Seriously ridiculous proposed laws. i know some ppl just leave their dogs unattended for long periods of time but how the heck do they think they are gunna enforce it.

Also- ppl "debark" dogs? WTH? why is that legal in the first place?

Does between 12 midnight and three am count towards your 3 hrs a day?

A half hour daily walk with your dog will do more to make the dog happy and adjusted than 3 hours.

Bark collars can teach the dog not to bark.
