Title: Judge denies Trump National Guard authority Post by Armchair_Politician on Oct 6th, 2025 at 1:51pm
It seems that poor old Trump just can’t catch a break, and nor should he. After being ordered by a federal Judge not to send Oregon National Guard to Portland, and he sent California National Guard instead, a new Judge has banned him from sending any National Guard from any state to Portland in a major win for Oregon! :) :) :) :) :) :)

34 charges against the big fella?
A bit of premature ejaculation there from the judiciary. Now Donny doesn't take them seriously. And with good justification |

It doesn't pay to be a Judge who rules against Trump. Stephen Miller will brand you a Terrorist and an enemy of the state, sending MAGA to burn down their houses,

Judge Karin Immergut is a Trump appointee, so hardly a left-wing Judge. Seems even the Trump appointees just don’t agree with him. |

Small but telling detail I neglected to mention, mostly because I foolishly assumed people could grasp the obvious, anyone who speaks out against Trump is immediately branded a left wing terrorist. You should see how quickly the MAGA crowd is turning on farmers who dare criticise Trump, even when those same farmers have flown the MAGA flag for years. They've started to cannibalise each other, and this is before the full weight of Trump's economic vandalism has even landed. The worst impacts on trade, healthcare, cost of living, all still incoming. So it's no surprise they're already laying the groundwork to strip voting rights from Blue states and cities, normalising masked agents and uniformed military patrolling the streets like it's a perfectly reasonable part of democracy. Anyone who can't hear the alarm bells ringing now never will, not until they're staring down the barrel of a gun for failing to cheer loud enough for Trump, or wondering why Taco Tuesday now costs more than fifty bucks. Link By then, it will be too late. Just wait until they see how much it's going to cost for Halloween candy and Thanksgiving... |

Why is there no announcements from Trump about deploying the National Guard in any of the Republican states listed in the top ten murder rates in the US, of which 7 out of the 10 are Republican states? If he were serious about reducing crime, he would've already announced this for Louisiana, which is Speaker Johnson's state!
District of Columbia - Democrat (***not a state***) Louisiana - Republican New Mexico - Democrat Alabama - Republican Tennessee - Republican Arkansas - Republican Missouri - Republican South Carolina - Republican Alaska - Republican Maryland - Democrat |

The local authorities can control as best as possible, within normal bounds, the ordinary crimes... it doesn't lead to a 100% arrest and convictionrate, but it is all that can be done short of a total despotism ..... such things as assemblies that amount to insurrection are an entirely different matter. Elsewhere I posted the view that those assemblies amounting to an 'international intifada' in Australia should be banned, and then stamped down on by bussing in troops sworn in as Temporary Special Constables with a right of arrest and restraint, and of self-defence. Under no circumstances, in any civilised country, should rioters and insurrectionists - particularly those supporting some foreign hostile state or ideology, be permitted to go forward and cause disruption and fear to the ordinary populace - that latter being in itself an act of terrorism designed to achieve a political objective. Why does the United States not have the same right? Because you don't like Trump because the silly media tell you so? WTF is wrong with you all? |

The law says the President can only deploy the National Guard at the request of the state Governor. Trump knows this because he said so during a televised interview. What he’s doing is illegal. He’s also only doing this in Democrat cities and states. Not a single Republican city or state despite them having higher crime or murder rates than those which are Democrat. It’s obviously a political stunt based on personal hatred harboured by Trump towards Democrats. You just can’t spin it any other way. https://youtube.com/shorts/XKPfDbUCvwo?si=h1CG4-vkXJ4mFnBs |

U.S. — In a brave act of judicial resistance to Trump's executive tyranny, District Judge Karin Immergut has ordered the National Guard to shoot pepper spray into their own eyes. Immergut, who is a first-term Trump appointee according to several completely trustworthy news sources, reportedly made the decision during a hastily-called telephone hearing as an emergency measure to halt Trump's attempt to restore order in Portland. "By the supreme judiciary power bestowed on me by the Democracy, I hereby declare that all National Guard members are constitutionally bound by the Declaration of Independence to spray themselves directly in the eyes with pepper spray without blinking," Judge Immergut told a delighted group of Democrats, thoughtfully smacking her gavel. "This emergency measure is necessary to ensure that democracy survives the existential threat posed by Donald J. Trump. Case closed." The ruling has precedent in several earlier district-level rulings including U.S. District Judge Brendan Hurson v. The United States, Resolved, That Trump is a poopy buttface (2025); U.S. District Judge James Boasberg v. The United States, Resolved, That Trump must personally kiss Kilmar Abrego Garcia's boo-boos to make them all better now (2025); and U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson v. The United States, Resolved, That assassination is legal but only if the person being assassinated is a homophobe and you call for peaceful political discourse afterward (2025). At publishing time, Immergut had issued an additional ruling mandating that National Guard troops wear Nazi insignia anytime Trump deployed them anywhere |

