Bolton Indicted on 18 COUNTS Under Espionage Act – Shared More Than 1,000 Pages of Highly Classified Information.

I wonder if he’ll get a Biden or Obama Judge 🤔

Isn't this exactly the same as Trump committed only a lot less ?

Bolton is one of the worst people in the world however he still deserves due process and to not be the target of malicious prosecution like this. People should be charged because they commit crimes and not because Donald doesn't like them.

He was a Trump appointee, wasn't he?

Ah, but of course, the moment someone honours their oath to the country instead of pledging eternal obedience to Donald J. Trump, they're instantly reclassified as an enemy of the state in MAGA-land.

So now Trump, currently on his "Retribution Tour," has decided to unleash Lawfare on John Bolton. And wouldn't you know it, part of the case involves the FBI discovering documents marked "secret," "classified," and so on.

Now where have we seen that before?

Oh that's right, Donald Trump himself was found hoarding "Secret," "Top Secret," and even SCI-level intelligence in the ballroom, the bathroom, and various broom closets at Mar-a-Lago.

So tell me, is this a nothing burger and a politically motivated witch hunt, as MAGA endlessly screeches about Trump?

Or does that magical defence only apply when Daddy Trump is the accused?

Because if "having classified documents at home is fine and everyone does it", then Bolton walks, yeah?

But if "mishandling classified materials is treason and must be punished", then Trump goes down with him.

You don't get to have it both ways.

If not, why not?

Make it make sense.

It doesn't matter if it's here or in the USA -
if you work for the public service or in a company doing military contracts -
especially under ITAR rules -
you can't take photos, remove digital or written files or say anything
about what you were doing or seeing, without written approval
of the minister or person in charge.
Bolton is well aware of that and deserves what's coming to him.

Apparently it doesn't apply to a President storing documents.
It doesn't mean he can release those documents in any way -
via email or writing a book or telling everyone what was in them.

It's about John Bolton being indicted purely because Trump instructed his DOJ to go after him.

Lawfare.

So, Trump did the same thing Bolton is being accused of -  twice as bad - so why isn't he in prison?

Releasing State secrets to unauthorised persons.

Oh? John Bolton is being charged with emailing his own diary entries, dear - to himself.

Your DL was charged with stealing over 12,000 classified government documents - the biggest theft of presidential records in US history. There were enough boxes to fill a shipping container. He moved them from the White House to his own private country club. Many were accessable to the public, some stored on a ballroom used to host weddings. When parties were underway, staff were instructed to draw a stage curtain to conceal the records, most of the boxes marked CLASSIFIED in black Sharpie pen.

When NARA made the discovery and informed your DL, he ignored their letters. When the FBI issued a subpoena, he lied to his lawyer and tried to hide the documents from the FBI, having the boxes moved to private storage units, an unlocked pool shed and his own private bathroom. Shurely they'd be safe there, yes?

No. Prior to his arrest, two suspected Chinese spies had been arrested, sniffing around Mar a Lago on two separate occasions. Nobody knows whether the records were accessed or stolen, and to this day, your DL refuses to say whether he's sitting on more.

DL's former Attorney General, a chap you used to describe as "the great AG Barr", said the evidence was overwhelming. He called your DL banged to rights. Your DL was staring down a maximum twenty years in jail for each count, under sentencing guidelines he helped to create.

The great AG knows all about it. He worked on the guidelines. The sentencing was lifted, you see, to meet the policy agenda of the first Trump administration. Your DL treated information security very seriously indeed. He had a policy, of you recall, of LOCKING HILLARY UP.

Now, legally speaking, the FBI declined to charge Hillary over her private email server because the FBI had no evidence of intent. The facts showed Hillary being clueless about email servers and leaving all office administration up to her equally clueless Chief of Staff.

The big fella's case was different. Prosecutors had him on tape, holding up one of the stolen documents and telling witnesses from the fake news: "I shouldn't be showing you this because it's classified, and I could have declassified it but I didn't, so..."

