Iran , like Gaza and Syria is dysfunctional.

Now there are functional Muslims.

Dubai has a great horse racing scene, excellent tourism, an F1 Moto GP.

Could you imagine horse racing or beautiful 6 star hotels in Gaza.

It can only happen with a consortium of smart Muslims teaming up with property developers like the trumps.
