every measure, the US is down from its peak in January 2025, the month Sleepy Joe left office. In Australia, stocks are down an average 10%, and dropping. Can oil flow south to Australia? No. Energy security is economic security. Your DL has destroyed this for years to come. The Strait of Hormuz is Iranian territory. Shipping insurance is now void. There are only two ways to reopen the Gulf: 1. Invade Iran, defeat the Revolutionary Guard, depose the mullahs and install a military dictatorship. That's a two to five year job, far bigger than Iraq. A protracted ground war, tens of thousands of American lives lost, building a failed state from scratch, and with the exception of Israel, no friends to help. The US is in this on its own. 2. Apologise to the mullahs, fund the reconstruction, and hand Bibi over to the ICC. I don't know about you, dear - I'm not seeing a win either way. At least he's given JD a 2028 campaign slogan. You'll lose so much you'll grow tired of losing, no? |

The US have no worries there they are self sufficient energy wise. Its only countries that rely on terrorists for their oil that will feel the pain. |

No, the US are a net oil producer and exporter. A number of their cities rely on fuel imports. But that's all by the by, dear. The price of oil is global. This means they most certainly do have worries. They're subject to the same price hikes we are. Unless Congress wishes to approve billions in fuel subsidies, but that's impossible. Your DL is refusing to approve all new legislation until the Senate passes his voter-suppression bill. So no, dear, the US have as many problems as chumps like us, who rely on terrorists for oil, but I'm curious. We had no idea the Gulf petrostates were terrorists. Has your DL just added the Saudis et al to the list? A simple yes or no will suffice. |