So I'm curious. If you want to see John Bolton go down for emailing his own words to himself, what do you think about a prez who knocks off nearly every top secret record he can find, to stash in his wife's panty drawers?

That's a question. Up for it?

No -

apparently Bolton emailed quite a lot of the top secret documents to other people.

That's 10 years jail for each offence.

https://www.npr.org/2025/10/16/nx-s1-5554306/john-bolton-indicted

In a statement, the Justice Department said Bolton illegally transmitted classified information using a personal email
and messaging applications,

including U.S. "intelligence about future attacks, foreign adversaries, and foreign-policy relations."

Details from the indictment filed in Maryland's district court charge Bolton with eight counts for the transmission of national defense information and 10 counts of unlawful retention of such information.
Each count faces a maximum of 10 years in prison.

DL's the guy who ordered his arrest. Justice is blind, no?

So I'm curious. Were you in favour of DL ordering the DOJ to bury his charges?

If so, would you like to see John Bolton have his charges dropped too?

And a supplementary, would you like to see all laws about classified records scrapped, based on your DL's own precedent?

They didn't.

You parroted Trump and his defenders' claims that the left did, as a defence mechanism, projecting exactly what they'd do if they had that kind of power, and now your mob are proving it in real time, because that's precisely what they are doing.

But the funniest part is you're still huffing copium even while your side is technically "winning", because their version of winning involves screwing over the very people who voted for them and now have to live under their regime.

That reality seems to be the most toxic truth that MAGA are trying so hard not to wake up to.

In hindsight, there's probably no safer space to stash the nuclear codes. Even Mar a Lago's notorious Chinese spies stay away.

I'd suggest there's still a few left in there. Agents would have called the job in after opening the first drawer.

Of course, if DL ever feels like nuking somebody, he'll have to send someone in to retrieve the codes. The question is, who does he hate the most?

I'd suggest there's still a few left in there. Agents would have called the job in after opening the first drawer.

Of course, if DL ever feels like nuking somebody, he'll have to send someone in to retrieve the codes. The question is, who does he hate the most?

JD, you're on panty duty. Go gettem.

BUTTHURT !!!

Revenge is a dish best served cold.     ;D

The big fella wasn't prosecuted out of revenge, Bobby. The FBI served a subpoena. When he refused to respond, they executed a search warrant. When they caught the big fella red handed, they hummed and ha-ed, not knowing what to do.

Then the big fella went on Truth to announce the raid. WITCH HUNT !!! SO UNFAIR !!! MELANIA'S PANTY DRAWERS !!!

The FBI refused to comment.

The big fella started calling them perverts. He threatened to sue for harassment.

He sent lawyers in to demand his records back.

National security, no comment.

The big fella said they were his. NARA said the records were the government's. They get stored in impenetrable vaults in a top secret location, they said, as per the legislation. They'd spent the past two years patiently explaining all that to the big fella.

The big fella said okay, but I've got a few golf trophies in there, so give me another few years to go through them.

When the fake news got wind of that, they made the DOJ look like a bunch of chumps. There's a guy with 12,000 top secret government records in his wife's panty drawers, the fakers said. What are you going to do about it?

Er, not sure, the DOJ said.

The talking heads and commentators were going nuts. The great AG Barr came out to say that if this was true, it was the biggest breach of information security in US history. The big fella started looking bad. Real bad. New York were already prosecuting him for the Stormy payoffs.

Finally, Merrick Garland cracked. No more Mr Nice Guy, he said, in a big long press release to the fake news. No one is above the law. You do the crime, you do the time.

The big fella gulped. He couldn't believe it. He now faced twenty years in Fort Buttner, and everybody knew. He had no defence whatsoever. So he got to work on Truth Social.

RIGGED !!! WITCH HUNT !!! SO UNFAIR !!!

ELECTION INTERFERENCE !!!

LAWFARE !!!

The DOJ were happy, the great AG Barr was happy, most elected Republicans were happy, and do you know?

For the most part, Americans were happy. This guy was nuts. God knows what he planned to do with 12,000 government records stashed in Melania's panty drawers. Monetize them, use them for blackmail, use them for bragging rights. Either way, this was not what they had elected him to do, so good. Throw the book at him.

