Native title is bollocks. An activist judicial invention.

Miners are people of the land. Mines are sacred sites.

Hypocrisy much ... the great Mother provides the Goanna for feed for her children - she also provides the Earth and its produce for her children to extract and grow prosperous on... when all the Goanna are gone, the Earth and its people will know no Life...like the elephants - the Roots of Heaven - once they are gone the heavens will fall.

Good spot Grapps.

I heard long ago that the Aborigines upset the Namerican Indians because they legally and culturally claimed that as the 'true' people of the land, they own North America as well, because Indians are just an extension of Yellow people from Asia who belong in cities. This upset the Namerican Indians quite a bit at First Nation meetings. Since then, I've heard nothing since. But it has caused a racial schism with 'black' declaring itself the superior people of the Land.
