Oh, I'll take a stab at this and say it may have something to do with many peoples' immune systems being trashed by repeated infections with a dangerous SARS virus which they now believe is "mild" or "just a cold".

Especially amongst the un/under vaccinated.

There's been lots of people on social media asking "why am I sick all the time these days?" and "I have this cold/flu that I just don't seem to be able to shake off".

And most of them don't seem to have a clue why.

Carl…. The reddit link is disabled… they archive it after 6 months … (of no more comments perhaps… because talking about it now is so yesterday’s news?)

The other link the whirlpool forum… it goes back to the time I got COVID after 2022 NY (3rd Jan to be precise!)
Reading up to current date… there’s a few that had 3 x vax and still got sick as they share their daily symptoms.
These are not all unvaxxed that are sharing their story of getting COVID.

And I noticed… later in 2022 onwards the virus evolving became weaker and unvaxxed friends I know got COVID.. but mild! A bit of sniffle, a bit of cough, a bit tired, but only for 4 days then they were okay.

And I know close relatives that got their 3-4 jabs and kept getting COVID!

We unvaxxed were nervous to go anywhere near the vaxxed cuz we didn’t want to get sick!

I’ve had COVID that once only 3 years ago and smell and taste all came back and my hair grew back.
Not caught any sickness since… except in London I got a lung infection but nothing anti biotic didn’t fix within 12 hours! I was good thereafter.

So to be fair, and not one eyed, there is a mix of vaxxed and unvaxxed getting COVID.  But nothing to be concerned about as it’s gone all mild now.
Strange thing is…the vaxxed are told they are protected…well my son’s vaxxed mum in law, twice hospitalised with COVID and then a blood clot having a mild stroke.
My son’s vaxxed sis n bro in laws sick as with COVID several times and sis in law hospitalised!
Hey, I was very worried… not for us that we’re unvaxxed but for them!

So everyone has a story on reddit and whirlpool… and me too.

So, what do we have so far?

Sophia's (and aquascoot's) "it’s gone all mild now" SARS virus that's still killing about 80 Australians a week according the ABS figures from January 1st to July 31st this year.

Including 1,070 Aged Care deaths this year so far (another 10 last week).

And making countless people "sick all the time".

Now we have "flesh eating infections" on the loose.

To top it all off - H5N1 "bird flu" is about to make the jump to full blown human to human transmission... and it doesn't look like it's going to be good, especially for the young this time (I'm betting aquascoot will be upset about that).

It is actual experiences from real people who have had Covid. Many times in a lot of cases.
