They give the house to someone else, and you end up on the street or in your car :D LOL

Let’s look at the wood in the forest for a couple mins.

A person or couple, or friends could get say, $750 k loan.
For ten years @ say 5% interest only.
It does a couple positive things.
It gives you a house as opposed to paying rent, you pay interest on your house in your name.

They say a house doubles every 10 years, so therefore, a $750k house at the end of 10 years interest payment is then worth $$1.5 million

That’s a $750k tax free profit (because you’re living in the house)

It’s better than renting, which is hard to find and competition is fierce, and you have a nice pot of gold waiting for you at end of 10 years.

Then you can decide what to do at the time.
