Title: Boss of ICE Greg Bovino has been demoted Post by Armchair_Politician on Jan 27th, 2026 at 11:01am
There are reports that the boss of ICE - Greg Bovino - has been effectively fired, with reports stating that he has been demoted and sent back to his old job in California and that he is expected to retire soon after. I hope that if/when the Democrats regain control of Congress, they make sure he is held accountable for his crimes. I also hope that when the Democrats put one of their own in the White House in 2028, that they hold these officers who shot American citizens dead or strangled them to death in detention, they are made to face judgement for their crimes, because there's no way that will happen under Trump.

I think he’s getting a lot of calls from a lot of nervous Republicans worried about their chances in the midterms. |

Just because these people have lost their jobs, or are at risk of losing them, doesn't negate what they did.
They still need to be investigated and charged for any crimes committed, or for breaches of the Constitution they were responsible for. That process can wait until after the midterms, assuming they ever happen. |

I sure hope so. They should take away her hair extensions when she goes inside, otherwise she might try to hang herself with them. |

She just looks very inauthentic to me. She just doesn't look genuine, as a person. Appearances do matter and she doesn't give off a feeling of trustworthiness to me. I think that the people in the Trump administration have two characteristics. Some have only one, but some have both. First, there's obviously blind, unquestioning loyalty to Trump above all else - even the law and Constitution. Secondly, there's a deep-seated bully hiding underneath the facade. Although, in some cases it's staring you right in the face, not hiding at all, as is the case with Stephen Miller. As for Kristi Noem, I think she exhibits both characteristics. As does Pete Hegseth. Karoline Leavitt is clearly utterly loyal to Trump and is willing to tell even the most blatant lies to keep Trump happy and to continue the narrative no matter how futile it is. Then there's Kash Patel who I think does show both characteristics but I think he comes across as more of a deer caught in the headlights sort of guy - in awe of Trump and his cult personality and not exactly sure how he fits in but desperate for Trump's approval. Bondi is definitely a bully and seems to relish going after Trump's perceived political enemies as if they were her own. She's already shown she's willing to turn a blind eye to the Epstein files, so while she may be willing to please Trump, I think she is mostly enjoying being a bully knowing there will very likely be no consequences. That's the thing that makes this administration so dangerous. They fear no consequences because they feel confident that Trump will just pardon them, avoiding any punishment. That is what drives them. |

Botox Gnome is a basic bitch. No amount of cosplay can ever change that.

Botox Gnome can still face state charges and it's most likely she will. Trump has no pardon powers to keep her from a orange jumpsuit and a diesel dyke named Brenda in her shared 8x10 Minnesota tax-payer funded prison cell. |

Trump was right in there backing his boys. Then TACO, he blames his staff and Hitler was betrayed by his people.
