Quote:
NSW upper house Liberal MP Aileen MacDonald raised the issue in state parliament on Thursday.

Ms MacDonald questioned whether the state government's grant of $250,000 to the Newcastle Writers Festival was appropriate if Dr Abdel Fattah appears.

Good. We should not be using taxpayer funds to promote racism and terrorism.

Israel is removing racists from the West Bank, which requires bulldozers and Merkava battle wagons.  The racists breed under olive trees and can't speak Hebrew. Some have incorrect opinions which infects texts they write. Writers have guidelines for standard prose under the control of Australian state premiers. Any deviation from approved party lines will incur dismissal and loss of invitation as a writer.  This protects freedom to follow directions by writing authorities, as ordered in Beijing and Adelaide.

Your error: Fattah is NOT promoting "racism and terrorism", she's stating the truth about Israel, which should NOT have been created on confiscated Palestinian land, UNTIL the UNSC was in position to secure the implementation of UN res 181.

The unilateral declaration of Israel by zionists - accepted as fait accompli by the UN, was a disaster for the world - especially for the subsequent development of the Islamic world, but also manifesting in disasters like the attack on the WTC building in NY, and the ongoing genocide in Gaza.

She said "May 2025 be the end of Israel"

She changed her profile picture to a picture of a Palestinian paratrooper after the 7 October attacks.

She said that zionists "have no claim or right to cultural safety".

If that is not supporting terrorism, you are about as deluded and naïve as it gets. She is literally a flag waving terrorist supporter.

You mean manifesting in the murder of innocent people?

He means that she is not a terrorism supporter in the same way that the CCP didn't kill about 100 million Chinese people. It's all in the phrasing.
