The people have no jobs and no hope so they form gangs
and do whatever to make money and survive:

While taking a walk through this abandoned Detroit house for an out-of-state investor,
we came across 2 guns and 6 burner phones.
On top of that, this house had illegal electricity, wifi,
and plenty more strange things hidden about.
By the end of the video the police arrive and
we get to talk to them about the entire situation.

are letting these circumstances happen.
.....in order to declare a state of lawlessness, in the State of Victoria.

Doing that, the Labor government of Victoria, can declare more restrictions.......
upon LAW ABIDING CITIZENS.......
and allow more acts of criminal violence.

Soon, Victorians will have to show any police officer, on demand,
a permit [issued by the Victorian government], to be able to go into shopping districts,
on two days per week.

And if you do not possess a permit, issued by the Victorian government,
you will be deemed to be a [potential] criminal.
