Capital and smart money are flying out of Israel. Dumb money is backing the war.

Intellectuals and tech entrepreneurs, doctors, and other professionals are leaving Israel.

The credit downgrade will cause an outflow of investors from Israeli assets and an increase in interest rates for Israelis and the Israeli government.