Trump, whose authorization of the use of troops to protect Portland and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities last week, called out Democratic leaders with jurisdiction over the cities, starting with Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D-IL) and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson (D), during an Oval Office signing.
“I believe that Pritzker and this mayor of Chicago … they don’t have it under control. Not only is it not under control, it’s the opposite. And I believe they’re afraid. They’re scared for their lives. I believe that the Portland people are scared,” he said. He was also critical of federal Judge Karin Immergut, who blocked Trump from deploying Oregon’s National Guard in the state. Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) authorized Texas to send 400 of their National Guard “to ensure safety for federal officials.” “You look at what’s happened with Portland over the years; it’s a burning hellhole. And then, you have a judge that lost her way that tries to pretend that like there’s no problem,” Trump said. “Actually, she’s not even saying that.” “There’s a huge problem in Portland. I’ll tell you what the problem is: crime. Okay? And it’s a huge problem in Chicago. It’s called crime, and we want to put out the crime, and they want to inflame the crime,” he added. “And why they want to, I don’t know, but it could be that Pritzker is scared for his life.” While Immergut blocked Trump from mobilizing the Oregon National Guard, an Illinois judge opted not to block the federal government from authorizing the use of the Illinois and Texas National Guard in Chicago, as News Nation noted. The judge, April Perry, has called for in-depth court filings on the matter. https://www.breitbart.com/crime/2025/10/06/trump-democrats-want-inflame-crime-portland-chicago/ You don't like Oregon National Guards in Oregon? Very well, morons we'll send Texas National Guards to Oregon and Illinois. |

The White House is highlighting recent arrests of “predators” by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the sanctuary city of Chicago, Illinois, as Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) declares certain spaces “ICE-free zones.” On Monday, Johnson signed an executive order that bans ICE agents from using city-owned properties and urges Chicago businesses to declare similar bans at their establishments. “We will not tolerate ICE agents violating our residents’ constitutional rights, nor will we allow the federal government to disregard our local authority,” Johnson wrote in an X post. He also claimed: ICE agents are detaining elected officials, tear-gassing protestors, children, and Chicago police officers, and abusing Chicago residents. We will not stand for that in our city. With this Executive Order, Chicago stands firm in protecting the Constitutional rights of our residents and immigrant communities and upholding our democracy. To View Social MediaAccept Cookies View on twitter.com In response, the White House released a list of criminal illegal aliens recently arrested by ICE agents in Chicago: Stefan Cseve, an Austrian national with convictions for sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, numerous sexual predator in a public park offenses, child sex offender loitering, violation of the sex offender registry and pending charges for murder and rape or sexual abuse of a minor. Jose Sanchez-Torres, a Mexican national with convictions for exposing himself to a child, domestic violence, and driving without a license. He was ordered removed from the U.S. in 2004. Cristobal Carias Masin, a Salvadoran national with convictions for statutory rape, fraud, and aggravated felony, and pending charges for assault and failure to register as a sex offender. Antonio Rosales-Rodriguez, a Mexican national with convictions or arrests for domestic violence, theft, DUI, and criminal transmission of HIV. Blanca Cecillia Sanchez-Sanchez, a Venezuelan national and confirmed member of the brutal Tren de Aragua gang. Yushell Alejandro Yin Del Toro, a Mexican national with convictions for domestic violence, battery, two counts of resisting an officer, and two pending charges of assault. Angel Galindo Viveros, a Mexican national with convictions for armed carjacking, armed criminal action, driving a vehicle without a license, possession of a firearm by a felon, robbery, and traffic offenses. Refugio Ramirez-Larios, a Mexican national with convictions for felony possession of a weapon, concealing homicidal death, possession of cocaine, weapon offense, crimes against a person, and traffic offenses. “Johnson’s pathetic excuse that enforcing our nation’s immigration laws somehow ‘undermines community trust’ exposes his true loyalty: To criminal illegal alien predators, not the terrified families of Chicago,” the White House memo states. “Shielding the most depraved, violent criminal illegal aliens from justice is not only an insult to every Chicagoan, it’s also a dangerous intensification of Democrats’ lunatic ‘sanctuary’ agenda where criminal illegals come before American citizens,” the memo continues. https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2025/10/06/white-house-highlights-predators-taken-off-chicago-streets-thanks-ice/ You are with stupid-pathetic Johnson, little teapot. |
