No they just worked out what was going to cost them more.

There was a case the other week where Trump lost on this same principle, in fact the case was thrown out  without being heard as there was no case.

Also the Supreme court found 9 - 0 that the same type of statements (threats) made by Trumps FCC chair was in breach of the first amendment. i.e they (Trump the FCC and Disney) would lose in court.

The orange rapist/convicted felon/toddler won't be happy   ;D
