Yoga has been amazing recently.

I have been healing from shoulder bursitis.
During one session I did mainly shavasana. About 80% of the session was shavasana for me.
It was deeply healing for me, I accepted my injury and felt the sorrow.
After 30 minutes my shoulder and arm fully relaxed and felt very heavy.
I joined in on a tree pose to finish.

You mean you had a lie down sans Bex and didn't fret and fuss about Trump.


I do that regularly. Never had a shoulder issue.

Sitting cross legged is very bad for the tail spine. Medically proven.
