Why can't he engage in Topics with other members, as other members do in topical discussions?

There is one good quality about Aussie on Ozpol. His Moderation of this Board.
Unlike Dictators like Brian, Monk, Peccary and Philperth.
He keeps the Board swinging along without any form of Dictatorship style... unless he thought his position of power is threatened, like what we saw at the real PA Forum.
