If Harris wins the election the (Democrat) Vice President will preside over the certification of the electoral college slates....The Vice President would not accept slates from fake electors....The plan for States changing the slates has not worked in the past due to States intervening!!!

I remember that now, so I am guessing the answer to the previous question would be yes - she can certify her own election win as it is purely ceremonial in nature now.