Now, you know the rest of the story, so I'm curious.

When Sleepy Joe invited your DL to the White House for afternoon tea after the 2024 election, why hadn't he gone for revenge?

He could have ensured a Swift prosecution and a quick trial, just as your DL's doing with Bolton, Comey, Leticia, and soon, Shifty Schiff.

If revenge is a dish best served cold, why did Sleepy Joe practice forgiveness and try to bring the nation together?

That's a question. Are you Bobby the bat?

Or are you a bot?

Your answer will give us all the evidence we need.

No - Bolton is a traitor.

I see. You think Bolton's a traitor for breaching security protocols by emailing his own journal extracts to himself.

All good. So what do you think of the guy who cleaned out the Oval Office and stashed it all in his wife's panty drawers?

We'll get to the bottom of this, Bobby, once and for all.

Actually Trump had dozens of boxes of secret documents in the shitter and others hidden on his top security stage.

Sleepy Joe didn't know what he was doing -
he has dementia - that gets him off all charges.

As for me -
I'm sir brave Bobby - knight of the round table -
Robert the Bruce is my ancestor -
I go into bat for all the poor of the world -
I support the defender of the faith - our DL.

Trump has only just started the Stalin show trials.
Wait till he gets all the 265 FBI undercover agents from Jan 6th on trial -
and we found out how they ushered in protestors inside the capital building -
they even broke windows and smashed doors.
It was a false flag operation blamed on Trump.
Think of what Stalin would have done?
New gulags will have to be constructed to house the dissidents -
265 of them will need a place to live.
Bolton and his traitor arse needs a place to sit down too.
The show is only beginning.

Let's see Bobbi wiggle his way out of this one.

When I explained to him that Trump wasn't the President in 2023, he changed the subject.

Trump expressed frustration that "nothing is being done", before calling on Bondi to investigate former FBI director James Comey, New York Attorney General Letitia James and Democratic Senator Adam Schiff, who oversaw his first impeachment trial.....

By the time FBI Director Kash Patel took office in February, the investigation into whether John Bolton mishandled classified information had been in the works for roughly three years.

President Donald Trump had long been calling for Bolton – and other perceived political enemies – to be prosecuted, and the Maryland US Attorney’s office had been quietly building a case that started during the Biden administration.

True, but that only came out later, during the preliminary hearings, do you remember?

When news of the raid came out, the only person spilling the beans was the big fella himself. The FBI just raided Mar a Lago! He posted. And they didn't even have the decency to tell your beloved 45th president (me)!

Actually, the FBI had informed beloved 45th prez's lawyers, who attended the scene of the crime. The big fella was conveniently out of town.

These people are sick! He wrote on Truth Social. They violated our beloved First Lady's panty drawers!

Bobby was first on the scene with pics of transvestite FBI agents trying on Melania's lingerie.

Aquascoot reminded us about Hillary's emails, asking why the left are such hypocrites.

The old boy raised Hunter's laptop from hell. When we asked what that had to do with former presidents hiding classified government records from the FBI, he told us to fook orf.

Panther took a different route. As a constitutional scholar, Panther posted long-winded legal justifications in italicized Georgia font. He'd previously declared that if a country's laws are not enforced, you may as well not have a country anymore. Panther said he would never support a candidate indicted for a crime and/or crimes, and that's that. Hell, he said, would have to freeze over first.

Without a moment's pause to check the temperature, Panther reconfigured his position. He would never support a candidate convicted of a crime and/or crimes, he explained, after said candidate had appealed it all the way to the Supreme Court. If that proved fruitless, Panther suggested his 45th prez was probably right to bend a few laws, it can't be helped.

Bobby proposed that his favourite prez had good intentions, which would all come out when he got his day in court. What 45 had really been doing while in office, Bobby said, was gathering evidence of the CORRUPT DEEP STATE. 45's cunning plan was to appear in court and blow the whole scam wide open. Soros, Fauci, Bill Gates, the lot.

