This one will be interesting. I think there might be a very significant swing against Labor in this seat next month.

The Victorian government’s latest budget update has state debt passing $187 billion in June 2028 on the way to an undetermined, eventual peak.

Have I got this right? A debt of $26,714 per person. :o

It would be incredible if Labor lost this seat, but I'm looking forward to a really big swing against Vic Labor today.

A good swing against Labor but just missed out on winning the once safe Labor seat of Werribee.

The lowest byelection primary vote ever recorded by Labor in a seat they have held. :D

Counting continues in the Prahran and Werribee by-elections,
with the Liberal Party's Rachel Westaway set to win Prahran, beating out the Greens.

It remains a tight race in Werribee, but Labor's primary vote has collapsed with more than a 10 per cent swing away from the ALP.

What's next?

Vote counting resumes on Monday.

Usually if one Party rules the Federal.
The other Party rules the States or most of them.

Well - if AlboGroup didn't realise from almost Day One that they had fumbled the ball and had desisted in their pursuit of Apartheid -they would have long ago known to change their tack and try something different.

I've written to Albo several times to try to wake the boy up - but he's too fat and comfortable nowadays, so he'll have to take it on the chins when it all falls down. The latest long-awaited reply was over the 'gender wage gap' where I laid out the truth - got the traditional answer that different people do figures different ways - sure they do - in that case the way they like to spin it out of control and just tell lies.

I really dislike Jeff Kennett but he is correct about this:
