Title: Re: Cheese ain’t cheese… Post by Yadda on Jan 19th, 2026 at 8:25am AGAIN.... For myself..... I never did enjoy the experience of becoming ill, and of being ill. MY OPINION...... Our own body has a remarkable ability to self repair itself [and to defend itself from ill health]...... if we will allow it ['give it space' to] do so. If you want to minimise your experience of becoming ill, i would suggest, that you try to eat mostly, what are obviously, natural foods. e.g. veggies and fruits and whole nuts. And try to avoid eating highly processed foods. I do eat some processed foods, as an occasional 'treat'. e.g. i will eat bread. but only as an occasional treat. is that a radical stance ? I'm a septuagenarian, and i have enjoyed vigorous good health for many decades. The only 'medication' i take, is one aspirin a day. Proverbs 14:6 A scorner seeketh wisdom, and findeth it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth. Love God. Love God's righteousness. Be at peace. |

I bought this wheel cutting thingy when doing that excursion in the cheese factory in Switzerland. I finally bought the fromage Tete de Moine cheese from Qld. Was express delivered within 24 hours in freeze packs. Finally enjoying this expensive fromage! With crackers, such a nice little treat to rid the mid afternoon hunger pangs.
