Crime in the community...is a valid 'social construct' with evidences
.....whether the perpetrator is tinted, OR, not.



I suspect that the societal culture in almost all 1st world nations today,
have been captured by the influence of WOKE social philosophy.
......which seems determined to seek to enforce a new cultural paradigm,
relating to criminals and criminality, within 1st world nations.


paradigm = =
1 a typical example, pattern, or model of something.
2 a world view underlying the theories and methodology of a scientific subject.

The new WOKE cultural paradigm being;

'Criminals are victims of their own circumstances.'
....rather than the older reasonable and logical model.....
which concluded that;

'The victims of criminals, .....are the victims of criminals.'

....And that violent criminals within a society,
need to be PERMANENTLY separated from their intended victims.

What say you ?


Should 'the behaviour' of violent criminals be excused, and tolerated WITHIN our society ?

i.e.
[car jacking, house breaking, mob store thefts, assaults and robbery upon individuals on our streets, white collar crimes involving fraud of immense amounts of money, illicit drug importing and dealing, gunfights on the streets of our suburbs involving rival drug gangs]


Or should violent criminals be PERMANENTLY removed from society.....
in order to protect their intended victims, from them ?

What is a 'workable' definition of.......a 'violent criminal' ?

A.
Any person who is willing to rob.....with threats and menaces.


Take them away, and LOCK THEM UP......for at least 20 [no parole].
