He said he had signed “a special order, according to which a special state of emergency will be imposed in the home front throughout the entire State of Israel.”


The IDF’s Home Front Command also warned of a “significant” attack from Iran, as it banned all educational activities, gatherings, and workplaces.

Home Front Command’s Tzvika Tessler told Channel 12 news Iran could strike with “heavy missiles” that could reach anywhere in the country.

Israel says it is “intercepting” Iranian drones outside of its territory

Israel’s military has begun to shoot down drones from Iran, according to a military official.

“The IDF has begun intercepting UAVs fired from Iran, outside of Israeli territory,” an IDF official told CNN on Friday.

Earlier IDF spokesperson Effie Defrin said Iran has launched more than 100 drones toward Israeli territory in the first signs of retaliation to Israel’s unprecedented strikes on Iran.

Global nuclear watchdog confirms main nuclear site in Iran was hit

The head of the global nuclear watchdog has confirmed
Iran's main nuclear enrichment site at Natanz
was hit by Israeli strikes in the early hours of Friday.

In a post on X, the International Atomic Energy Agency said it was "closely monitoring the deeply concerning situation in Iran".

The agency said it was in contact with Iranian authorities regarding radiation levels at the site as well as its inspectors in Iran.

Reports of explosions in Tabriz following earlier strikes in East Azerbaijan


Iranian media outlets reported loud explosions in the city of Tabriz on Friday, with some saying the blasts occurred near the airport. Iran state media reports new Israeli attack in northwestern city of Tabriz

Iranian state media says there has been a fresh Israeli attack,
showing a large plume of smoke rising after an explosion in the northwestern city of Tabriz.

Tasnim news agency said Tabriz Airport was “currently under heavy Israeli attack.”

The Fars news agency said Israel struck Tabriz, without clarifying further, adding that about 10 sites in East Azerbaijan province had been targeted.

CNN has asked the Israeli military for comment.

Iran is being completely dismantled, just like Hezbollah.

Trump warns Iran to agree to nuclear deal before "even more brutal" attacks.



US President Donald Trump has warned Iran to agree to a nuclear deal “before there is nothing left,” suggesting that subsequent Israeli attacks on the country will be “even more brutal.”

In a post on Truth Social early on Friday morning, Trump wrote that Iranian leaders “didn’t know what was about to happen. They are all DEAD now, and it will only get worse!”

“There has already been great death and destruction, but there is still time to make this slaughter, with the next already planned attacks being even more brutal, come to an end,” Trump wrote. “Iran must make a deal, before there is nothing left, and save what was once known as the Iranian Empire.”

Negotiations over a new nuclear deal with Iran intensified in recent weeks, but Tehran’s insistence on its right to enrich uranium had proven a major sticking point.

Israel must prepare for “a prolonged operation,” Israeli military spokesperson, Effie Defrin, told reporters on Friday.

“We will continue operating until the war’s objectives are reached,” Defrin said, referring to tensions with Iran as well as Israel’s war in Gaza.


The spokesperson said that Israel is preparing for a response from Iran.

“We know they’re preparing for a response and to fire at us,” he said.

Defrin added that most Iranian drones fired in retaliation toward Israel Friday were intercepted.

President Trump tells CNN Israel strikes on Iran were "very successful"

President Donald Trump told CNN that the US supports Israel and called the strikes on Iran last night “a very successful attack.”

“We of course support Israel, obviously and supported it like nobody has ever supported it,” Trump said in a brief phone call.

“Iran should have listened to me when I said - you know I gave them, I don’t know if you know but I gave them a 60-day warning and today is day 61,” he added.

“They should now come to the table to make a deal before it’s too late. It will be too late for them. You know the people I was dealing with are dead, the hardliners,” the president said. He would not specify which people he was referring to.

Asked if this was a result of Israel’s attack last night, Trump responded sarcastically: “They didn’t die of the flu; they didn’t die of Covid.”

Remember: Secretary of State Marco Rubio said there was no US involvement or assistance in the strikes.

Israel claims Iran fired fewer than 100 missiles, made a “few hits”

Iran fired fewer than 100 missiles toward Israel on Friday night, and made a “few hits,” the Israeli military has claimed.

Some of those hits were from interception debris, Effie Defrin, spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces, said in a video statement.

There could be more barrages later in the night, Defrin warned, urging civilians to stay close to shelters.

At least 17 people have been injured in Iran’s strikes on Israel, according to the Israeli emergency service, Magen David Adom (MDA).

Among them are two people who are seriously injured and two people who are moderately injured, the emergency service told CNN on Friday night.

Information from individual hospitals suggests that there could be dozens of injured people in hospitals, some of whom have not yet been included in the MDA’s figures.

Three hospitals – Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, Sheba Tel Hashomer Medical Center and Rabin Medical Center – have reported a combined total of 40 injuries.

The incident follows sustained Israeli attacks earlier in the day, which Iranian authorities report included bombs and drones. The strikes have so far killed dozens of civilians, along with several high-ranking military officials and nuclear scientists. Targets included residential buildings, nuclear facilities, radar installations, and military bases.

In response, Iran launched ballistic missile strikes against Israeli positions in the occupied territories late on Friday. Footage shows  successful strikes on multiple targets in the region.

Iran's air defenses have shot down a third Israeli F-35 fighter, state news agency IRNA reported on Saturday, a claim dismissed by the Israeli army.

The jet's pilot ejected, and army commandos arrested the pilot, the agency also said in a post on X.

Israeli army spokesperson Lt. Col. Avichay Adraee denied the reports on X, describing the claims as lies.

Iran responded with missiles Friday night, targeting several areas across Israel, killing three people and injuring over 170 others.

Yesterday they released an image as evidence of it, but the image they used was of the F35 crash which occurred in New Mexico.

Where are these pilots Iran says they have captured? You would think they would want a propaganda win at least with a photo.

No one has been captured and no Israeli F35s have been shot down. The Iranians do not have an air defence system left to do it.
