Trump dismisses laws outright (as they pertain to him personally) and thinks the Constitution is a list of suggestions.

How about his refusal to return a man from El Salvador who was deported against the ruling of the Court? Or the numerous times Trump has said he will seek a way to run for a third term, despite the Constitution explicitly forbidding it?

The list of examples is just too long.

Donald Trump’s second administration has shown an “unprecedented degree of resistance” to adverse court rulings, experts say, part of a forceful attack on the American judiciary that threatens to undermine the rule of law, undercut a co-equal branch of government and weaken American democracy.

The attacks, experts say, threaten one of the fundamental pillars of American government: that the judicial branch has the power to interpret the law and the other branches will abide by its rulings.

The attack came to a head this week when the Trump administration ignored an order from US district judge James Boasberg to turn planes carrying deportees around. “I don’t care what the judges think,” Thomas Homan, charged with enforcing Trump’s deportation agenda, said in a Fox News television interview on Monday as the decision came under scrutiny. The next day, Trump called for Boasberg to be impeached, calling him a “radical left lunatic”.

For months, the Trump administration has made it clear they believe they can ignore judicial orders. “Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power,” vice-president JD Vance tweeted on 9 February. Elon Musk, Trump’s top adviser, has repeatedly called for impeaching judges, and is donating to Republicans in Congress who have supported doing so. House Republicans have introduced resolutions to impeach Boasberg and four other judges who have ruled against Trump.

TDS again, the president of El Salvador Nayib Armando Bukele Ortez, the country where Garcia is a citizen has told the US that he is not returning Garcia to the US. What is the US judge going to do, put Nayib Armando Bukele Ortez of El Salvador in prison or is he going to order the US military to invade El Salvador and kidnap Garcia.

Trump dismisses laws outright (as they pertain to him personally) and thinks the Constitution is a list of suggestions.

Gissa few for examples.

No.

You are changing the subject because you were proven wrong.

However, I have gracefully accepted your white flag.

You are lying, punk, as you always do.

1 you have not shown how Patel lied.

2 you have not shown how judicial orders about a deported gangsters can be enforced

3. You have not shown what jurisdiction a NY federal judge could possibly have over Executive powers of conducting foreign policy, powers under which Garcia was deported.

4. You have not shown what powers anyone in the US, executive or judicial, have to facilitate the removal of an El Salvadorean prison inmate from prison and transport him to the US.

Keep banging your cymbals, monkey.

I'm sorry, are the retarded right suddenly ppretending to care about the LAW

;D ;D ;D ;D

dam hilarious

Trump dismisses laws outright (as they pertain to him personally) and thinks the Constitution is a list of suggestions.

Gissa few for examples.

Armchair was talking about laws.
You are blathering about judges making rulings on the hop to contradict executive action.

Not the same thing, unflushable.

Judicial orders are considered law.

Ignoring them is against the law.

FFS, where did you go to school?   ::)

They are not law. They are appealable. And are appealed. So they are pending..

Ignoring a judicial order is against the law.

FFS, how do you remember to breathe?

"Judicial orders are considered law and must be obeyed by the parties involved. These orders, which are decisions or judgments made by a judicial officer, are binding and enforceable."

Oh, I see! So you're blaming these tinted tinpot dictators, are you? These cruel third world banana republics, so mean and nasty to their fellow citizens.

Well, I'm curious. Why is Uncle footing the bill? Why is Uncle currently paying for an entire maximum security prison in El Salvador to house people indefinitely?

Even convicts sent to Australia were released or granted reprieve. DL's prisoners don't even get a trial. Think of that - 18th century England was more humane that 21st century America.

FD never answered questions, Leroy.

You?