Aquascoot concurred. The big fella wasn't scared of jail, he said, far from it. DL wanted prison. It would give him the time, he said, to lose some weight, work on his abs, and study the motivational experts.

He's facing 20 years, we said. What's he going to motivate himself for?

While Aquascoot considered a coherent reply, Bobby chimed in with the big fella's plan to round up the globalist elites. After a bit of back and forth, they settled on a plan for DL to infiltrate Aryan Nation to carry out mass assassinations of the globalist paedophile elites using sharpened toothbrushes and shivs made in prison workshops.

All agreed that if 45 was ever sent to jail, his supporters would justifiably riot and overthrow the government. Panther said that's why Americans have the God-given right to bear arms in the first place. From my cold, dead hands, he added.

Aquascoot agreed. Bring it on, he said. The left only have themselves to blame.

No one suggested, of course, that beloved 45th was innocent. When the photos came out of all those boxes in the loo, the pool shed and the ballroom stage, there was nothing left to say. I don't think any of them mentioned Hillary's emails ever again.

It's strange to hear now, of course, but most of them will have forgotten their denials and defences of their DL's blatant criminal activity. Today, after years of virtue signalling, it's far easier to just come out with what they thought all along. Revenge is a dish best served cold, Bobby says. He means it too.

From here on in, we'll watch the US slide into authoritarian rule. The GOP are currently working on the Supreme Court and the electoral boundaries to sew up the mid-terms. After that, their leader will be free to stay on indefinitely - like Putin, like MBS, like Kim Jong Un.

We'll see all the hallmarks - the disappearances, the extra-judicial killings, the reintroduction of torture, the full authoritarian descent. From here on in, the followers' rhetoric will mark a distinct turn. Gone will be the appeals to the rule of law and the surreal attempts at reason. From now on, they'll merely justify things with DL said. And why? Because he can.

We've turned a page from the civilized world order we grew up in. Actually, it's a whole new book. It's far too tedious to debate the leftards with all their silly rules and virtues, but it raises the inevitable question: why bother posting at all?

There's no longer a need to persuade, rationalize or justify a position, it now comes down to whatever DL says. Just think, our board's owner has gone from being an enthusiastic internet crusader and advocate of liberal democracy to posting as a MAGA sock. He can't even be bothered chasing Brian around anymore, and why would he?

For our former Freeeedom warriors, there's only one thing left to say:

DL said.

to just sell them to the highest bidder.

Na Trump had no documents ???

Looking at these 2 pics you see about 75 boxes and this doesnt count the boxes in the storage room or Trumps office where we know there were also a lot of boxes of clasified / secret documents.

Bolton is accused of about 10% of 1 box of Docs.

No one's saying DL had no boxes, Dnarever. No one's even suggesting he didn't break the law here.

They know, every schoolboy knows.

When Pete posts his invasion plans on Signal, they know it too. The law doesn't apply to former reality TV hosts, Fox presenters and anyone else in the inner circle.

Sheesh, the big fella can't even send a private Truth Social message to Pam without botching the job. I doubt his directive to carry out mass arrests of his political enemies was meant to be preserved for the presidential archives, but that's okay.

DL went and posted it to the whole world instead. It doesn't make Lindsey's job any easier in court, but DL knows the bird brain isn't going to get a hit.

He's counting on his lawfare making it to the Supreme Court. There, all he needs to do is a bit of quid pro quo and they'll make any decisions he wants.

The US is now heading down the path of Russia in the mid-2000s. What do you think the big fella discussed with Vlad in the Beast?

Go in fast, Vlad would have said, that's my advice. And when you've got them in jail, don't even think about letting them out. What you did with Epstein? Best practice.

Vlad would have said all this in perfect English, unnerving the big fella somewhat. He didn't have the heart to ask Vlad what he has on him.

After the Epstein comment, he knew:

Probably everything.

Why, he did, you silly old thing. Bolton's being charged for emailing his handwritten notes.

He reported an email hack to the FBI in 2021. Pam's just trolling the FBI files for something - anything. Everybody knows that.
