Why did Labor give $27 million of taxpayers money to ANIC who only represent Sunni muslims?

If muslims need fundraising they have Zakat  the obligatory annual charitable contribution from Muslims who meet certain wealth requirements, representing the third pillar of Islam.

Labor is pork barreling the South Western Sydney area with taxpayers money for muslim votes.
